Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour acquérir, traiter et présenter des images panoramiques dans un viseur selon une fonction de rendu tridimensionnel, ledit procédé étant conçu pour corréler directement les coordonnées sphériques (6) d'une carte tridimensionnelle (7) en coordonnées cartésiennes d'une carte (5). L'invention concerne en outre un système pour gérer les images d'un territoire urbain, ledit système fonctionnait avec un tel procédé et comportant une caméra vidéo (1) couplée à un miroir parabolique (2) au moyen d'une structure (3) d'un seul tenant, dotée de moyens se déplaçant le long d'une route urbaine et comportant un viseur d'enregistrements panoramiques de la caméra vidéo (1) relié aux données d'acquisition d'un système de télédétection par satellite.
