Abstract

Cette invention concerne un récipient comprenant un corps de récipient définissant une chambre de stockage pour recevoir une substance et une fermeture de récipient fixée de manière amovible au corps de récipient pour fermer de manière étanche la chambre de stockage. La fermeture du récipient comprend une base définissant une ouverture en communication fluidique avec la chambre de stockage, et un bouchon pénétrable par aiguille et refermable par procédé thermique. Ledit bouchon recouvre l'ouverture pour remplir de manière aseptique la chambre de stockage avec la substance et contenir de manière étanche la substance dans la chambre de stockage par rapport à l'air ambiant. Une partie formant élément d'étanchéité vient en prise avec le corps de récipient avant le remplissage et forme un joint de scellement hermétique à sec la fermeture du récipient et le corps du récipient. Le récipient comprend en outre une fermeture superposée apte à venir en prise avec la fermeture du récipient de telle sorte que le retrait ou le déplacement de la fermeture superposée d'une première à une seconde position entraîne un retrait sensiblement simultané de la fermeture du récipient et du bouchon pour permettre la distribution de la substance.
