La présente invention concerne un dispositif apte à s'adapter sur un écouteur ou une oreillette voir un casque audio
Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un dispositif permettant également de supporter un autre élément ou dispositif, tel qu'une décoration, un bijou ou autre accessoire
Généralement, ies écouteurs ou oreillettes renferment des haut-parleurs transmettant des sons par l'intermédiaire d'un connecteur et une liaison filaire ou via des moyens de transmission et d'alimentation sans fil (ondes radio, infrarouge, wifi etc ) d'un baladeur radio, cd, cassette, mp3, mp4 ou tout autre lecteur de type connu en soi
La présente invention se rapporte également aux oreillettes « mains libre » de téléphonie, audio d'ordinateur, ou celles de communication des animateurs ou présentateurs
L'utiiisatson de tel type d'écouteur n'est pas très esthétique
C'est pourquoi le principal objectif de l'invention est de proposer un support de décoration d'écouteur, permettant de dissimuler ou bien d'enjoliver ledit écouteur par l'intermédiaire d'une décoration, d'un bijou ou autres
Cette décoration et son support doivent être solidement maintenus ou fixés sur l'oreillette La présente invention consiste pour cela en un dispositif apte à s'adapter à un corps d'écouteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de fixation amovible sur ledit corps et en ce qu'il est apte à être associé à un élément décoratif
Pîus précisément, ledit support est de forme générale annulaire dont ses extrémités constituent des moyens de fixation dont les extrémités franches, formant ainsi des lèvres ou pinces

Généralement, un écouteur ou une oreillette 1 est constituée d'une tige (ou corps) 2, d'un cordon 3 reliant un dispositif émetteur de sons à un haut parleur {non représenté mais de type connu en soi), contenu dans un réceptacle auriculaire ou intra-auπculaire 4 dudit écouteur
Le corps 2 possède une partie arrière destinée à être placée a l'extérieur d'une oreille et une partie avant comportant le réceptacle 4 destiné être positionné sur l'oreille ou dans l'oreille Le dispositif selon l'invention ou support 5 possède une forme générale circulaire ou arrondie ou ovale, en d'autres termes, une forme générale annulaire en vue de s'adapter aux formats du corps 2 des écouteurs 1.
Le support 5 peut également posséder une forme générale octogonale, hexagonale ou parallélépipédique voire d'autres formes de type connu en soi.
Pour ce faire, le support 5 possède des moyens de maintien ou de fixation de type « pince » 6 lui permettant d'enserrer, d'encercler ou de former une ceinture autour de la corps 2 de l'écouteur 1 et ainsi de se fixer de manière stable.
Les moyens de maintien 6 permettent au support 5 d'être amovible et d'être adaptable ou modulable à tous les types, toutes les formes et toutes les dimensions de corps d'écouteur.
Le support 5 peut être défini en six faces : deux côtés 7 et 8, avant 9, arrière 10, supérieure 11 et inférieure 12 ainsi, le tout définissant une partie intérieure et extérieure.
La face avant 9 du support 5 est destinée à être rapportée sur la partie avant du corps 2. La face arrière 10 (partie intérieure) dudit support 5 est destinée à s'emboiter ou se positionner sur Sa partie arrière du corps 2.

De manière avantageuse, toutes les faces du support 5 peut être formées de matériaux flexibles (ou souples) et comprendre un élément en saillie 14 en matériau rigide.
A titre d'exemple, !a largeur dudit support est comprise entre 0.4 cm et 4 cm, la hauteur ou l'épaisseur comprise entre 0.1 cm et 2 cm, le diamètre formant le support 5 est compris entre 0.2 cm et 4 cm. Les extrémités peuvent posséder un écartement compris entre 0.2 cm et 4 cm.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Support (5) apte à s'adapter à un corps (2) d'écouteur (1 ), comportant des moyens de fixation (6), amovible sur ledit corps (2) et apte à être associé à un élément décoratif (13), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un élément mâle (14) ou un élément femelle, à l'opposé desdits moyens de fixation (6) apte à coopérer avec, respectivement, un élément femelle ou un élément mâle dudit élément de décoration (13), en vue de former un axe de rotation perpendiculaire par rapport audit corps (2).
2. Support (5), selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il est de forme générale annulaire dont ses extrémités constituent des moyens de fixation (6).
3. Support (5), selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de fixation (6) sont des extrémités franches formant des lèvres ou pinces.
4. Support (5), selon l'une des revendications précédente, caractérisé en qu'il comprend un élément de décoration (13) fixé sur la partie opposée auxdites lèvres (6).
5. Support (5) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément mâle (14) est un ergot ou un téton ou un élément de forme générale circulaire.
6. Support (5) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé par moulage en une pièce.
7. Support (5) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de matériau souple ou flexible, tout en lui assurant une fixation sur ledit corps (2).
