Abstract

The invention refers to a vessel with sound device, especially a beer mug that can be used as advertising object or as reminiscent and decorative item for users. The vessel with sound device, provided with grab handle (2) and cover lid (3), set with a hinge, on which there is a figurine (5), according to the invention, which is detachable fixed on a support (4), interdependent with the cover lid (3) that is fixed on the grab handle (2) with a hinge (8), and consists of two removable parts, namely a trunk (6) and a head (7), in which there is incorporated an acoustic block (9) which includes a sound device (11) driven by a swinging switch (10), which, when the lid opens, closes the supply circuit of the sound device (11) triggering the delivery of a recorded sound message, with the voice of the person / character shown by the figurine.

Description

Vessel with sound device

The invention refers to a vessel with sound device, especially a beer mug that can be used as advertising object or as reminiscent and decorative item for users.

It is known from the US 5739758 patent a drink vessel with a sound generator, a vessel which is provided with a grab handle, a cover lid driven by an opening and closing button which is set on a lever that is extended over the edge of the lid and is articulately set to the grab handle and a sound electronic device, set in the grab handle, device that is driven by a contact on the lid. On the lid there is also an ornamental figurine. Its disadvantage consists in the fact that the sound device can be activated only by simple touch of the button.

It is also known a mug, patent USA 5.729.922 (generally a drink vessel) provided with a place where a label can be introduced with a figure or another drawing. Its disadvantage consists of the label having only visual effect on the user.

It is also known a promotional object, of cylindrical shape, with a figurine placed on its superior circumference which can swing anytime the promotional object (food recipient or drink glass) is moved; according to the invention mentioned, the figurine can show a person, an animal, an object or a cartoon character (patent USA 6.330.760).

Considering this, the result is that in this case the object tries to increase the promotional effect by the attached figurine's swinging, thus capturing the consumer's interest.

There are known different vessels used for drinking, provided with equipments capable of generating sounds (music, voice, etc.) when the vessel is used (patents USA 5.536.196, 6.406.348, 6.419.384). in patent USA 5.536.196 the drink vessel is preferably a beer mug.

The disadvantage of these vessels consists of the fact that they are entertaining, amusement products, and not reminiscent objects with a well-marked advertising effect.

It is also known an advertising product in which the advertising message is programmed and produced by an electronic module, which is then connected to a speaker, to a switch and to a battery, all these, together, being the electronic vocal advertising device, and this device is attached to a product. When the product package is opened and the electronic switch is touched, the sound advertising message is reproduced by the mini-speaker within the product. The advertising message presents the advantages of the product, where it comes from as well as its history (patent China 1.437.173).

The disadvantage of the advertising object is that, though it has a good advertising effect and a low cost, still the advertising effect is reduced to the relationship between the buyer and the product, without improved advertising features for the invention.

Next there will be briefly described several aspects that lead to the conclusion that on object of the kind that makes the object of this invention can also be a particularly efficient advertising support.

The fact that the fans of different sports have an essential role in sustaining the morale of a team's players is, undoubtedly, an undisputable truth but, as undisputable as this is also the fact that the desire to acquire the fan status is not a trend, as it may seem at a first glance, but an organic need.

As consequence, fans' desire to identify with the team they support and/or the favorite players is so strong that it goes beyond rational control. Thus, the intensity of thus desire, induces the belief that they actually participate to the games (not only as stadium supporters), fact which is reflected in the expressions used after a game ("we have lost..." or "we have won...", as the supporter identifies with the favorite team or players). As a consequence of this reality, it becomes obvious that the shift from the contemplative mood to the practical / active one has multiple effects. Thus, in this new context, even memories produce mainly nostalgic feeling when they are "incorporated" in an object. Moreover, this reality led to a true "industry" which offers T-shirts, caps, scarves, etc. with symbols of the different teams.

