Claims (21)

  1. Conditionnement (1) pour des produits pharmaceutiques, médicinaux ou similaires, et en particulier pour des produits phytopharmacologiques ou phytosanitaires, comprenant:
    - au moins un élément sensiblement plat (2) pour le support d'indications prescrites pour un produit pharmaceutique, médicinal ou similaire, et en particulier pour des produits phytopharmacologiques ou phytosanitaires,
    - au moins un premier siège (3), destiné à recevoir un contenant (4) dudit produit, et qui est formé dans ledit élément sensiblement plat (2),
    - des premiers moyens de liaison (37, 38) pour relier ledit contenant (4) et ledit élément sensiblement plat (2),
    - au moins un élément d'obturation (9), associé de manière amovible à un orifice de distribution (8) dudit produit, et formé à une extrémité dudit contenant (4),
    - un capuchon (10) associé à ladite extrémité du contenant (4) et
    - au moins une languette (30) qui est associée audit élément sensiblement plat (2) avec des moyens d'accouplement temporaires et amovibles (34, 35) et supportant ledit capuchon (10), des deuxièmes moyens de liaison (39, 40) pour relier ledit capuchon (10) et ladite languette (30) étant prévus,
    caractérisé en ce qu 'il comprend:
    - un élément de retrait (11) pour retirer ledit élément d'obturation (9), formé à l'intérieur dudit capuchon (10), et
    au moins une paire d'ailettes de scellement (33) placées de manière amovible entre ledit élément sensiblement plat (2) et ladite languette (30).
  2. Conditionnement (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu 'il comprend des moyens de maintien temporaire (17, 21 ; 27, 28) pour maintenir ledit capuchon (10) dans une configuration de non interférence entre ledit élément de retrait (11) et ledit élément d'obturation (9) et aptes à empêcher ledit capuchon (10) et ledit contenant (4) de se rapprocher davantage l'un de l'autre.
  3. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'obturation (9) comprend un bouchon associé audit orifice de distribution (8), et ledit élément de retrait (11) comprend un siège de retenue dudit bouchon (9) défini par une partie au moins de la surface intérieure dudit capuchon (10), des moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) étant prévus entre ledit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11).
  4. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) comprennent une pluralité de protubérances (15) formées sur au moins l'un d'entre la surface supérieure extérieure dudit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), au niveau du plafond dudit capuchon (10), aptes à un accouplement avec des encoches correspondantes (16) formées sur l'autre d'entre la surface supérieure extérieure dudit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), lesdits moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) étant aptes à empêcher la rotation relative entre ledit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), engagés l'un à l'intérieur de l'autre.
  5. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) comprennent une pluralité de protubérances (15) formées sur au moins l'un d'entre la surface, latérale extérieure dudit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), aptes à un accouplement avec des encoches correspondantes (16) formées sur l'autre d'entre la surface latérale extérieure dudit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), lesdits moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) étant aptes à empêcher la rotation relative entre ledit bouchon (9) et ledit siège de retenue (11), engagés l'un à l'intérieur de l'autre.
  6. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien (17, 21 ; 27, 28) comprennent des moyens élastiques (17, 21) qui empêchent le rapprochement relatif entre ledit élément de retrait (11) et ledit élément d'obturation (9).
  7. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens élastiques (17, 21) comprennent au moins un ressort à lame (21) formé faisant saillie dudit siège de retenue (11) et qui peut être engagée en flexion sur ledit bouchon (9).
  8. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'accouplement (15, 16 ; 23) comprennent au moins une première nervure (23) formée longitudinalement sur la surface extérieure dudit bouchon (9) et au moins une deuxième nervure formée longitudinalement sur la surface intérieure dudit capuchon (10), lesdites première (23) et deuxième nervures étant aptes à s'engager l'une avec l'autre pour un accouplement dudit capuchon (10) et dudit bouchon (9) pendant la rotation dudit capuchon (10) dans une direction de serrage, et aptes à s'engager ensemble en encliquetage pendant la rotation dudit capuchon (10) dans une direction d'ouverture.
  9. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'obturation (9) est composé d'une membrane, déchirable et réalisée solidaire du bord entourant ledit orifice de distribution (8), et ledit élément de retrait (11) est fait d'un perforateur qui s'étend depuis le plafond dudit capuchon (10) à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
  10. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de maintien (17, 21 ; 27, 28) comprennent au moins une dent d'arrêt (27) formée faisant saillie de la surface latérale extérieure dudit contenant (4), apte à s'engager avec au moins une dent de blocage annulaire (28) formée faisant saillie de la surface latérale intérieure dudit capuchon (10).
  11. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite languette (30) et ledit élément sensiblement plat (2) sont sensiblement dans le même plan.
  12. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite languette (30) comprend un deuxième siège (32) de logement dudit capuchon (10).
  13. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'accouplement temporaires et amovibles (34, 35) sont formés par une première zone fragilisée (34) située entre lesdites ailettes de scellement (33) et ladite languette (30) et par une deuxième zone fragilisée (35) située entre lesdites ailettes de scellement (33) et ledit élément sensiblement plat (2).
  14. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes de scellement (33) se trouvent dans une direction diamétralement opposée audit contenant (4).
  15. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites ailettes de scellement (33) sont formées sensiblement dans le même plan qu'au moins l'un d'entre ladite languette (30) et ledit élément sensiblement plat (2).
  16. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un d'entre ledit élément sensiblement plat (2), ladite languette (30) et lesdites ailettes de scellement (33) est/sont réalisés en matériau sensiblement rigide, de type bristol, carton, carton associé à une matière plastique, matériau polymère, ou matériaux similaires.
  17. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de liaison (37, 38) comprennent au moins une première broche (37) formée dans ledit contenant (4) ou dans ledit élément sensiblement plat (2) et qui peut être insérée avec interférence dans un premier orifice correspondant (38) ménagé respectivement dans ledit élément sensiblement plat (2) ou dans ledit contenant (4).
  18. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de liaison (39, 40) comprennent au moins une deuxième broche (39) formée dans ledit capuchon (10) ou dans ladite languette (30) et qui peut être insérée avec interférence dans un deuxième orifice correspondant (40) ménagé respectivement dans ladite languette (30) ou dans ledit capuchon (10).

Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit contenant (4) comprend au moins une première ailette d'accouplement (36) dans laquelle sont formés lesdits premiers moyens de liaison (37, 38) et qui est apte à être superposée sur ledit élément sensiblement plat (2).
  20. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit capuchon (10) comprend au moins une deuxième-ailette d'accouplement (36) dans laquelle sont formés lesdits deuxièmes moyens de liaison (39, 40) et qui est apte à être superposée sur ladite languette (30).
  21. Conditionnement (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un d'entre lesdits premiers moyens de liaison (37, 38) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de liaison (39, 40) comprend des rivets, des sertissages, une soudure par ultrason, une thermo-soudure ou un collage, réalisés respectivement entre ledit contenant (4) et ledit élément sensiblement plat (2), et entre ledit capuchon (10) et ladite languette (30).
