Claims (18)
- An adhesive-tape stamper (1) designed to realize a sequence of movements during which an adhesive-tape portion (23) is put on an object,
with a detaching device (12) designed and/or arranged to detach an adhesive-tape end as the adhesive-tape portion (23) from a continuous adhesive tape (19) at a point of detachment (22) during the sequence of movements, and
with a stamping device (11) designed and/or arranged to press the adhesive-tape end and/or the adhesive-tape portion (23) onto the object in a stamping direction (4) during the sequence of movements,
characterized in that
the adhesive-tape stamper (1) is designed to fix the continuous adhesive tape (19) in a clamping manner during the sequence of movements. - The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive-tape stamper (1) is designed to fix the continuous adhesive tape (19) in a non-positive manner and/or by frictional engagement and/or in a non-destructive manner during the sequence of movements.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in thatA) the stamping device (11) comprises a holding device (10 a,b,c,d) designed to fix the continuous adhesive tape (19) in a clamping manner - particularly at its free end and/or at or in the region of the point of detachment (22) - relative to the stamping device (11)
and/orB) the adhesive-tape stamper (11) comprises a holding device (10 a,b,c,d) cooperating with the stamping device (11) in order to fix the continuous adhesive tape in a clamping manner
and/orC) the adhesive-tape stamper (11) comprises a holding device (10 a,b,c,d) designed to fix the continuous adhesive tape in a clamping manner independently of the stamping device (11). - The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holding device (10 a,b,c,d) and/or the adhesive-tape stamper (1) are/is constructively arranged and/or designed to clamp the continuous adhesive tape (19) during the sequence of movements in order to pull the continuous adhesive tape (19) off a supply of continuous adhesive tape and/or to keep hold of the continuous adhesive tape (19) at or in the region of the point of detachment for the purpose of performing the detaching operation.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the holding device comprises two clamping partners that jointly fix the continuous tape in a clamping manner, wherein no, exactly one or both clamping partner/s is/are hinged and/or supported on the stamping device.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stamping device is designed and/or arranged to perform a reversing, inverting and/or oscillating sequence of movements.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that a clamp device or clamping function element is formed as the holding device only on one end of the stamping device (11), said holding device fixing the continuous tape on the front side of the stamping device.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the holding device is designed as a clamping device that moves relative to the stamping device during the sequence of movements.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized by a housing having a resting housing part (2) that is to rest on the object and an actuating housing part (3) that is arranged such that it is linearly movable relative to the resting housing part (2) for the purpose of actuating the adhesive-tape stamper (1) in the stamping direction (4).
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that the stamping device is supported in the actuating housing part (3) so that the stamping device (11) performs a linear movement in the stamping direction (4) together with the actuating housing part (3) when the adhesive-tape stamper (1) is actuated.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the actuating housing part (3) encompasses and/or overlaps the resting housing part (2).
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in that the housing is to be opened for the purpose of inserting the continuous adhesive tape/supply of continuous adhesive tape, wherein all housing parts or a subset thereof, particularly the actuating housing part and the resting housing part, form a mechanical chain and/or are captively connected to each other in the open state.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 9 to 12, characterized in that the stamping device (11) is pivoted in the actuating housing part (3) and a forced guide (38, 43) is arranged and/or formed in the resting housing part (2) so that during the actuation of the adhesive-tape stamper (1) in the stamping direction (4) and/or in the opposite direction, a rotational movement is superimposed upon the linear movement of the stamping device (11).
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to claim 13, characterized in that the forced guide is designed as a link guide (38).
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 7 to 8, characterized in that the resting housing part (2) has control elements (29) designed and/or arranged to control the mechanically intercoupled clamping devices (10 a,b,c,d), clamp devices, clamping organ, clamping device, and/or dispenser device.
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims 9 to 15, characterized in that each of the mechanically intercoupled clamping devices is designed as a pair of clamps (10 a,b,c,d) that encompasses the corner regions of the stamping plate (11) and fixes the adhesive tape (19) on the front side of the stamping plate by performing a swinging movement parallel to the stamping faces (20).
- The adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the continuous adhesive tape is designed as a double-sided adhesive tape coated with an adhesive on both sides thereof.
- A method for stamping an adhesive-tape portion (23) onto an object by means of an adhesive-tape stamper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, which adhesive-tape stamper (1) is to be actuated manually, wherein the adhesive-tape stamper (1) is positioned on the object and a sequence of movements is performed by actuating the adhesive-tape stamper (1) preferably in the stamping direction (4), said actuation being a mechanical actuation in particular,
wherein, at first, the free end of the continuous adhesive tape (19) is fixed, e.g., on a stamping device (11),
wherein the stamping device (1) performs a movement, particularly a superimposed linear-rotational movement, in the stamping direction (4),
wherein, at the same time, the continuous adhesive tape (19) is pulled off a continuous-tape supply (9) and an adhesive-tape end of the continuous adhesive tape is put on and/or pressed onto the object,
wherein upon or during the positioning of the adhesive-tape end on the object, the free end is released and the continuous adhesive tape is fixed on the stamping device (11) in the region of a point of detachment (22),
wherein after and/or upon the positioning of the adhesive-tape end on the object, the continuous adhesive tape is detached at the point of detachment (22) so that an adhesive-tape portion (23) is released on the object.
