L'invention concerne une unité de désinfection constituée par une combinaison d'un espace fermé (1), renfermant un dispositif (2) pour le chauffage et la récupération de pression de vapeur, un générateur électrique (3) et un conteneur d'agent de désinfection (4), l'unité comportant des dispositions pour se coupler à un tuyau à haute pression ou un quelconque autre tuyau (5) comportant à son extrémité une buse (6) qui a été sélectionnée à cette fin et qui peut être reliée à l'objet devant être désinfecté.
