Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil d'alésage de trous de sonde caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un corps d'aléseur comprenant une pluralité d'évidements, chaque évidement recevant un aléseur à cylindre respectifs, ladite pluralité d'aléseurs à cylindre étant adaptée pour se fixer audit corps aléseur de manière circonférentielle et espacée. Chacun des évidements situés sur le corps d'aléseur comporte un évidement de fixation pour corps aléseur permettant à l'aléseur à cylindre de circuler sans entraves et un évidement pour aléseur à cylindre pouvant se fixer au corps aléseur aux extrémités avant et arrière de l'aléseur à cylindre, ledit évidement de fixation de corps d'aléseur pour ledit aléseur à cylindre à fixer au corps d'aléseur aux extrémités avant et arrière de l'aléseur à cylindre comprenant un bloc de fixation adapté pour se loger dans l'évidement de fixation de corps aléseur et un moyen de fixation adapté pour se loger dans l'évidement de fixation de corps d'aléseur. Le procédé de réception dudit bloc de fixation et dudit moyen de fixation dans ledit évidement de fixation de corps d'aléseur est caractérisé par un ajustement à faible serrage, sous forme d'un ajustement conique de positionnement.
