Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne un support d'antenne hélicoïdale.
- Elle concerne plus précisément une antenne interne d'un produit communiquant par radio, en particulier pour des produits de comptage, tels que des modules de télérelevé de compteurs de fluide ou d'électricité.
- L'antenne est soudée sur la carte électronique du produit et doit être correctement orientée pour s'accorder à la fréquence radio de fonctionnement.
- Or elle peut être déformée lors de son montage sur la carte électronique et le pas des spires, qui est un paramètre important de fonctionnement, peut également varier dans le temps et dégrader les performances du produit.
- Il a donc déjà été envisagé de la consolider au moyen d'un support.
- Un support d'antenne hélicoïdale est décrit dans le brevet 5 406 693.
- Ce support est constitué de quatre éléments conformés en forme de croix et solidaires d'une base cylindrique, ces éléments étant des plaques rectangulaires et étant pourvus de fentes disposées à un pas précis sur leur bord externe. Des éléments en forme de coin sont disposés entre ces éléments et un fil conducteur est ainsi disposé dans les fentes et contre les coins pour former une antenne. Les coins sont ensuite enlevés par coulissement et l'antenne est ainsi formée et supportée par le support.
- Ce mode de support suppose une fabrication de l'antenne directement sur le support. Si l'on se procure une antenne déjà fabriquée en forme d'hélice, le support décrit dans ce brevet ne convient pas.
- En effet, sa mise en place dans les fentes du support suppose soit une déformation par écartement de l'antenne pour emboîter les spires dans les fentes respectives, soit un vissage par rotation de l'antenne sur les fentes.
- Or ces deux modes de montage sont consommateurs de temps et complexes, et surtout sont susceptibles de dégradation de l'antenne qui est constituée d'un fil relativement fin.
- L'invention résout ce problème en proposant un support d'antenne hélicoïdale destiné au montage d'une antenne déjà fabriquée et assurant un maintien parfait des spires de l'antenne à un pas précis.
- Pour ce faire, l'invention propose un support d'antenne hélicoïdale comportant au moins trois branches de support sensiblement rectangulaires également réparties autour d'une colonne centrale, la largeur de ces branches de support étant telle que leur bord externe est disposé sur un cylindre géométrique de section sensiblement égale à la section interne de l'antenne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte également au moins trois éléments de peignes comportant des fentes espacées d'un pas identique à celui des spires de l'antenne et destinées à être fixés sur chaque bord externe desdites branches de support, avec leur fentes tournées vers lesdites branches de support.
- Grâce à l'invention, toute déformation et donc toute perte de fonctionnement de l'antenne sont évitées. Le montage de l'antenne sur une carte électronique ainsi que son orientation sont également facilités.
- Selon un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, lesdits éléments de peigne sont conformées d'un profilé en U dont chaque branche du U comporte lesdites fentes et destinés à être emboîtés sur le bord externe de chaque branche du support.
- Avantageusement, lesdits éléments de peigne comportent au moins un tenon d'encliquetage dans un orifice agencé sur le bord externe desdites branches de support.
- Lesdits éléments de peigne peuvent être reliées à chaque dite branche de support par une charnière.
- Lesdites branches comportent avantageusement une sur-largeur d'appui de la spire inférieure de l'antenne.
- Le support peut comporter un orifice de guidage de l'extrémité de ladite antenne destinée à être fixée sur une carte électronique.
- L'invention est décrite ci-après plus en détail à l'aide de figures ne représentant que des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention.
- La
figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une antenne hélicoïdale montée sur un support conforme à l'invention. - Les
figures 2 à 5 illustrent les étapes de montage d'une antenne hélicoïdale sur un support conforme à l'invention. - La
figure 6 est une vue en perspective d'un support conforme à l'invention selon une variante de réalisation. - Comme représenté sur la
figure 1 , l'invention concerne un support 1 d'antenne hélicoïdale 2, en matière plastique, comportant au moins trois branches de support 1A, 1B, 1C sensiblement rectangulaires également réparties autour d'une colonne centrale 1D , la largeur de ces branches de support étant telle que leur bord externe est disposé sur un cylindre géométrique de section sensiblement égale à la section interne de l'antenne 2. - Ce support 1 comporte également au moins trois éléments de peignes 2A, 2B , 2C, également en matière plastique, comportant des fentes espacées d'un pas identique à celui des spires de l'antenne 2 et destinées à être fixés sur chaque bord externe des branches de support 1A, 1B, 1C, avec leur fentes tournées vers les branches de support.
