Claims (23)

  1. An arrangement for securing sliding elements for guiding the boom boxes at telescopic cranes, wherein the sliding elements are matched to the outer contour of the telescopic sections sliding thereon and are attached to the ends of the telescopic sections, wherein a plurality of bores (5) are made in the sliding elements (2) formed according to the outer contour of the telescopic sections, characterised in that [these bores (5)] each end in an opening (6) arranged perpendicularly thereto through the sliding element (2), in that a transverse barrel nut (1) is inserted into the opening (6) and is provided, perpendicular to the bolt axis, with a tapped bore (7) which in the inserted state of the transverse barrel nut (1) is in alignment with the bore (5) made in the sliding element (2), in that fastening screws (4) are placed through bores (8) in the telescopic section or in holding elements securely connected thereto as well as through the bores (5) in the sliding element (2) and with regard to a maximum torque are screwed into the tapped bores (7) of the transverse barrel nuts (1) in such a manner that there is a secure connection between the respective sliding element (2) and the telescopic section.
  2. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the fastening screws (4) are screwed, in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the telescopic section (10), into the transverse barrel nuts (1) through bores in a holding sheet (3) secured to the end face of the telescopic section (10).
  3. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the fastening screws (4) are screwed into the transverse barrel nuts (1) from the exterior through bores in the telescopic section (10), in a manner perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the latter.
  4. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the sliding elements (2) are composed of a slidable material.
  5. An arrangement according to claim 4, characterised in that the sliding elements (2) are composed of a plastics material.
  6. An arrangement according to claim 5, characterised in that the sliding elements (2) are composed of polyamide.
  7. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the transverse barrel nut (1) has a round cross-section.
  8. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the transverse barrel nut (1) has a square cross-section.
  9. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that the transverse barrel nut (1) has an elliptical cross-section.
  10. An arrangement according to claim 7, characterised in that the end face of the transverse barrel nut (1) is fashioned in such a manner that it can be engaged by a tool.
  11. An arrangement according to claim 10, characterised in that a slot is made in the end face of the transverse barrel nut (1).
  12. An arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the screw (4) inserted into the transverse barrel nut (1) is secured.
  13. An arrangement according to claim 12, characterised in that the screw is secured by adhesive or paint.
  14. An arrangement according to claim 12, characterised in that the screw is secured by metallic or plastics elements which are connected to the screw head in a positive-locking manner.
  15. An arrangement according to claim 2, characterised in that the holding sheet (3) is screwed to an end collar (11) of the telescopic section (9, 10).
  16. An arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the opening (6) in the sliding element (2) is a through bore.
  17. An arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the opening (6) in the sliding element (2) is a blind bore.
  18. An arrangement according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a material (16) is applied as a layer to the underside of the sliding elements for adaptation to the actual structural conditions between the telescopic sections.
  19. An arrangement according to claim 18, characterised in that the material (16) is cold-cured rubber.
  20. An arrangement according to claim 18, characterised in that the material (16) is sprayed-on expanded plastic.
  21. An arrangement according to claim 18, characterised in that the material (16) is a rheologically active material.
  22. An arrangement according to claim 18, characterised in that the material (16) is a sheathed gel.
  23. An arrangement according to claim 18, characterised in that the material (16) is a sheathed fluid.
