Definitions
- the invention relates to a pen, e.g. a writing, painting or drawing pen, comprising a refill and a wood body surrounding the refill, the pen having a substantially triangular shape extending over the length of the pen with three gripping surfaces.
- Writing, painting or crayons usually have a mine and a surrounding the mine wooden body.
- the pins are for example circular, hexagonal or octagonal or triangular.
- WO 2005/028 213 discloses a pen, such as writing, painting or drawing pen, with a mine and a wood body surrounding the mine, wherein the pin has three gripping surfaces, and on the three gripping surfaces (4, 5, 6) over at least a part of the pen length arranged one behind the other Gripping recesses (7) are provided.
- pins which have a pen-length extending substantially dreiflambaige shape with three gripping surfaces. The three gripping surfaces serve the support of the three fingers that surround the pencil, ie thumb, index finger and middle finger. Such dreiflamba pins can be kept safe when drawing or painting.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a generic pen, with which the ergonomics and handling is improved.
- gripping depressions arranged one behind the other are provided on at least two gripping surfaces of the substantially triangular-shaped pin over at least part of the length of the pin.
- the recessed grips on a gripping surface can be arranged at a constant distance from each other. This ensures that even after the tips and thus shortening of the pin always the corresponding and immediately positioned recessed grips are available.
- the recessed grips of the different gripping surfaces are offset from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pin.
- the recessed grips are ideally adapted to the equally staggered position of the individual fingers.
- the recessed grips may be arranged spirally around the jacket of the pin, so that the respective displacement of the recessed grips repeats each other continuously.
- by turning the pin can be set for the user suitable grip position.
- the recessed grips are formed substantially circular. As a result, relatively large support surfaces are created for the fingers, in which the fingers can be supported due to the round configurations in an advantageous manner.
- the recessed grips can be designed such that they have a depth of 1 mm to 2 mm in their deepest region.
- the desired supporting effect is already realized.
- the width of the recessed grips can be at least as large as half the width of the respective gripping surface, so that as much surface as possible is used for the gripping recesses.
- the grip recesses can be made e.g. 6 mm to 7 mm in diameter, so that a good support of the fingers is possible.
- the width of the gripping surfaces can in this case z. B. 9 mm to 10 mm.
- Rounded edge areas can be provided between the gripping surfaces, so that the pin can be kept user-friendly.
- the gripping surfaces can be convex.

