Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Walzenkörper für die Behandlung bahnförmigen Materials, umfassend
a) einen Mantel (1)
b) und an einer inneren Umfangsfläche des Mantels (1) um eine Rotationsachse (R) des Walzenkörpers verteilt angeordnete Profile (P; Pa, Pb), die mit dem Mantel (1) zumindest im wesentlichen axial erstreckte Kanäle (10a, 10b) für ein Temperierfluid bilden,
c) wobei der Mantel (1) jeweils eine Außenwand und die Profile (P; Pa, Pb) Seitenwände (11, 12) der Kanäle (10a, 10b) bilden
d) und wobei die Seitenwände (11, 12) jeweils mittels einer durch Stoffschluss erzeugten Verbindungsnaht (13; 14) mit dem Mantel (1) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
e) die Seitenwände (11, 12) von nächstbenachbarten Profilen (P; Pa, Pb) bis in die Verbindungsnaht (13) zu dem Mantel (1) im Querschnitt eine Neigung von weniger als 90° aufweisen, so dass sie von der Verbindungsnaht (13; 14) aus voneinander weg weisen.
The invention relates to a roller body for the treatment of sheet material, comprising
a) a jacket (1)

c) wherein the jacket (1) each form an outer wall and the profiles (P; P a , P b ) form side walls (11, 12) of the channels (10a, 10b)
d) and wherein the side walls (11, 12) are each connected to the shell (1) by means of a connection seam (13;
characterized in that
e) have the side walls (11, 12) of nearest neighboring profiles (P; P a , P b ) up to the connecting seam (13) to the shell (1) in cross-section an inclination of less than 90 °, so that they of the Connecting seam (13, 14) facing away from each other.
