  • the valve needle 46 prevents a fluid flow through the fluid outlet portion 58 in the valve body 44 in a closing position of the valve needle 46. Outside of the closing position of the valve needle 46, the valve needle 46 enables the fluid flow through the fluid outlet portion 58.
  • the solid state actuator 16 may change its axial length if it is energized. By changing its length the solid state actuator 16 may exert a force on the valve needle 46.
  • the valve needle 46 is able to move in axial direction out of the closing position. Outside the closing position of the valve needle 46 there is a gap between the valve body 44 and the valve needle 46 at the first axial end area 24 of the injection valve 28 facing away from the solid state actuator 16.
  • the spring 52 can force the valve needle 46 via the valve needle spring rest 50 towards the solid state actuator 16. In the case the solid state actuator 16 is de-energized, the solid state actuator 16 shortens its length.
  • the spring 52 can force the valve needle 46 to move in axial direction in its closing position. It is depending on the force balance between the force on the valve needle 46 caused by the solid state actuator 16 and the force on the valve needle 46 caused by the spring 52 whether the valve needle 46 is in its closing position or not.

Claims (6)

  1. Agencement d'actionneur (10), comprenant :
    - une unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) qui présente un axe longitudinal (A) qui comprend :
    - un actionneur à semi-conducteurs (16) ;
    - un élément de connexion (18) destiné à connecter l'actionneur à semi-conducteurs (16) à une unité compensateur (14) ;
    - des broches électriques (20) pouvant être couplées de manière électrique à une alimentation électrique ; et
    - un élément de support (22) étant conçu et agencé de façon à recevoir en partie au moins les broches électriques (20) et l'élément de connexion (18) ;
    dans lequel l'unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) comprend une première zone d'extrémité axiale (24) conçue de façon à agir en tant que côté de commande, et une seconde zone d'extrémité axiale (26) opposée à la première zone d'extrémité axiale (24) ;
    - l'unité compensateur (14) étant agencée de façon à faire face à la seconde zone d'extrémité axiale (26) de l'unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) le long de l'axe longitudinal (A) de l'unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12), et étant en contact avec l'unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de connexion (18), et caractérisé en ce que l'élément de connexion (18) est enfermé à l'intérieur de l'élément de support (22) et de l'actionneur à semi-conducteurs (16).
  2. Agencement d'actionneur (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de connexion (18) est entièrement durci.
  3. Agencement d'actionneur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de connexion (18) comprend de l'acier inoxydable.
  4. Agencement d'actionneur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'élément de support (22) comprend de l'acier inoxydable.
  5. Agencement d'actionneur (10) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'acier inoxydable comprend environ 0,05 % de carbone, 18 % de chrome et 10 % de nickel.
  6. Soupape d'injection (28) dotée d'un ensemble soupape (30) à l'intérieur d'un renfoncement (38) d'un corps de logement (34, 36) et d'un agencement d'actionneur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) située à l'intérieur du renfoncement (38), l'unité actionneur à semi-conducteurs (12) étant conçue de façon à agir sur l'ensemble soupape (30).
