Durch die federnde Verbindung zwischen den Läufen werden außerdem eventuell auftretende Schwingungen gedämpft, wodurch ebenfalls eine Verbesserung des Trefferverhaltens erreicht wird. Eine Linienberührung kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass das zweite Halteteil eine ringförmige Aufnahme mit einer zylindrischen Bohrung aufweist, in der das mit einer balligen bzw. tonnenförmigen Außenfläche versehene Laufende angeordnet ist.
