Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Umwandlung und Speicherung von regenerativer Energie oder anderer überschüssiger Energie bei dem eine Flüssigkeit in einem reversiblen Kreisprozess als Speichermedium verwendet wird, das zyklisch mechanisch in ein Druckgefäß, dass mit Gas oder Dampf eines Arbeitsmittels gefüllt ist, der unter gegenüber Umgebungsdruck höherem Druck steht, gehoben und danach unter Gewinn von technischer Arbeit wieder abgelassen wird, wobei das Speichermedium in einem ersten Schritt, der Beladung, durch Zuführung von technischer Arbeit im Druck so angehoben wird, dass es in ein Druckgefäß strömt und dort befindliches dampfförmiges Arbeitsmittel aus diesem verdrängt und der Dampf des Arbeitsmittels an Flächen, die durch das Speichermedium oder ein anderes Kühlmittel indirekt gekühlt werden, kondensiert und danach im flüssigen Zustand gespeichert wird, bevor es in einem zweiten Schritt, der Entladung, durch indirekte Zuführung von Wärme des Speichermediums oder eines anderen Wärmeträgers wieder verdampft, in das Druckgefäß geleitet und das dort befindliche Speichermedium, das durch Wärmeübertragung an des Arbeitsmittel dessen Verdampfung sichert, unter Abgabe von technischer Arbeit aus diesem wieder verdrängt.
