Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur automatischen Bestimmung von Objekt- und/oder Positionsdaten (OD, PD) von in einem Bereitstellungsbereich (2, 20, 200) angeordneten Stirndeckelstapeln (3.1-3.3, 15, 30) für eine Vorrichtung (4, 40) zur Positionierung von Stirndeckeln (14, 18) an einer Stirnseite einer Materialbahnrolle (M, Mn) und ein Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Vorrichtung (4, 40) zur Positionierung von Stirndeckeln (14, 18).Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mittels zumindest einer Bilderfassungseinrichtung (5, 5.1, 5.2, 50, 500) aus wenigstens zwei unterschiedlichen Perspektiven Abbilder (100I, 100II) zumindest eines Teils des Bereitstellungsbereiches (2, 20, 200) erzeugt werden, aus denen mittels eines photogrammetrischen Verfahrens die Objekt- und/oder Positionsdaten (OD, PD) eines Stirndeckelstapels (3.1-3.3, 15, 30) bestimmt werden.
