Abstract
Description

Hierbei weist ein zwischen dem Statorteil und dem dazu verdrehbaren Rotorteil angeordneter Leiter eine solche Länge auf, dass er dem beidseitig etwa drei Umdrehungen betragenden Lenkausschlag zu folgen vermag, wobei sich der flexible Leiter während des Lenkradausschlages aus einer mittleren Lage in der einen Richtung bis zur Anlage an dem Statorteil nach außen aufweitet und in der anderen Richtung bis zur Anlage an dem Rotorteil nach innen zusammenzieht. Des Weiteren ist es bekannt, dem Leiter eine formschlüssige Zwangsführung zuzuordnen, die umfangsseitig am Leiter angreift und bei einer Drehbewegung des Rotorteils ein definiertes Ab- bzw. Die elektrische Verbindungseinrichtung umfasst ein feststehendes Gehäuseteil 1 und ein dazu verdrehbares Gehäuseteil 2, die jeweils eine Anschlusseinheit 3 tragen, wobei die Anschlusskontakte 4 aufweisenden Anschlusseinheiten 3 zum einen statorseitig mit einem Bordnetz eines Kraftfahrzeugs und zum anderen rotorseitig mit lenkradseitigen Einrichtungen gekoppelt sind. Innerhalb der beiden ein Gehäuse bildenden Gehäuseteile 1, 2 sind um eine koaxial zu einer Lenkspindel ausgerichteten Nabe 5 vier, jeweils mehrere Strompfade 6 umfassende Leiter 7, 8, 9, 10 spiralförmig aufgewickelt und in richtungsumkehrenden Schleifen 11 innerhalb des Gehäuses geführt, wobei die Schleifen 11 der Leiter 7, 8, 9, 10 umfangsseitig gleichmäßig zueinander beabstandet in dem Gehäuse angeordnet sind.The electrical connection device comprises a
Zur Übertragung elektrischer Signale zwischen den Anschlusseinheiten 3 ist der erste Leiter 7 jeweils endseitig mit die Anschlusskontakte 4 umfassenden Stanzgittern 12 der Anschlusseinheiten 3 verschweißt. Um bei einem Ausfall des ersten Leiters 7 eine Signalübertragung sicherzustellen oder zusätzliche Strompfade 6 zur Übertragung weiterer Signale bereitzustellen, ist der zweite Leiter 8 mit seinen freien Enden jeweils von einem Fixierteil 13 der Anschlusseinheiten 3 die entsprechenden Stanzgitter 12 kontaktierend gehalten.
