Description

The present invention relates to a connection between two wall elements made of concrete, in particular reinforced concrete, with two wall elements and with a reinforcement device, wherein the wall elements in the joint area to each other at the end face each have at least one recess for receiving the reinforcement device, wherein between the Wall elements in the joint area a joint is provided, wherein both the joint and the recess of the respective wall element can be filled with grout, wherein the reinforcing device comprises an elongate carrier extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of the carrier and at a distance from each other has a plurality of reinforcing elements.

In buildings, in particular, the basement is often made of precast concrete parts. Here, wall elements of different sizes are provided, which abut each other in the region of their end faces. In order now to accomplish a connection between such wall parts frontally, it is known to provide in the region of the end faces of each wall element arranged one above the other at the end hook-shaped reinforcements. These reinforcements are arranged in a box-shaped structure. After opening the box, these so-called reverse bending connections must be bent so that they project with their hook-shaped ends on the front side. The Rückbiegeanschlüsse the other wall element to be connected thereto are also bent so that the hooked ends of the two Rückbiegeanschlüsse are superimposed so that two Rückbiegeanschlüsse form with their hook-shaped ends an eyelet through which a rod is inserted, so that there is a positive connection. In the area of these protruding reinforcements or rebend connections is a joint, which is filled after formwork with a grout. This approach is somewhat complex, which is particularly due to the fact that the rebend connections must first be bent, in such a way that the rod can be inserted through the eyelets of the individual return bends. In particular, the formation of the front side of the wall elements is not easy, which is due to the fact that protrude beyond the front side of the already described reinforcements.

From the US Pat. No. 1,801,631 A a connection between two wall elements is known in which the wall elements have opposite recesses which are connected by a reinforcement. The reinforcement comprises at least one reinforcing bar arranged in each wall element, wherein the at least two reinforcing bars are connected by a wire connection. The recesses are poured out after completion of the reinforcement with concrete.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a connection by a reinforcement device of the type mentioned, which allows an economical production of such wall elements as concrete or reinforced concrete precast parts, beyond the assembly of the wall elements is facilitated and further by the reinforcement high forces and moments are transferable.

The object is achieved by solved that the reinforcing elements are designed as a double headed bolt. For the connection of two wall elements is now proceeded such that they are placed at a distance from each other, between the end faces of the two wall elements, the above-described reinforcement device is inserted, and then the joint is filled with grout, as is already known from the prior art. With this reinforcement device, a high flexibility is achieved, since the reinforcement device can be adapted to the conditions on site. In addition, a load transfer takes place both in the transverse and in the longitudinal direction, with the added that the reinforcement device can be installed after adjusting the length immediately on site on the site, so that a production can be carried out in advance.

The carrier may in this case be rod-shaped. Such a rod has a certain inherent stability, which means that it only has to be adjusted in the joint between the two wall elements. According to another embodiment, it is provided that the carrier is formed like a ribbon. Such a band is then hooked between the end faces of the opposing wall elements, in which case it is advantageous that such a band can be produced as a roll and "cut to length".

Vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.Advantageous features emerge from the subclaims.

A further advantage is that the recess in cross section is held approximately conical, so that it is ensured that the grout can actually fill the joint and the recess over the entire surface. For the connection of the grout with the concrete of the wall element in the joint and the recess is essential that the recess with respect to the surface has certain roughness values, so that the grout can form a quasi-positive connection with the wall elements in the joint.

Furthermore, it is provided according to a special feature of the invention that the recess at the open end, ie the front side, is partially closed by a directed to the central longitudinal axis of the recess web. As a result, an essentially positive connection between the reinforcement device on the one hand and the wall element on the other hand generated. That is, such a connection is able to transmit train to a limited extent.

To produce such a projection in order to produce a positive connection between the reinforcement device and the wall element, according to a further embodiment, the wall element have in the region of the recess a head bolt, wherein the head of the head bolt partially protrudes into the recess. In particular, it is provided in this context that the head bolt is designed as a double headed bolt, that is, that a head of the Head bolt virtually ensures the positive connection between the reinforcement on the one hand and the wall element on the other hand, and that the other head of the double-headed bolt is used to anchor the head bolt in the wall element.

Furthermore, the subject of the invention is a wall element made of concrete, in particular reinforced concrete, which is characterized in that the wall element on its front side, i. the narrow side, a running over the height of the wall element, in cross-section conical recess, wherein the wall element has on both sides of the conical recess each backholding reinforcement elements. Such rearward reinforcement elements are in principle also as reinforcements, for example, with end arranged head, so as a so-called head bolts, or as brackets, which are arranged in the wall element.

According to FIG. 1 The reinforcing device consists of the carrier 1 and the stacked double head bolt 2. The double headed bolts 2 with the heads 3 are welded to their carrier 1 on the carrier, for example, and extend to both sides of the carrier in the installed state horizontal direction. The carrier itself can be designed as a rod or as a sheet metal strip.

The arrangement of the reinforcement device is shown schematically FIG. 1a ; how in this context from the FIG. 2 results in a section along the line II - II off FIG. 1 a, is located between the two wall elements, a gap 12, wherein the end face (arrow 11) is provided on or in the wall elements 10 each have a recess 13 which is held tapered in the direction of the center of the wall element. In the recesses is now the head 3 of each double headed bolt. The joint 12 is filled with grout including the conical recesses 13.

Subject of the FIGS. 3 and 4 is a special design of the recesses 13, wherein in each case only the end face of a wall element is shown. In the formation of the recess 13 according to the FIG. 3 In each case, a web 14 is provided, which is directed to the central longitudinal axis 30 of the wall element 10 to. Instead of such a web 14, a plurality of double-headed bolts 16 may be provided one above the other in the end face of the wall element 10, the respective head 16a of which projects into the recess, as may be the case FIG. 4 results. Both in the training according to FIG. 3 as well as in the training according to FIG. 4 the breaking under load is substantially reliably prevented, since the breaking could only take place against the webs 14 or against the respective head 16a of the head bolt 16.

In the embodiment according to the FIGS. 5 and 6 are provided as a reinforcement in the region of the recess 13 on both sides of the recess 13 in the wall elements 10 each one above the other arranged head bolts 19 which cause an excavation cone in the dashed representation (arrow 20). Instead of such a head bolt 19, a Bügelarmierung 19 a ( FIG. 5 ) be provided. The formation of the escape cone here is the same as in FIG. 6 ,

In general, the gap between the end faces of the wall elements is always filled with grout in each case.
