Abstract

Verfahren und System zur Ermittlung einer Zone, in der sich ein Nutzer eines mobilen Endgerätes aktuell befindet, wobei die Zone als geografischer Bereich von Zonengrenzen umgeben ist, die durch Ortskoordinaten beschrieben werden, wobei die Zone durch ein innerhalb der Zone einheitliches Zonenkriterium definiert ist, wobei das Endgerät Mittel zur Bestimmung der Ortskoordinaten des aktuellen Standortes, insbesondere Empfangsmittel für ein Satelliten gestütztes Navigationssystem, aufweist und wobei das Endgerät über eine drahtlose Datenverbindung mit einem zentralen Computer in Verbindung tritt, wobei mit dem Endgerät die Ortskoordinaten des aktuellen Standortes berechnet und über die drahtlose Datenverbindung an den zentralen Computer gesendet werden, wobei der zentrale Computer durch Abgleich mit den übertragenen Ortskoordinaten die bezüglich des Nutzers aktuelle Zone ermittelt und zumindest das Zonenkriterium an das Endgerät zurück sendet und wobei das Endgerät dem Nutzer eine mit dem Zonenkriterium in Verbindung stehende Information über ein Ausgabemittel darbietet.
