Abstract
Es wird eine Vakuumerzeugervorrichtung (1) und ein zu deren Betreiben geeignetes Verfahren vorgeschlagen. Eine Ejektoreinrichtung (27) ist mit ihrem Einlass an einen ein Steuerventil (36) aufweisenden Luftversorgungskanal (32) und mit ihrer Saugseite (34) an einen mit einer Sauggreiferanordnung (7) verbundenen Saugkanal (35) angeschlossen, der über ein Ausblasventil (37) zum Belüften der Sauggreiferanordnung (7) mit Luft beaufschlagbar ist. Beide Ventile (36,37) werden durch ein gemeinsames externes Steuersignal gesteuert, mit dessen Beginn das Steuerventil (36) und mit dessen Ende das Ausblasventil (37) geöffnet wird, wobei während der Dauer dieses Steuersignals durch entsprechende Steuerung des Steuerventils (36) ein Saugunterdruck (-p) in der Sauggreiferanordnung (7) aufrecht erhalten wird.