According to this pragmatic view, fans are livid for using and / or purchasing those objects which have the strong capability to summon up memories related to the admired team / sportsman / personality, the so called "reminiscent objects".

Finally, these reminiscent objects can be used as support to connect to a product to be promoted, as the consumer makes in this case a connection chain "personality - reminiscent object - promoted product", and by repetition the connection comes down to "personality - promoted object". The promotional efficiency of the reminiscent object is as higher as it has more features to attract a consumer category as wide as possible.

The technical problem solved by the invention consists in making a vessel which has a lid and an ornament in which there is a sound device incorporated which is activated by opening the lid.

The sound device vessel, provided with grab handle and cover lid set with a hinge, on which there is a figurine, according to the invention, puts aside the disadvantages shown by the fact that the figurine is detachably fixed on a support, together with the cover lid which is set to the grab handle with a hinge, and it is made of two detachable parts, namely a trunk and a head in which there is incorporated an acoustic system which includes a sound device driven by a swinging switch which closes the supply circuit of the sound device when the lid opens, and thus a sound message is delivered, recorded with the voice of the person / character shown by the figurine.

The sound device vessel, according to the invention, presents the following advantages : the driving ornament of the lid is a figurine in the shape of famous people

The vessel can be used as reminiscent item, in this case being an advertising vector fro the person or category the person / character belongs to as well as advertising support for the product category it is related to, in which case the fame of the person / character used (image and voice) is associated with this product

The vessel can be personalized in the sports area, or for any other beneficiary that uses the object in order to sustain an advertising campaign

This feature is provided by the construction conception of the vessel, characterized by practicing some quasi-plane circular surfaces, placed on the object's body (and if the anchored bust belongs to a sportive, there is another circular surface practiced on its trunk), and these surfaces are designed for the emblem or any other graphic composition that show the consecrated symbol of a club or any other beneficiary that uses it in order to sustain advertising campaigns. the vessel can be personalized for any player, regardless of the sport they practice, or for any person / character that has been designated to sustain some advertising campaigns

This feature is also provided by the construction conception, which is materialized through the fact that to the advertising object lid, preferably a beer mug, it can be "anchored", any player's bust, regardless of the sport they practice, or of any other person / character designated to sustain by image and voice / message some advertising campaigns. the vessel induces good mood only by simple visual contact, and this feature contributes essentially to the efficiency of the message delivered by the reminiscent / advertising object.

The presence within the vessel configuration of the players' busts which are "the constructors" / authors of the episodes recorded in the "emotional biographies" of the fans, will undoubtedly induce obvious good mood states. its practical use induces / generates the ideal mood for summoning up memories, fact which contributes essentially to the promotional efficiency of the reminiscent object, and consequently to the performant penetration of the message it delivers, in the environment it aims at. The cover lid 3 is set on the grab handle 2 of the vessel 1 with a hinge 8 which is set on a support 4, interdependent with lid 3, and on which there is a figurine 5 removably fixed. Figurine 5 consists of a trunk 6 and a head 7, and shows a person or a character with great impact on the public.

Inside the head 7 (figure 5 and figure 6) there is an acoustic block 9, capable of recording and delivering sound message as sounds, music, voices. Mainly, the acoustic block 9 contains a memory, a power supply, a speaker, a swinging switch 10 and a led which remains active as long as the cover lid 3 is closed.

The opening of lid 3 and activation of the sound device 11 (figure 6) is made by pressing the trunk 6 of the figurine, as the swinging switch 10 closes the supply circuit of the sound device 11 , triggering the delivery of a pre-recorded sound message (with reminiscent and / or advertising role), and the led will be deactivated (it turns off). The support 4, provided with hinge 8, which sets the lid-support assembly to the handle 2, is shown in figure 2 together with the opening module of lid 3, by operating on the trunk 6 of figurine 5, by arrow a.

The connection of the lid 3 - support 4 assembly to the handle 2 can be removable or fix (figure 9 and figure 10).

