More specifically, exercise systems of known designs and configurations previously devised and utilized for the purpose of enhancing performance of an exerciser through known methods and apparatuses are known to consist basically of familiar, expected, and obvious structural configurations, notwithstanding the myriad of designs encompassed by the crowded prior art which has been developed for the fulfillment of countless objectives and requirements.
- the audio/video exercise system substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in doing so provides an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of enhancing the performance of a person exercising by supplying motivation and information about proper exercising techniques.

- the audio/video exercise system thus uses internet technology to enhance training. It also allows the user to download a workout correlated to the exercise machine to which it is coupled. Note for example workouts by well-known, respected and manufacturer-certified trainers from web sites that are operated by manufacturers or channels or representatives or agents. This system also allows downloading to a handheld digital electronic audio/video device so a user is adapted to follow along during exercises. The handheld digital electronic audio/video device thus allows the user to listen to music and watch videos while training.
- An even further object of the present invention is to provide a new and improved audio/video exercise system which is susceptible of a low cost of manufacture with regard to both materials and labor, and which accordingly is then susceptible of low prices of sale to the consuming public, thereby making such audio/video exercise system economically available to the buying public.
- Even still another object of the present invention is to provide an audio/video exercise system for enhancing the performance of a person exercising by supplying motivation and information about proper exercising techniques.

- the housing unit includes a docking station.
- the docking station is adapted to operatively receive a handheld digital electronic audio/video device.
- the housing unit also includes controls for the intensity of the volume of the speaker.
- the housing unit lastly includes a plurality of ports.
- the ports include a USB port. The USB port allows for an operative connection between the housing unit and any one of a plurality of exercise machines.
- Each exercise machine has a reception area.
- Each exercise machine has first LED lights 16.
- Each exercise machine has a first USB port 18.
- the first USB port is capable of supplying power to the first LED lights.

- the system 100 includes an exercise machine 102.
- the exercise machine is an exercise machine selected from the class of exercise machines including, but not limited to, functional trainers, traditional home gyms, cardio equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines and bikes.
- a handheld digital electronic audio/visual device 104 preferably an iPod.
- Operatively coupling the exercise machine and the handheld digital electronic audio/visual device is a housing unit 106.
- the exercise machine and the handheld digital electronic audio/visual device and the housing unit function essentially the same as in the previously described primary embodiment.
- a larger screen TV 110 is included in the alternate embodiment of the invention.
- Such larger screen TV is larger than the smaller screen TV normally utilized on handheld devices.
- An electronic line 112 operatively couples the larger screen TV and the housing unit. The use of the larger screen TV provides for easier viewing by the user while exercising with a program downloaded by a handheld device.
- the utility of the system is enhanced by an adjustable primary support 114 beneath the large screen TV and a similar adjustable secondary support 116 between the housing unit and the exercise machine.
- Each support is adapted for varying the angular and elevational orientation of the supported object with respect to the supporting object.
- the supported object for the primary support is the large screen TV.
- the supported object for the secondary support is the housing unit.
- the supporting object for the secondary support is the exercise machine.
- the supporting object for the primary support is a floor, or in an alternate embodiment a table or a wall.
- the housing unit is programed with a plurality of audio/video product feature introductions, basic exercise demonstrations and coaching programs by well known trainers that are relevant to the exercise machine to which it is coupled. http://www.omnisportstrendandtech.com
- the housing unit is secured to the exercise machine and handheld digital electronic audio/video device is mounted in the docking station of the housing unit.
- the housing unit and the exercise machine and the handheld digital electronic audio/video device are each activated.
- the user will then use the handheld digital electronic audio/video device to select from a list provided by the housing unit the corresponding exercise machine to which it is secured and the specific exercise the user wants to do.
- the user will then receive information from the housing unit about exercising properly with the specific exercise machine.
