Description

  • La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de conditionnement de liquides, en particulier dans le domaine du conditionnement du vin.
  • Les vins sont conditionnés c'est-à-dire emballés pour le transport et la vente afin d'être présentés notamment sur les rayons de la grande distribution ou des cavistes. L'utilisation de caisses-outres est un mode de conditionnement en fort développement. Une caisse-outre est une caisse généralement de forme parallélépipédique, constituée en carton cannelé, et contenant une outre c'est-à-dire une poche de liquide étanche, souple et munie de moyens d'écoulement du liquide généralement sous la forme de robinet verseur.
  • Le volume nominal d'une caisse-outre varie classiquement entre un et trente litres et le vin peut être conservé typiquement pendant six semaines. La relative grande quantité de vin contenue dans une caisse-outre en conjugaison avec un temps de conservation assez long peut s'avérer un frein à la diffusion et à la consommation de nouveaux produits pour les utilisateurs.
  • Les documents US 5 186 359 A1 et US 2003/0201280 A1 montrent des caisses-outres composées d'une boîte rigide à l'intérieur de laquelle sont logées deux autres flexibles. Les robinets des outres traversent la paroi frontale de la boîte.
  • La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à l'inconvénient précité et a notamment pour but de proposer un conditionnement plus attractif.
  • L'invention consiste à cet effet en un dispositif de conditionnement de liquides comportant :
    • au moins deux boîtes rigides à l'intérieur de chacune desquelles est disposée une outre souple contenant un liquide, ladite outre souple étant équipée de moyens d'écoulement dudit liquide,
    • un emballage parallélépipédique conformé pour recevoir lesdites boîtes rigides, ledit emballage parallélépipédique présente au moins un panneau mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée de manière à insérer et enfermer lesdites boîtes rigides à l'intérieur de l'emballage parallélépipédique,
    caractérisé en ce que l'emballage parallélépipédique présente un panneau frontal muni d'au moins deux orifices conformés pour recevoir les moyens d'écoulement équipant les outres souples.
  • Ainsi, un tel dispositif permet à l'utilisateur d'avoir à sa disposition plusieurs vins conditionnés à déguster. En outre, un tel dispositif est aisément transportable. En effet, les caisses-outres sont chargées dans le dispositif lors de l'ouverture du panneau mobile. L'utilisateur n'a donc pas à réaliser de manipulations d'outres, rendues délicates par la nature flaccide de la poche. Par ailleurs, la fermeture du panneau mobile permet d'immobiliser les caisses-outres à l'intérieur de l'emballage parallélépipédique.
  • Par tailleurs, un tel emballage parallélépipédique permet l'affleurement des moyens d'écoulement avec le panneau frontal tout en conservant l'encapsulation des caisses-outres.
  • Selon une forme d'exécution, les deux orifices conformés pour recevoir les moyens d'écoulement équipant les outres souples sont sensiblement circulaires.
  • Selon une caractéristique, le panneau frontal présente une ligne de rainage de manière à ce que ledit panneau frontal soit mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée.
  • Avantageusement, l'emballage parallélépipédique présente un panneau de dessus muni de moyens de préhension dudit dispositif.
  • Ainsi, il en résulte une facilité de transport du dispositif.
  • Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, l'emballage parallélépipédique est équipé d'une embase de surélévation amovible conçue pour être montée sur un panneau de fond et sur un panneau de dessus.
  • Lorsque les caisses-outres sont empilées verticalement à l'intérieur de l'emballage parallélépipédique, la hauteur disponible entre le panneau de fond et les moyens d'écoulement équipant la caisse-outre située au pied de l'empilement est limitée, et ne permet pas de placer un récipient de grande taille. A cet égard, l'embase de surélévation amovible permet la résolution de ce problème en montant l'embase sur le panneau de fond. Par ailleurs, l'embase est conçue pour être montée également sur le panneau de dessus, lorsque l'utilisateur ne souhaite pas utiliser la fonction de surélévation de l'embase.
  • Préférentiellement, l'embase de surélévation présente un plateau évidé en son centre et est munie de quatre pattes en saillie, ledit plateau étant agencé de manière à être en appui contre le panneau de fond ou le panneau de dessus. L'évidement du plateau permet de recevoir les moyens de préhension du dispositif.
  • De manière avantageuse, le plateau présente en outre quatre rebords périphériques de calage afin d'améliorer la stabilité de l'embase sur l'emballage parallélépipédique.
  • Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'emballage parallélépipédique présente un panneau de fond équipé de moyens de surélévation escamotables. La fonction escamotable permet de moduler la hauteur disponible entre la base des moyens de surélévation et les moyens d'écoulement équipant la caisse-outre située au pied de l'empilement.
  • Selon une caractéristique, l'emballage parallélépipédique présente un panneau latéral muni d'au moins deux fentes oblongues.
  • Ainsi, chaque fente oblongue permet de visualiser une étiquette du produit présent dans la caisse-outre correspondante.
  • Selon une autre caractéristique, l'emballage parallélépipédique présente un panneau frontal muni d'au moins deux ouvertures, de préférence de forme sensiblement carrée, lesdites ouvertures étant ménagées de manière adjacente aux orifices.
