Ce procédé permet d'établir une communication prioritaire (C<SUB>AB</SUB>) entre un premier terminal (A) et un deuxième terminal (B), une première communication (C<SUB>BC</SUB>) étant déjà établie (E10) entre le deuxième terminal (B) et un troisième terminal (C). Ce procédé comporte une étape (E40, E50) de suspension de la première communication (C<SUB>BC</SUB>) à l'initiative du premier terminal (A).

Description

Procédé et dispositif d'établissement d'une communication prioritaire
Arrière-plan de l'invention Le domaine de l'invention est celui de la gestion des appels visant à établir des communications interpersonnelles dans un réseau de télécommunication, ce réseau pouvant être de tout type et notamment de type "circuit" ou "commutation de paquets".
L'invention concerne plus particulièrement la gestion des appels urgents et vise à rendre possible, lorsqu'un tel appel se produit, l'établissement d'une communication prioritaire avec un terminal déjà en communication avec un autre terminal.
De façon connue, lorsqu'un terminal appelle un terminal déjà en communication, il reçoit un signal représentatif du fait que ce terminal est occupé.
Dans l'état actuel de la technique, il existe des services permettant d'envoyer au terminal déjà en communication un signal d'appel pour le prévenir qu'un autre terminal désire établir une communication avec lui. Mais ce signal d'appel n'a qu'un but informatif dans le sens où il laisse, à l'utilisateur du terminal déjà en cours, la possibilité de basculer ou non sur ce nouvel appel entrant.
Obiet et résumé de l'invention La présente invention vise un procédé et un dispositif permettant, à un terminal appelant un terminal ayant une communication en cours, de suspendre cette communication pour établir une communication prioritaire.
Plus précisément, et selon un premier aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé d'établissement d'une communication prioritaire entre un premier terminal et un deuxième terminal, une première communication étant déjà établie entre le deuxième terminal et un troisième terminal. Ce procédé comporte, préalablement à l'établissement de la communication prioritaire, une étape de suspension de la première communication, à l'initiative du premier terminal. Ainsi, contrairement à l'état de la technique constitué par les services de signal d'appel, la suspension de la communication en cours est effectuée par le premier terminal, et non pas par l'utilisateur du deuxième terminal. Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, l'utilisateur du premier terminal peut, en cas de communication urgente, suspendre la communication en cours pour forcer le deuxième terminal à établir une communication avec lui.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, le procédé d'établissement selon l'invention comporte, préalablement à l'étape de suspension, une étape au cours de laquelle on vérifie si le premier terminal est autorisé à suspendre la première communication.
Dans ce mode particulier de réalisation, la possibilité d'interrompre la communication en cours n'est offerte que si l'appelant est dûment autorisé par l'appelé à effectuer cette opération.
Par exemple, cette vérification peut consister à rechercher si l'appelant est enregistré dans un répertoire de l'appelé et avec des droits adéquats.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, l'interruption peut être automatique.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, l'interruption peut être automatique dès lors que la personne appelante est dans la liste des appelants autorisés à interrompre les communications en cours du deuxième terminal. Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, le procédé d'établissement selon l'invention comporte, préalablement à l'étape de suspension, une étape de confirmation, par le premier terminal, pour procéder à ladite suspension.
Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'interruption n'est pas automatique : elle est soumise à l'approbation de l'appelant, par exemple par le jeu d'un clip vocal qui lui propose d'interrompre la communication en cours de son correspondant. L'appelant peut par exemple confirmer la suspension de l'appel en cours à l'aide d'une séquence de touches DTMF.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention, le procédé d'établissement comporte au moins une étape parmi : - mise en attente d'au moins un des terminaux avant l'établissement de la communication prioritaire ; et
- mise en attente du troisième terminal pendant la communication prioritaire. Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, les deux correspondants initialement en communication peuvent être prévenus, par le jeu d'un film audio/vidéo de la survenance de l'appel du premier terminal. A l'issue de ce film, la communication initiale en cours est suspendue et la communication prioritaire est établie. Pendant la communication prioritaire, on peut faire attendre le correspondant initial (utilisateur du troisième terminal) qui n'est pas partie à la communication prioritaire, avec un film sonore l'invitant à patienter.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention, la première communication est ré-établie à l'issue de la communication prioritaire.
Dans un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention, la communication prioritaire est établie pour une durée prédéterminée.
L'invention vise aussi un dispositif de télécommunication comportant : - des moyens pour suspendre, à l'initiative d'un premier terminal, une première communication établie entre un deuxième terminal et un troisième terminal ; et
- des moyens pour établir une communication prioritaire entre le premier terminal et le deuxième terminal. L'invention vise aussi un serveur SIP comportant un dispositif de télécommunication tel que mentionné ci-dessus.
