Abstract
Description
- This present Patent of Invention concerns of an infantile shoe solely composed by an integrated outsole and sock, obtained from a extremely simple, highly efficient and effectively economic manufacturing system, and providing several advantages related to technique and productivity, having innovative characteristics in its class.
- The referred infantile shoe is solely composed by a flexible outsole in special shape and essential to the comfort and welfare of the child and one sock that is integrated to the outsole, dispensing the whole superior part of a common shoe: conventional cuff, vamp and heel grip, joining two products in only one, comfortable, soft, practical and with a great visual and aesthetic effect, being very different of the other known shoes.
- In order to have a clear visualization of the infantile shoe composed by this integrated outsole and sock, illustrations are shown on the appendix, to which are made references to better elucidate the detailed description that follows.
-
FIGURE 1 : Lateral view of the outsole and sock before integration and in assembly position. -
FIGURE 2 : Lateral view of the shoe in the final assembly with the integrated outsole and sock. - According to these illustrations and details, the infantile shoe composed by the integrated outsole and sock now proposed is essentially characterized by being a flexible outsole of special shape (1), with concave and curved sectional profile (2) in its whole length, with its outer surface having several small protuberances (3), orderly distributed and that act as antiskid elements, leaving from its toe cap one tongue (4) with transversal notches, forming a part of what will be the structure of a conventional shoe.
- In the curved part (2) of the outsole is introduced and conveniently fixed, through a gluing system, the foot of one elastic sock (5), whose antero-superior part is overlaid and glued in the tongue (4).
- The sock (5) substitutes the conventional cuff, vamp and hell grip of a common shoe, being the shoe cuff formed by the own sock cuff.
- Thus, the infantile shoe composed by the integrated outsole and sock accomplishes the proposed objectives, presenting to the market an unique product, solely formed by an integrated outsole and sock, with several technical, practical and efficient advantages, promoting an infantile shoe of great utility and very practiced, soft, comfortable, easy and economic manufacturing, with savings related to the manufacturing of common shoes, and presenting a new and exclusive design, of great visual and aesthetic effect, with own and innovative characteristics and with the fundamental requirements of novelty.