The removable construction between the head 7 - trunk 6 - support 4 — lid 3 — handle 2 is shown in figure 8.

The acoustic block 9, which contains the voice, respectively the message of the person / character used as reminiscent or advertising element, is introduced inside head 7 by driven threading so that the speaker is placed in line with the figurine's 5 mouth. This assembling system allows easy replacement of the power supply or of the entire electronic structure, if it breaks down (figure 5 and figure 6).

Head 7 is set on the trunk 6 of the figurine 5 by driven threading (figure 7). The thread that makes the assembling of head 7 with the trunk 6 is sized so it provides the correct placement and always in the same position, of head 7.

This fixing system of head 7 to the trunk 6 provides easy access to the acoustic block 9, incorporated in head 7 (figure 5 and figure 6).

The assembling / fixing system of the head 7 to the trunk 6 is provided with a safety element, namely a cross-head screw, shown in figure 7.

The trunk 6 is set on support 4 with screws or, in other constructive option, through threading with driven thread, which always provides its correct placement.

In order to use the vessel, according to the invention, it is only necessary to attach the personalized (image and voice) figurine 5 of the desired person / character, to the lid 3 of vessel 1, as the object is used and associated with the promoted product.

By using more personalized figurines of the members of a sports team, or only by changing the figurine's head, one can make sets of proper promotional objects on the same vessel, for example of a team.

As shown above, the vessel, according to the invention, can also be used as decorative -reminiscent element, as it is, in this case, a promotional object of the person / character / team shown by the figurine through image and voice. Regarding the sound message, it can be, for the reminiscent objects, a quote of the person shown by the figurine, or simply an advertising message, when the object is used as advertising vector; for example, for the first case, the message can begin with the anthem of a team, and then one of the players (the figurines shows his image and voice) delivers the message "I want to personally thank you! You are a wonderful person! You are my team mate and because of you we are invincible! Through us, together, the team XXXXXX will last forever; Happy Anniversary!", and the team's anthem starts again, as for the second case, the message can be like "You all know the performances we have achieved, maybe they wouldn't have been so spectacular if we hadn't used ZZZZZZ; use ZZZZZZZ and you have all the chances to become YYYYYY".

In another constructive option, the vessel, according to the invention, can be provided with more messages, and a different message is generated at each opening of the lid (following a certain algorithm or randomly), but all the messages belong to the person / character shown by the figurine's image.

Within the invention's limits, the users can use their own busts, associated with an electronic structure capable to record sound messages; in this case, he can personalize the messages and use the vessel according to the invention as reminiscent object for the dear ones, acquaintances, etc, for different occasions.

The preference for the beer mug shaped vessel is justified when we wish it to be provided with the quality of reminiscent object, considering that its practical use induces / generates the ideal mood to summon up memories.

1. Vessel with sound device, provided with grab handle (2) and cover lid (3), set with a hinge, on which there is a figurine, characterized by the fact that, the figurine (5) is detachable fixed on a support (4), interdependent with the cover lid (3) that is fixed on the grab handle (2) with a hinge (8), and consists of two removable parts, namely a trunk (6) and a head (7), in which there is incorporated an acoustic block (9) which includes a sound device (11) driven by a swinging switch (10), which, when the lid opens, closes the supply circuit of the sound device (11) triggering the delivery of a recorded sound message.

2. Vessel, according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact that, the opening of the lid (3) and the activation of the sound device (11) is made by pressing the trunk (6) of the figurine (5).

3. Vessel, according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact that, the acoustic block (9) contains one ore more recorded sound messages, with the person's / character's voice whose image is shown by the head (7) of figurine (5).

4. Vessel, according to claim 1 , characterized by the fact that, the trunk (6) of the figurine (5) is removably fixed on the support (4) stiffened on the cover lid (3) of the vessel (1), and the head (7) of the figurine (5) is removably set on its trunk (6).