- Une fois l'antenne 2 monté sur le support 1 comme illustré sur la
figure 1 , le support comporte un orifice de guidage 3 de l'extrémité 2A de l'antenne destinée à être fixée sur une carte électronique 4. - Les différentes pièces sont plus visibles sur les
figures 2 à 5 , qui illustrent les étapes de montage d'une antenne 2 sur un tel support. - Comme représenté sur la
figure 2 , l'antenne 2 est disposée sur ce support par emboîtement de ce dernier à l'intérieur de l'antenne, avec une orientation telle que l'extrémité 2A de l'antenne vienne s'introduire dans l'orifice 3 du support. - Les branches 1A, 1B, 1C, comportent avantageusement une sur-largeur 5A, 5B, 5D d'appui de la spire inférieure de l'antenne.
- Après cette première étape de montage, l'antenne 2 est dans la position représentée sur la
figure 3 . - Les éléments de peigne 2A, 2B, 2C sont ensuite fixés sur chaque bord externe des branches de support 1A, 1B, 1C, comme illustré sur la
figure 4 . - Ces éléments de peigne 2A, 2B, 2C sont conformés d'un profilé en U dont chaque branche du U comporte les fentes 6 et destinés à être emboîtés sur le bord externe de chaque branche du support 1A, 1B, 1C. Les fentes 6 viennent recevoir les spires de l'antenne 2 qui sont ainsi maintenues en place.
- Pour leur fixation sur chaque bord externe des branches de support 1A, 1B, 1C, les éléments de peigne 2A, 2B, 2C comportent chacun au moins un tenon 7 d'encliquetage dans un orifice agencé sur le bord externe des branches de support. Les trois éléments de peigne ont une longueur identique et ils sont positionnés à des niveaux différents sur les branches de support 1A, 1B et 1C. Ils sont bloqués en position par encliquetage de chaque tenon 7 dans l'orifice correspondant du bord externe des branches de support.
- L'antenne 2 ainsi complètement montée sur le support 1, comme illustrée sur la
figure 5 , peut être fixée sur une carte électronique 4 au moyen de pions de centrage et de positionnement 9, au nombre de quatre, insérés pour les uns dans la carte et posés sur celle-ci pour d'autres. - Selon une variante représentée sur la
figure 6 , les éléments de peigne 2A, 2B, 2C peuvent être reliées à chaque branche de support 1A, 1B, 1C, par une charnière, ici constitué d'une languette flexible 10.
Claims (6)
- Support (1) d'antenne hélicoïdale (2) comportant au moins trois branches de support (1A, 1B, 1C) sensiblement rectangulaires également réparties autour d'une colonne centrale (1D), la largeur de ces branches de support étant telle que leur bord externe est disposé sur un cylindre géométrique de section sensiblement égale à la section interne de l'antenne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte également au moins trois éléments de peignes (2A, 2B, 2C) comportant des fentes (6) espacées d'un pas identique à celui des spires de l'antenne et destinées à être fixés sur chaque bord externe desdites branches de support (1A, 1B, 1C), avec leur fentes tournées vers lesdites branches de support.
- Support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de peigne (2A, 2B, 2C) sont conformées d'un profilé en U dont chaque branche du U comporte lesdites fentes (6) et destinés à être emboîtés sur le bord externe de chaque branche du support (1A, 1B, 1C).
- Support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de peigne (2A, 2B, 2C) comportent au moins un tenon (7) d'encliquetage dans un orifice agencé sur le bord externe desdites branches de support (1A, 1B, 1C).
- Support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments de peigne (2A, 2B, 2C) sont reliées à chaque dite branche de support par une charnière (10).
- Support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites branches de support (1A, 1B, 1C) comportent une sur-largeur (5A, 5B, 5C) d'appui de la spire inférieure de l'antenne.
- Support selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un orifice (3) de guidage de l'extrémité (2A) de ladite antenne destinée à être fixée sur une carte électronique (4).