De façon connue, un serveur SIP est adapté à mettre en œuvre le protocole de même nom tel que défini par I1IETF (Internet Engineering
Task Force) dans le document RFC 3261. Le proxy SIP conforme à l'invention est adapté à mettre en œuvre le protocole SIP.
Il est en particulier adapté à émettre, par ses moyens de communication 104, des messages BYE pour mettre fin à une communication entre deux terminaux et des messages INVITE pour établir une communication entre deux terminaux. Dans un mode particulier de réalisation, les différentes étapes du procédé d'établissement de communication prioritaire sont déterminées par des instructions de programmes d'ordinateurs.
En conséquence, l'invention vise aussi un programme d'ordinateur sur un support d'informations, ce programme étant susceptible d'être mis en œuvre dans un dispositif d'établissement de communication prioritaire ou plus généralement dans un ordinateur, ce programme comportant des instructions adaptées à la mise en œuvre des étapes d'un procédé d'établissement de communication prioritaire tel que décrit ci-dessus.
Ce programme peut utiliser n'importe quel langage de programmation, et être sous la forme de code source, code objet, ou de code intermédiaire entre code source et code objet, tel que dans une forme partiellement compilée, ou dans n'importe quelle autre forme souhaitable.
L'invention vise aussi un support d'informations lisible par un ordinateur, et comportant des instructions d'un programme d'ordinateur tel que mentionné ci-dessus.
Le support d'informations peut être n'importe quelle entité ou dispositif capable de stocker le programme. Par exemple, le support peut comporter un moyen de stockage, tel qu'une ROM, par exemple un CD ROM ou une ROM de circuit microélectronique, ou encore un moyen d'enregistrement magnétique, par exemple une disquette (floppy dise) ou un disque dur. D'autre part, le support d'informations peut être un support transmissible tel qu'un signal électrique ou optique, qui peut être acheminé via un câble électrique ou optique, par radio ou par d'autres moyens. Le programme selon l'invention peut être en particulier téléchargé sur un réseau de type Internet. Alternativement, le support d'informations peut être un circuit intégré dans lequel le programme est incorporé, le circuit étant adapté pour exécuter ou pour être utilisé dans l'exécution du procédé en question. Description détaillée d'un mode de réalisation
La figure 1 représente un serveur SIP 100 conforme à l'invention.
Le serveur SIP 100 comporte un dispositif 10 de télécommunication conforme à l'invention.
Dans le mode de réalisation décrit ici, le serveur SIP 100 est constitué par un ordinateur. II comporte un processeur 101, une mémoire morte 102, une mémoire vive 103 et des moyens de communication 104.
La mémoire morte 102 comporte un programme d'ordinateur conforme à l'invention dont les principales étapes seront décrites ultérieurement en référence aux figures 2 et 3. II est connecté, par l'intermédiaire de ses moyens de communication 104, à un réseau de télécommunication 1 auquel sont connectés des terminaux A, B et C fonctionnant suivant le protocole SIP.
Sur ce réseau, nous avons également représenté un serveur de contenu MS adapté à jouer des films vocaux aux utilisateurs des terminaux A, B et C.
De façon connue, le serveur de protocole SIP se place en coupure de la signalisation SIP pour les communications établies entre les terminaux A, B et C.
En référence aux figures 2 et 3, nous supposerons qu'une communication CBC est établie, conformément au protocole SIP, entre les terminaux C et B, au cours d'une étape ElO. On suppose qu'au cours d'une étape E20, le terminal A émet un appel en direction du terminal B, déjà en communication CBC avec le terminal C.
L'appel du terminal A se traduit, en protocole SIP, par l'envoi d'une requête INVITE contenant, conformément au RFC 2327, une partie SDP (Session Description Protocol "SDP") comprenant des paramètres du terminal A (adresse, port, codées supportés par ce terminal).
Cette requête d'appel est interceptée par le serveur SIP 10 conforme à l'invention placé, comme mentionné précédemment, en coupure de flux entre le terminal A et le terminal B.
Au cours de la même étape E20, le serveur SIP 10 transmet la requête INVITE(SDP A) au terminal B.
Le terminal B étant déjà en communication CBC avec le terminal C, il répond à ce message INVITE par l'envoi d'un message BUSY représentatif de son état d'occupation.
Ce message BUSY est intercepté par le serveur SIP 10 conforme à l'invention.
Etant donné que le terminal B est occupé, on vérifie, au cours d'une étape E22, si le terminal A est autorisé à interrompre la première communication CBC sur occupation du terminal B.