- the convex gripping surfaces also have the advantage that the round recessed grips can be introduced by means of a cylindrical milling cutter.
- Reference numeral 1 denotes the pen in its entirety.
- the pen 1 is a writing, painting or drawing pen.
- the pin 1 has a mine 2, which is surrounded by a wooden body 3.
- the pin 1 has an over the pin length extending, substantially dreiflambaige shape with three gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6.
- On the gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 are provided over a large part of the pin length (from the front to about the middle) successively arranged recessed grips 7.
- the recessed grips 7 By means of the recessed grips 7, the pen 1 can be kept well and securely during painting and drawing by the fingers, in particular the thumb, forefinger and middle finger can be supported in the recessed grips 7.
- the visually striking recessed handles 7 serve as a recognition feature.
- the diameter of the grip recesses 7 corresponds approximately to the diameter of the refill 2, which is also advantageous in optical terms due to a certain repetitive effect of design elements.
- the recessed grips 7 are offset on the different gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 to each other in the longitudinal direction of the pin 1. Since the fingers are positioned offset accordingly when gripping a pin, an optimal attitude of the pen 1 is possible.
- the recessed grips 7 are spirally arranged around the jacket, that is to say the wooden body 3, which on the one hand is visually advantageous.
- this arrangement of the recessed grips 7 also has the advantage that even with a shortening of the pin length, i. at the tips, always the same arrangement of the recessed grips 7 is given.
- the exact, correct for the use of the pen 1 recessed grip 7 can be selected.
- the recessed grips 7 of the different gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 are offset from one another by one third of the distance between the centers of the gripping recesses 7. This positioning of the recessed grips 7 is particularly advantageous for the gripping position of the fingers.
- the recessed grips 7 are formed substantially circular, so that the fingers can support it well and gently.
- the recessed grips 7 may also have other shapes, such as e.g. elliptical or oval, have, however, which are not shown in the drawing figures.
- the recessed grips 7 have in their deepest part a depth of 1 mm - 2 mm (see Fig. 3 ).
- the width of the recessed grips 7 is greater than half the width of the respective gripping surface 4, 5, 6. This relatively large recessed grips 7 are provided, which serve as a particularly good support for the fingers.
- the gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 are also convex, ie curved outwards, formed. Especially the back view according to Fig. 4 shows the outer ergonomic shape of the pin 1.
- the outwardly arched gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 are particularly suitable for the support of the fingers and for a good posture of the pen.
- the round recessed grips 7 in a simple manner a cylindrical milling head are introduced (see Fig. 3 ).
- the dreiflambaige shape of the pin 1 with the convex gripping surfaces 4, 5, 6 and the recessed grips 7 causes a particularly advantageous overall ergonomics. But also the external appearance of the pen 1 is memorable and unmistakable.
Description
The invention relates to a pen, e.g. a writing, painting or drawing pen, comprising a refill and a wood body surrounding the refill, the pen having a substantially triangular shape extending over the length of the pen with three gripping surfaces.
The object of the present invention is to provide a generic pen, with which the ergonomics and handling is improved.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen 2 - 11.This object is achieved by the entire teaching of
According to the invention, gripping depressions arranged one behind the other are provided on at least two gripping surfaces of the substantially triangular-shaped pin over at least part of the length of the pin. By support in the Handholds, the user can hold the pen in an advantageous manner safe. As the troughs extend over at least a portion of the pin length, they are present even when the pin is shortened due to sharpening. In particular, the recessed grips are on all gripping surfaces, so that for all the pen comprehensive fingers a corresponding support is made possible. The recessed grips also have the additional effect of serving as a recognition design element.
The recessed grips on a gripping surface can be arranged at a constant distance from each other. This ensures that even after the tips and thus shortening of the pin always the corresponding and immediately positioned recessed grips are available.
With particular advantage, the recessed grips of the different gripping surfaces are offset from each other in the longitudinal direction of the pin. As a result, the recessed grips are ideally adapted to the equally staggered position of the individual fingers. In particular, the recessed grips may be arranged spirally around the jacket of the pin, so that the respective displacement of the recessed grips repeats each other continuously. In addition, by turning the pin can be set for the user suitable grip position.
Ergonomically advantageous for the gripping position of the fingers, it is when the recessed grips of the different gripping surfaces are offset from each other by one third of the distance of the centers of the recessed grips.
The recessed grips are formed substantially circular. As a result, relatively large support surfaces are created for the fingers, in which the fingers can be supported due to the round configurations in an advantageous manner.
Conveniently, the recessed grips can be designed such that they have a depth of 1 mm to 2 mm in their deepest region. The desired supporting effect is already realized.
Advantageously, the width of the recessed grips can be at least as large as half the width of the respective gripping surface, so that as much surface as possible is used for the gripping recesses. For example, the grip recesses can be made e.g. 6 mm to 7 mm in diameter, so that a good support of the fingers is possible. The width of the gripping surfaces can in this case z. B. 9 mm to 10 mm.
Rounded edge areas can be provided between the gripping surfaces, so that the pin can be kept user-friendly.
With particular advantage, the gripping surfaces can be convex. This convex curvature provides a particularly ergonomic stylus. In combination with the recessed grips results in a very user-friendly overall ergonomics. The convex gripping surfaces also have the advantage that the round recessed grips can be introduced by means of a cylindrical milling cutter. Likewise, it is also possible to use a spherical milling head and thus produce dome-shaped recessed grips.

The
The

The recessed grips 7 are formed substantially circular, so that the fingers can support it well and gently. The recessed grips 7 may also have other shapes, such as e.g. elliptical or oval, have, however, which are not shown in the drawing figures.
