Abstract

Verfahren zur Darstellung von digitalen Zeichenketten, die über den RDS PS Dienst übertragen werden, auf einem Endgerät, das einen Cache aufweist, umfassend die Schritte:
- Empfangen der RDS PS Zeichenkette durch ein Endgerät;
- Analysieren, ob eine Konkatenationsinformation in der RDS PS Zeichenkette enthalten ist;
falls Konkatenationsinformationen vorhanden sind, erfolgt ein Speichern der RDS PS Zeichenkette so im Cache, dass eine vorhandene Cachezeichenkette unmittelbar mit der RDS PS Zeichenkette unter Weglassung der Konkatenationsinformation konkateniert wird;
falls Konkatenationsinformationen nicht vorhanden sind, erfolgt ein Speichern der RDS PS Zeichenkette so im Cache, dass eine vorhandene Cachezeichenkette mit den RDS PS Informationen konkateniert wird;
- Darstellen der Zeichenkette aus dem Cache auf dem Endgerät.
