Claims (6)
- Heftmaschine (50) mit einem Gehäuse, einem Griff (52), der schwenkbar mit dem Gehäuse (51) verbunden ist, und einem Heftklammermagazin (53), das im Gehäuse (51) unter dem Griff (52) montiert ist, und einer Verriegelungseinheit, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungseinheit Folgendes aufweist:eine Vorderseitenabdeckung (10), die angepasst ist, um abnehmbar am Gehäuse (51) montiert zu werden, und Folgendes aufweist:eine Oberseite,eine Unterseite,eine Vorderseite,zwei Seitenwände,zwei Bolzenlöcher (11), die durch die Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) nahe der Oberseite gebildet und zueinander ausgerichtet sind, undein Verbindungsbolzen (12), der in den Schraubenlöchern (11) der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert ist,wobei ein Verriegelungselement (20) schwenkbar an dere Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert ist und Folgendes hatmindestens eine Nocke (21), die um den Verbindungsbolzen (12) der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) drehbar montiert ist,einen Verriegelungsblock (22), der mit der mindestens einen Nocke (21) unter dem Verbindungsbolzen (12) gebildet ist und ein Verriegelungsende (221) hat, das sich zu der Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) erstreckt, undeine Torsionsfeder (23), die um den Verbindungsbolzen (12) der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert ist, um den Verriegelungsblock (22) zu der Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) zu drücken,ein Schubelement (30), das verschiebbar in der Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert ist und Folgendes hatein oberes Ende,ein unteres Ende,einen Schubhebel (31), der am oberen Ende des Schubelements (30) gebildet ist und an der mindestens einen Nocke (21) anliegt, undeinen Druckstift (32), der am unteren Ende des Schubelements (30) gebildet ist und sich aus der Unterseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) erstreckt, undeinen Heftklammertreiber (40), der verschiebbar zwischen der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) und der Heftmaschine (50) montiert ist und Folgendes hatein unteres Ende, das sich über das Heftklammermagazin (53) der Heftmaschine (50) erstreckt,ein oberes Ende,ein Verriegelungsloch (41), das durch den Heftklammertreiber (40) nahe dem oberen Ende gebildet ist, in Eingriff mit dem Verriegelungsende (221) des Verriegelungsblocks (22) und eingerichtet sich zum Griff (52) auszurichten;ein durchgehendes Loch (42), das durch den Heftklammertreiber (40) unter dem Verriegelungsloch (41) gebildet ist, undeine elastische Platte (43) in Eingriff mit dem durchgehenden Loch (42) des Heftklammertreibers (40) in der Heftmaschine (50), um eine Antriebskraft für den Heftklammertreiber (40) bereitzustellen.
- Heftmaschine (50) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) eine Schutzkappe (16) hat, die abnehmbar an die Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert ist, um eine Montagevertiefung (17) zwischen der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) und der Schutzkappe (16) zu bilden, wobei das Schubelement (30) verschiebbar in die Montagevertiefung (17) zwischen der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) und der Schutzkappe (16) montiert ist.
- Heftmaschine (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) eine erste Federanordnung (15) hat, die an der Vorderseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) in der Nähe des Bodens gebildet ist und von dieser vorsteht, und
das Schubelement (30) eine zweite Federanordnung (33) hat, die am Schubelement (30) oberhalb der ersten Federanordnung (15) der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) gebildet ist und von diesem vorsteht, und
eine Schubfeder (34), die zwischen den Federanordnungen (15, 33) montiert ist, um den Druckstift (32) nach unten und in eine Position zu drücken, in der er aus der Unterseite der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) vorsteht. - Heftmaschine (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, wobei das Verriegelungselement (20) zwei Nocken (21) hat, die drehbar um den Verbindungsbolzen (12) angeordnet sind, und
der Verriegelungsblock (22) zwischen den zwei Nocken (21) gebildet ist. - Heftmaschine (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, wobei die Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) U-förmig ist und
mehrere Montagelöcher (13) hat, die durch die Seitenwände der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) gebildet und zueinander ausgerichtet sind, und
wobei mehrere Befestigungselemente (14) in den Montagelöchern (13) der Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) montiert sind, um die Vorderseitenabdeckung (10) mit dem Gehäuse (51) der Heftmaschine (50) zu verbinden. - Heftmaschine (50) nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, wobei jede Nocke (21) des Verriegelungselements (20) wassertropfenförmig ist.
