Claims (12)
- Procédé d'impression d'un ou plusieurs éléments de sécurité (10) sur un substrat constitué au moins en partie d'un matériau transparent, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à- imprimer un premier motif formé de signes (1) en au moins deux couleurs (J, M, C) sur un côté dudit matériau transparent, ce premier motif formé de signes (1) étant formé de sorte qu'un mélange partitif des couleurs ait lieu entre deux couleurs voisines (J, M, C) de ces signes du premier motif (1) ;- imprimer un deuxième motif formé de signes (2) sur le côté opposé dudit matériau transparent, de sorte que des signes particuliers du premier motif (1) soient recouverts au moins en partie par les signes du deuxième motif (2) ;- les signes de recouvrement du deuxième motif (2) ayant une fonction de filtrage ou de masquage relativement aux signes recouverts du premier motif (1) de sorte que, en raison de l'effet de parallaxe dû à l'épaisseur du substrat, le mélange partitif des couleurs des signes du premier motif (1) change quand un angle de vue change, produisant un changement de la couleur générale de l'élément de sécurité (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du substrat est du même ordre de grandeur que la largeur des signes constituant le premier motif et le deuxième motif (1, 2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du substrat et la largeur des signes du premier motif et du deuxième motif (1, 2) sont de 5 à 1 200 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les signes du premier motif et du deuxième motif (1, 2) sont constitués de lignes et/ou de points.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le premier motif et le deuxième motif (1, 2) sont un motif sous forme de ligne.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le premier motif et le deuxième motif (1, 2) sont positionnés l'un par rapport à l'autre durant l'impression.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les signes de recouvrement du deuxième motif (2) ayant une fonction de masquage relativement aux signes recouverts du premier motif (1) sont imprimés dans une encre opaque ou une encre transparente imprimée à un haut niveau de densité de sorte que quand l'observateur regarde l'élément de sécurité (10), au moins une partie du premier motif (1) n'est pas visible car elle est masquée par le deuxième motif (2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les signes de recouvrement du deuxième motif (2) ayant une fonction de filtrage relativement aux signes recouverts du premier motif (1) sont imprimés dans une encre transparente de sorte que quand l'observateur regarde l'élément de sécurité (10), au moins une partie du premier motif (1) a une couleur modifiée car elle est filtrée par le deuxième motif.
- Élément de sécurité imprimé sur un document de sécurité constitué d'un substrat constitué au moins en partie d'un matériau transparent pourvu d'un ou plusieurs éléments de sécurité, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est constitué de :- un premier motif (1) formé de signes en au moins deux couleurs (J, M, C) qui est imprimé sur un côté dudit matériau transparent, ce premier motif (1) formé de signes étant tel qu'un mélange partitif des couleurs a lieu entre deux couleurs voisines de ces signes du premier motif (1) ;- un deuxième motif (2) formé de signes qui est imprimé sur le côté opposé dudit matériau transparent, de sorte que des signes particuliers du premier motif (1) sont recouverts au moins en partie par les signes du deuxième motif (2) ;- les signes de recouvrement du deuxième motif (2) ayant une fonction de filtrage ou de masquage relativement aux signes recouverts du premier motif (1) de sorte que, en raison de l'effet de parallaxe dû à l'épaisseur du substrat, le mélange partitif des couleurs des signes du premier motif (1) change quand un angle de vue change, produisant un changement de la couleur générale de l'élément de sécurité.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le matériau transparent est un matériau transparent synthétique.
- Élément de sécurité selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le matériau transparent a une épaisseur de 5 à 1 200 µm.
- Élément de sécurité selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité est imprimé par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
