Abstract
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Mehrkammerflachrohr (V1-V17) mit wenigstens zwei Kammern (1,2) zur Strömungsaufnahme eines Fluids, hergestellt durch Umformen eines Blechbandes, insbesondere durch ein Biege- und/oder Falt- und/oder Falzverfahren, bei dem ein geschlossenes Profil gebildet ist, wobei sich jeweils gegenüberliegende Breitwände (4,6) und Schmalwände (5,7) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Breitwände (4,6) mit einem die wenigstens zwei Kammern trennenden, eine Innenseite des Profils bildenden Steg (3) stoffschlüssig verbunden, insbesondere lötverbunden sind, der mit einem Randabschnitt wenigstens eines der Seitenabschnitte des Blechbandes gebildet ist.
Zur Verbesserung eines solchen Mehrkammer-Flachrohres sieht die Erfindung eine besondere Ausgestaltung des Steges (3) in unterschiedlichen Varianten vor. Weiter führt die Erfindung auf einen entsprechenden Wärmetauscher und eine entsprechende Verwendung des Wärmetauschers.
The invention is based on a multi-chamber flat tube (V1-V17) with at least two chambers (1,2) for flow absorption of a fluid, produced by forming a sheet metal strip, in particular by a bending and / or folding and / or folding method, in which a closed profile is formed, wherein in each case opposite wide walls (4,6) and narrow walls (5,7) are interconnected, wherein the wide walls (4,6) with the at least two chambers separating, forming an inner side of the profile web (3 ) are materially connected, in particular soldered, which is formed with an edge portion of at least one of the side portions of the sheet metal strip.
To improve such a multi-chamber flat tube, the invention provides a special embodiment of the web (3) in different variants. Furthermore, the invention leads to a corresponding heat exchanger and a corresponding use of the heat exchanger.