  • Chaque ouverture permet l'observation d'une identification visuelle simple du produit présent dans la caisse-outre correspondante, par exemple sous la forme d'un code couleur.
  • D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description détaillée ci-après d'un exemple de mise en oeuvre non limitatif, en faisant référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif selon l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une représentation d'un patron du dispositif de la figure 1.
  • Le dispositif 1 illustré à la figure 1 comporte trois boîtes rigides 2 à l'intérieur de chacune desquelles est disposée une outre souple contenant un liquide. Les outres souples ne sont pas représentées sur la figure 1. Chaque outre souple est équipée de moyens d'écoulement du liquide se manifestant sous la forme d'un robinet verseur 3.
  • Le dispositif 1 comporte en outre un emballage parallélépipédique 4 conformé pour recevoir les boîtes rigides 2. L'emballage parallélépipédique 4 présente six panneaux : un panneau frontal 40, un panneau arrière 41, un panneau de fond 42, un panneau de dessus 43 et deux panneaux latéraux 44, 45. Ne sont visibles que sur la figure 1 le panneau frontal 40 et le panneau latéral 44. Les autres panneaux apparaissent, quant à eux, sur la figure 2.
  • Le panneau frontal 40 présente trois ouvertures 401 de forme sensiblement carrée et trois orifices 402 sensiblement circulaires.
  • Les orifices 402 sensiblement circulaires sont disposés de manière à recevoir les robinets verseurs 3 équipant les outres souples. Bien entendu, il est possible d'utiliser différentes formes pour les orifices 402 telles qu'une forme carrée ou rectangulaire afin de recevoir les robinets verseurs 3.
  • Les ouvertures 401 de forme sensiblement carrée permettent l'observation d'une identification visuelle simple du produit présent dans la caisse-outre correspondante, par exemple sous la forme d'un code couleur. Bien entendu, il est possible d'utiliser différentes formes pour les ouvertures 401.
  • Le panneau latéral 44 présente trois fentes oblongues 441 permettant de visualiser par exemple une étiquette du produit présent dans la caisse-outre correspondante.
  • Enfin, le dispositif 1 comporte des moyens de préhension, se manifestant sous la forme d'une sangle 5 formant poignée.
  • En figure 2 est illustré un patron du dispositif 1 comportant les six panneaux de l'emballage parallélépipédique 4 mentionnés ci-dessus.
  • En complément de la figure 1, le panneau de dessus 43 présente deux orifices 431 aptes à coopérer avec la sangle 5.
  • En outre, deux fentes 410, 403 présentes respectivement sur les bords du panneau arrière 41 et du panneau frontal 40 sont prévues pour recevoir deux languettes de verrouillage 450, 451 présentes sur le panneau latéral 45.
  • Enfin, le patron comporte une pluralité de rabats 6 repliables permettant la fixation mutuelle des six panneaux.
  • Comme on a pu le voir sur la figure 1, le dispositif 1 permet d'embarquer trois boîtes rigides 2, de relativement faible quantité (de l'ordre d'un litre), chacune d'elles pouvant contenir un liquide distinct. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet ainsi d'offrir dans un conditionnement pratique plusieurs liquides.
  • Bien entendu, l'exemple de réalisation évoqué ci-dessus ne présente aucun caractère limitatif, et d'autres détails et améliorations peuvent être apportés au dispositif selon l'invention, sans pour autant sortir de l'invention où d'autres formes du dispositif peuvent être réalisées.

Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif (1) de conditionnement de liquides comportant :
    - au moins deux boîtes rigides (2) à l'intérieur de chacune desquelles est disposée une outre souple contenant un liquide, ladite outre souple étant équipée de moyens d'écoulement (3) dudit liquide,
    - un emballage parallélépipédique (4) conformé pour recevoir lesdites boîtes rigides (2), ledit emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente au moins un panneau mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée de manière à insérer et enfermer lesdites boîtes rigides (2) à l'intérieur de l'emballage parallélépipédique (4),
    caractérisé en ce que l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente un panneau frontal (40) muni d'au moins deux orifices (402) conformés pour recevoir les moyens d'écoulement (3) équipant les outres souples.
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le panneau frontal (40) présente une ligne de rainage de manière à ce que ledit panneau frontal (40) soit mobile entre une position ouverte et une position fermée.
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente un panneau de dessus (43) muni de moyens de préhension (5) dudit dispositif.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) est équipé d'une embase de surélévation amovible conçue pour être montée sur un panneau de fond (42) et sur un panneau de dessus (43).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'embase de surélévation présente un plateau évidé en son centre et est munie de quatre pattes en saillie, ledit plateau étant agencé de manière à être en appui contre le panneau de fond (42) ou le panneau de dessus (43).
  6. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le plateau présente en outre quatre rebords périphériques de calage.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente un panneau de fond (42) équipé de moyens de surélévation escamotables.
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente un panneau latéral (44) muni d'au moins deux fentes oblongues (441).
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel l'emballage parallélépipédique (4) présente un panneau frontal (40) muni d'au moins deux ouvertures (401), de préférence de forme sensiblement carrée, lesdites ouvertures (401) étant ménagées de manière adjacente aux orifices (402).