Dans l'exemple de réalisation décrit ici, cela revient à interroger une base de données non représentée dans laquelle sont enregistrés tous les terminaux pour lesquels l'utilisateur du terminal B a donné son autorisation à cet effet. Si tel n'est pas le cas, le résultat du test E22 est négatif et le procédé se termine.
On supposera dans l'exemple décrit ici qu'une telle autorisation a été donnée pour le terminal A et le résultat du test E22 est positif.
Ce test est alors suivi par une étape de confirmation E25 au cours de laquelle on demande à l'utilisateur du terminal A s'il souhaite effectivement suspendre la première communication CBC-
Cette étape de confirmation se fait, dans l'exemple décrit ici, par l'envoi d'un film audio à l'utilisateur du terminal A, qui peut donner son accord ou son refus par l'envoi d'une séquence de touches DTMF. Lorsque l'utilisateur du terminal A donne son refus, le résultat du test E25 est négatif. Ce test est alors suivi par une étape E28 au cours de laquelle on joue une annonce au terminal A, cette annonce terminant le procédé d'établissement.
Si l'utilisateur envoie une séquence de touches DTMF représentative de sa confirmation pour procéder à la suspension, le résultat du test E25 est positif.
Ce test est alors suivi par trois étapes E30, E40 et E50 au cours de laquelle on met respectivement en relation les terminaux A, B et C avec le serveur de contenu MS. Ces étapes E30, E40 et E50 vont maintenant être décrites plus précisément en référence à la figure 3.
L'étape E30 de mise en relation du terminal A avec le serveur de contenu MS comporte l'envoi, par le serveur SIP 10, d'un message INV]JE(SDP A) au serveur de contenu MS, les paramètres SDP A ayant été obtenus par le serveur SIP 10 au cours de l'étape E20 déjà décrite.
Sur réception de cette requête INVITE, le serveur de contenu MS envoie une réponse positive 200 OK au serveur SIP.
Le serveur SIP 10 envoie alors une réponse positive 200 OK au terminal A en réponse à son message d'invitation INVITE(SDP A) de l'étape E20.
Ce message de réponse positive 200 OK comporte les paramètres SDP MS du serveur de contenu MS.
Le terminal A acquitte ce message de réponse par l'envoi d'un accusé de réception ACK au serveur SIP 10. Le serveur SIP 10 peut ainsi acquitter la réception du message
200 OK reçu du serveur de contenu MS par l'envoi d'un accusé de réception ACK.
Une communication CAMS est alors établie entre le terminal A et le serveur de contenu MS par laquelle le serveur de contenu MS joue un film invitant l'utilisateur du terminal A à patienter jusqu'à sa mise en relation avec le terminal B.
Nous allons maintenant décrire, en référence à l'étape E40, comment le serveur SIP 10 met en relation le serveur de contenu MS avec le terminal B, celui-ci étant déjà en communication CBC avec le terminal C. Tout d'abord, le serveur SIP 10 envoie une requête INV]TE(SPD
B) au serveur de contenu MS. Les paramètres SDP B sont connus du serveur SIP 10, celui-ci ayant pu les obtenir, lors de l'établissement de la communication CBC (étape ElO) du fait de sa position en coupure de flux.
Le serveur de contenu MS répond à ce message d'invitation par l'envoi d'une réponse d'acceptation d'appel 200 OK.
Sur réception de cette réponse, le serveur SIP envoie un message RE INVITE(SDP MS) au terminal B, ce message comportant les paramètres MS du serveur de contenu MS.
Le terminal B répond positivement à ce message RE INVITE par l'envoi de la réponse OK.
Le serveur SIP 10 peut alors acquitter la réponse 200 OK du serveur de contenu MS par l'envoi d'un accusé de réception ACK à ce serveur.
De même, le serveur SIP 10 acquitte la réponse OK reçue du terminal B par l'envoi d'un accusé de réception ACK.
Une communication CBMS est alors établie entre le serveur de contenu MS et le terminal B, le serveur de contenu MS pouvant jouer un film approprié à ce terminal B.
L'étape E50 de mise en relation du terminal C avec le serveur de contenu MS est identique à l'étape E40 et ne sera pas décrite ici.
Ainsi, à l'issue de l'étape E50, chacun des terminaux A, B, C est en relation avec le serveur de contenu MS.
En variante, les terminaux A, B et C peuvent être mis en relation avec des serveurs de contenus différents. Les étapes E40 et E50 précédemment décrites aboutissent ainsi à la suspension de la première communication CBC-
Au cours d'une étape E60, le serveur SIP 10 conforme à l'invention envoie une requête BYE au serveur de contenu MS, pour demander à celui-ci d'interrompre les communications CAMS et CBMS qu'il a établies respectivement avec le terminal A et avec le terminal B.
