Abstract
Vorgeschlagen wird eine Direktanbindung bzw. -kontaktierung zwischen beispielsweise einem Treibladungsanzünder (10) und einem Grundköper (6), beispielsweise einem Geschossheck. Um auf einfache Weise zu erreichen, dass die Signalleitung (16) als auch die Masseleitung (22) abschussfest durch den Grundkörper bzw. das Heckteil (6) hindurchführbar sind, schlägt die Erfindung des Weiteren vor, den metallischen Grundkörper (6) selbst als Masseleitung (22) zu verwenden und nur die Signalleitung (16) innerhalb des Grundkörpers (6) isoliert durch eine entsprechende Bohrung (15) des Grundkörpers (6) hindurchzuführen. Dabei erfolgt die Isolierung der Signalleitung (16) gegenüber der Masseleitung (22) durch eine vor Einbringen der Signalleitung (16) in die Bohrung (15) auf den Grundkörper (6) aufgebrachte Beschichtung aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material (19). Die beiden Enden (23, 24) der Signalleitung (16) sind mit Anschlusskontakten (9, 12) versehen, die vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise in den Grundkörper (6) einschraubbar und gegenüber dem Grundkörper (6) isoliert angeordnet sind. Zur Kontaktierung der durch den Grundkörper (6) selbst gebildeten Masseleitung (22) sind die Vorderseite (13) und die Rückseite (14) des Grundkörpers (6) mit beschichtungsfreien Sacklochbohrungen (20, 21) versehen.
