dass das Hinter-dem-Ohr-Teil (2) ein mit dem Verbindungselement (4) in Wirkverbindung stehendes Schaltelement (5) derart angeordnet ist, dass durch eine zum Hinter-dem-Ohr-Teil (2) relative Bewegung (6) des Verbindungselements (4) mindestens zwei Schaltpositionen des Schaltelements (5) einstellbar sind.
