Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verformen des Endes eines Rohres, aufweisend:
- ein Spannbackenpaar (8a,8b) aus einer an einem Vorrichtungsträger (1) befestigten Spannbacke (8a) und einer weiteren Spannbacke (8b), die zueinander relativ verschiebbar angeordnet sind und Längsausnehmungen (15a, 15b) zur Aufnahme des Rohres (16) aufweisen,
- ein Verformungswerkzeug (9), das an einem verschieblich gelagerten Druckelement (3) vorgesehen ist und in der Ruhestellung des Druckelementes (3) in einem definierten Abstand zu den Spannbacken (8a,8b) steht und als Anschlag für das Rohrende dient und durch Verschieben des Druckelementes (3) in Verformungsrichtung das Rohrende bei fest eingeklemmtem Rohr (16) in dem Spannbackenpaar (8a, 8b) verformt,
- eine mittels Bedienhebel (17) manuell oder mittels motorischem Antrieb oder mittels Hydraulikzylinder realisierten direkten Antrieb betätigbare Bewegungssteuervorrichtung (2), wobei
die Bewegungsrichtungen der beweglichen Spannbacke (8b) und die des Druckelementes (3) um 90° versetzt zueinander verlaufen und das Druckelement (3) und die bewegliche Spannbacke über die mechanische Bewegungssteuervorrichtung (2) derart miteinander gekoppelt sind, dass erst nach dem Schließen oder während des Schließvorganges der Spannbacken (8a,8b) das Verformungswerkzeug (9) gegen das vorstehende Ende des Rohres fährt und in Folge einen definierten Verformungshub hierauf ausübt.
