Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein thermisches Spritzverfahren zum Herstellen einer Schutzschicht auf mit heißen Gasen, insbesondere Rauchgasen beaufschlagten metallischen Wänden, vorzugsweise von Kesselrohren, bei dem ein Pulver auf die metallischen Wände aufgetragen wird.
Um bei geringerer Wärmeeinbringung in den Grundwerkstoff eine geschlossene, in sich eingeschmolzene Schutzschicht ohne diffusiven Verbund mit dem Grundwerkstoff zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, ein Plasmaspritzverfahren durchzuführen, bei dem als Pulver eine selbstfließende Metalllegierung mir grober Körnung auf die metallischen Wände gespritzt wird, wobei die Schutzschicht nach dem Aufspritzen angeschmolzen wird.
