Abstract

La présente invention concerne la mise à disposition d'un étage de compresseur optimisé pour des applications de turbocompresseur à gaz d'échappement. En particulier, l'invention a pour objet d'améliorer la liaison entre le silencieux, le boîtier extérieur et le boîtier intérieur du compresseur. Pour cela, les liaisons entre le silencieux (2) et le boîtier extérieur (11) du compresseur, et entre le boîtier intérieur (12) du compresseur et le boîtier extérieur (11) du compresseur sont réalisées séparément. Les deux liaisons séparées sont disposées sur la même bride du boîtier extérieur du compresseur, mais séparément l'une de l'autre.

Claims (7)

  1. Compresseur, comprenant un boîtier de compresseur (1) ainsi qu'un silencieux (2), le boîtier de compresseur (1) comprenant un boîtier de compresseur extérieur (11) et un boîtier de compresseur intérieur (12), le silencieux (2) et le boîtier de compresseur intérieur (12) étant fixés au moyen de moyens de fixation (31, 32) à une bride du boîtier de compresseur extérieur (11),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le boîtier de compresseur intérieur (12) est fixé avec des premiers moyens de fixation (31) à la bride du boîtier de compresseur extérieur (11) et en ce que
    le silencieux (2) est fixé avec des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (32) séparés espacés radialement vers l'extérieur des premiers moyens de fixation (31), sur la même bride du boîtier de compresseur extérieur (11).
  2. Compresseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de fixation (31, 32) comprennent au moins en partie des vis d'extension.
  3. Compresseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des douilles de serrage (33) sont positionnées sous les moyens de fixation (31, 32) au moins en partie de sorte que la course de fixation soit prolongée.
  4. Compresseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le nombre des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (32) est supérieur au nombre des premiers moyens de fixation (31).
  5. Compresseur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans le boîtier de compresseur extérieur (11) sont pratiqués des alésages pour recevoir les moyens de fixation (31, 32), et dans lequel le nombre des alésages pour les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (32) est supérieur au nombre des deuxièmes moyens de fixation.
  6. Compresseur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel deux fois plus d'alésages pour les deuxièmes moyens de fixation sont prévus qu'il n'y a de deuxièmes moyens de fixation.
  7. Turbosoufflante à gaz d'échappement comprenant un compresseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
