- Laundry washing machine 1 as described above has numerous advantages, by being cheap and easy to produce. More specifically, bellows 15 as described above is no more expensive than an equivalent standard bellows, and substantially prevents any laundry items from slipping between drum 5 and tub 12, when drum 5 is fully loaded, by virtue of the design of the bottom portion of vertical annular lip 18, and provision of horizontal rib 23. As such, the same drum 5 may safely be loaded with a larger amount of laundry, thus increasing the rated capacity of laundry washing machine 1, with no increase in the internal or external dimensions of the machine.

Claims (19)
- Waschmaschine (1), umfassend:ein Gehäuse (2) mit einer aufklappbaren vorderen Tür (7); eine sich drehende perforierte Trommel (5), die um eine Drehachse (6) dreht;eine Wanne (12), welche die Trommel (5) umgibt; und einen elastischen ringförmigen Dichtungsbalg (15) mit einem hinteren Ende (16), der mit einem vorderen Ende der Wanne (12) verbunden ist; ein vorderes Ende (17), das mit dem Gehäuse (2) um die Tür (7) herum verbunden ist; und eine vertikale ringförmige Lippe (18), die in der Nähe eines vorderen Endes (19) der Trommel (5) angeordnet ist;wobei die Waschmaschine (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass mindestens ein unterer Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) einen inneren Rand (20) aufweist, der einen größeren Durchmesser als das offene vordere Ende (19) der Trommel (5) aufweist, der im Wesentlichen koplanar mit dem offenen vorderen Ende (19) der Trommel (5) verläuft, um das offene vordere Ende (19) der Trommel (5) radial zu umgeben.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens der untere Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) keine horizontalen Vorsprünge aufweist, die parallel zu der Drehachse (6) verlaufen.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens ein unterer Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) sich leicht zu der Trommel (5) hin neigt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei sich mindestens ein unterer Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) in einem Winkel zwischen 5° und 30° zur Trommel (5) hin neigt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei sich mindestens ein unterer Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) in einem Winkel zwischen 10° und 20° zur Trommel (5) hin neigt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der untere Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) und der Trommel (5) derart angeordnet ist, dass, wenn sich die Trommel (5) aufgrund des Gewichts der Wäsche nach unten biegt und die Wäsche aufgrund der Schwerkraft aus der Trommel (5) fällt und mit ihrem Gewicht auf der Unterseite des Dichtungsbalgs (15) aufliegt, der daher den unteren Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) biegt, in keiner Weise das offene vordere Ende (19) der Trommel (5) stört, wodurch verhindert wird, dass die Trommel (5) beim Drehen aus der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) rutscht.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei der untere Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) und der Trommel (5) derart angeordnet ist, dass, wenn sich die Trommel (5) aufgrund des Gewichts der Wäsche nach unten biegt und die Wäsche aufgrund der Schwerkraft aus der Trommel (5) fällt und mit ihrem Gewicht auf der Unterseite des Dichtungsbalgs (15) aufliegt, der daher den unteren Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) biegt, tangential zu dem offenen vorderen Ende (19) der Trommel (5) verläuft.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei der untere Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) und der Trommel (5) derart angeordnet sind, dass, wenn sich die Trommel (5) aufgrund des Gewichts der Wäsche nach unten biegt und die Wäsche aufgrund der Schwerkraft aus der Trommel (5) fällt und mit ihrem Gewicht auf der Unterseite des Dichtungsbalgs (15) aufliegt, der daher den unteren Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) biegt, durch einen Abstand getrennt wird, der mindestens den Herstellertoleranzen entspricht.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei der untere Abschnitt der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) eine Anzahl von horizontalen Durchgangsabflussöffnungen (21) aufweist.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die vertikale ringförmige Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) mindestens eine horizontale Rippe (23) umfasst, die sich horizontal aus einer hinteren Wand (24) der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) erstreckt und einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist, als das offene vordere Ende (19) der Trommel (5) und zwischen der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) und der Trommel (5) angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 10, wobei sich die horizontale Rippe (23) radial entlang eines begrenzten Bereichs der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) erstreckt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11, wobei sich die horizontale Rippe (23) entlang eines oberen Abschnitts der vertikalen ringförmigen Rippe (18) erstreckt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die horizontale Rippe (23) stufenweise axial ihre Größe zwischen einem Mindestwert von Null an den Enden und einem Höchstwert in der Mitte variiert.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 13, wobei die Variation der axialen Größe der horizontalen Rippe (23) zwischen einem Mindestwert von Null an den Enden und einem Höchstwert in der Mitte grob sinusförmig ist.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die vertikale ringförmige Lippe (18) des Dichtungsbalgs (15) mindestens eine horizontale Rippe (23) umfasst, die sich horizontal aus einer hinteren Wand (24) der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) erstreckt und einen größeren Durchmesser als das offene vordere Ende (19) der Trommel (5) aufweist und zwischen der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) und der Trommel (5) angeordnet ist.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 15, wobei sich die horizontale Rippe (23) radial entlang eines begrenzten Bereichs der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) erstreckt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 16, wobei sich die horizontale Rippe (23) entlang eines oberen Abschnitts der vertikalen ringförmigen Lippe (18) erstreckt.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, wobei die horizontale Rippe (23) ihre Größe zwischen einem Mindestwert von Null an den Enden und einem Höchstwert in der Mitte stufenweise axial variiert.
- Waschmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11 oder 18, wobei die Variation der axialen Größe der horizontalen Rippe (23) zwischen einem Mindestwert von Null an den Enden und einem Höchstwert in der Mitte grob sinusförmig ist.
