- the ring pull 22 is pulled further, which applies force to the hinge line 25. This in tum causes the support skirt 34 in this region to buckle and for the body flange 38 to be forced against the closure flange 62 so that the wall 41 defining the channel 42 deforms by pivoting between the flange 38 and the bead 40. Continued pulling of the ring pull 22 pulls the flange 38 from underneath the flange 62 in this deformed region and allows the sub-assembly 10 to be removed as shown in Figure 8 .
- the deformed regions of the sub-assembly 10 remain deformed and the base 24 remains lifted away from the central disc 38 as evidence that the sub-assembly has been removed at least once from the closure 50. This provides visual evidence that the sub-assembly has been removed from the closure to prevent re-insertion. Furthermore, the body flange 32 cannot be pushed down over the closure flange 62 so that the sub-assembly 10 cannot be introduced into the closure 50 from above, which prevents re-insertion of the sub-assembly with the closure fitted to the container.

Claims (9)
- Fermeture (50) comprenant un moyen de fixation (66) à un récipient et un sous-ensemble d'anneau à tirer (10), ledit sous-ensemble d'anneau à tirer comprenant :un corps (30) qui est fixé de façon amovible à un moyen de réception de ladite fermeture (50) ;et un élément d'anneau à tirer (20) comprenant une base (24) qui est reliée au corps et un anneau à tirer (22) qui s'étend depuis la base, ledit corps (30) comprenant une section déformable (41) qui, en utilisation, se déforme pour contribuer au retrait complet du sous-ensemble (10) de ladite fermeture, ledit élément d'anneau à tirer pouvant être actionné pour appliquer une force sur ladite section déformable afin de contribuer audit retrait complet de ladite fermeture.
- Fermeture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la base d'anneau à tirer (24) dudit ensemble d'anneau à tirer (10) est reliée au corps (30) en étant au moins partiellement cassable.
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, dans laquelle ledit corps d'ensemble d'anneau à tirer comprend une bague périphérique (32) qui comprend un moyen d'engagement de fermeture (38, 40).
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdits corps d'ensemble d'anneau à tirer (30) et élément d'anneau à tirer (1) sont formés pour présenter une structure d'un seul tenant.
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le sous-ensemble d'anneau à tirer est formé à partir de polyéthylène de faible densité.
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le corps de sous-ensemble d'anneau à tirer comprend un moyen d'engagement par encliquetage (38, 40) pour une fixation à ladite fermeture (50).
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la fermeture comprend une base (52) et un couvercle (54) qui sont reliés ensemble par articulation.
- Fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, où la fermeture est formée à partir de polypropylène.
- Récipient doté d'une fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