Nous supposerons que le serveur de contenu MS répond positivement, par l'envoi d'un message OK, au serveur SIP 10.
Puis, au cours d'une étape E70, le serveur SIP 10 établit une communication CAB entre les terminaux A et B. Pour ce faire, il envoie d'abord une requête RE INVITE(SDP A) au terminal B, qui y répond positivement (message 200 OK), puis un message RE INVITE(SDP B) au terminal A qui y répond positivement également (réponse 200 OK).
Sur réception de ces deux réponses positives (200 OK), le proxy SIP 10 envoie deux accusés de réception ACK respectivement aux terminaux A et B.
La communication CAB est ainsi établie, de façon prioritaire par rapport à la communication qui était initialement en cours CBC, et ce à l'initiative du terminal A.
Dans l'exemple décrit ici, l'étape E70 d'établissement de la communication prioritaire CAB est suivie par un test E72 au cours duquel on vérifie si le terminal B a raccroché.
Si tel est le cas, ce test est suivi par une étape E74 au cours de laquelle on joue une annonce au terminal C qui était en attente, et le procédé se termine. Si ce n'est pas le cas, le résultat du test E72 est négatif.
Ce test est alors suivi par un test E76 au cours duquel on détermine si la communication prioritaire CAB est terminée, ce qui peut être le cas, notamment si le terminal A a raccroché.
Si la communication prioritaire CAB est toujours active, le résultat du test E76 est négatif.
Ce test est alors suivi par un test E78 au cours duquel on vérifie si une durée prédéterminée, comptée depuis l'établissement de la communication CAB/ a expiré.
Si tel est le cas, on met fin à la communication prioritaire CAB, au cours d'une étape E80.
Soit à l'expiration de la durée prédéterminée (résultat du test E78 positif), soit lorsque la communication prioritaire CAB est terminée (résultat du test E76 positif), on vérifie, au cours d'une étape E82, si le terminal C qui était en attente a raccroché. Si tel est le cas, ce test E82 est suivi par une étape E84 au cours de laquelle on joue une annonce au terminal B pour lui annoncer ce fait et le procédé se termine.
Si le terminal C n'a pas raccroché, on ré-établit, au cours d'une étape E90, la communication entre les terminaux B et C, à savoir entre les terminaux qui étaient en communication avant l'établissement de la communication prioritaire CAB-

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Procédé d'établissement (E70) d'une communication prioritaire (CAB) entre un premier terminal (A) et un deuxième terminal (B), une première communication (CBC) étant déjà établie (ElO) entre ledit deuxième terminal (B) et un troisième terminal (C), ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, préalablement à l'établissement (E70) de ladite communication prioritaire (CAB), une étape (E40, E50) de suspension de ladite première communication (CBC), à l'initiative dudit premier terminal (A).
2. Procédé d'établissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, préalablement à ladite étape de suspension (E40, E50), une étape au cours de laquelle on vérifie (E22) si ledit premier terminal (A) est autorisé à suspendre ladite première communication (CBC).
3. Procédé d'établissement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, préalablement à ladite étape de suspension (E40, E50), une étape (E25) de confirmation, par ledit premier terminal (A), de procéder à ladite suspension.
4. Procédé d'établissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une étape parmi :
- mise en attente (E30, E40, E50) d'au moins un desdits terminaux (A, B, C) avant l'établissement de ladite communication prioritaire (CAB) ; et
- mise en attente (E50) dudit troisième terminal (C) pendant ladite communication prioritaire (CAB).
5. Procédé d'établissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape de rétablissement de ladite première communication (CBc), à l'issue de ladite communication prioritaire (CAB).
6. Procédé d'établissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite communication prioritaire (CAB) est établie pour une durée prédéterminée.
7. Dispositif (10) de télécommunication, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :
- des moyens pour suspendre, à l'initiative d'un premier terminal (A), une première communication (CBC) établie entre un deuxième terminal (B) et un troisième terminal (C) ; et - des moyens pour établir une communication prioritaire (CAB) entre ledit premier terminal (A) et ledit deuxième terminal (B),
8. Serveur SIP (10) comportant un dispositif de télécommunication (9) conforme à la revendication 7.
9. Programme d'ordinateur comportant des instructions pour l'exécution des étapes du procédé d'établissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 lorsque ledit programme est exécuté par un ordinateur.
10. Support d'enregistrement lisible par un ordinateur sur lequel est enregistré un programme d'ordinateur comprenant des instructions pour l'exécution des étapes du procédé d'établissement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
