  2. A goods security element (1) according to claim 1 characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) boosts the oscillation capability of the metal plate (5).
  3. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) is flat.
  4. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) is permanent-magnetic.
  5. A goods security element (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) is adapted to be deactivatable.
  6. A goods security element (1) according to claim 5 characterised in that for deactivation of the goods security element (1) there is provided an additional metal part (13) which extends along the longitudinal extent (9) of the at least one metal plate (5) substantially over the entire length thereof in parallel adjacent relationship with the at least one metal plate (5) and can be polarised in opposite relationship to the magnetic element (6).
  7. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) is made from neodymium magnetic material.
  8. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the at least one magnetic element (6) is made from ceramic magnetic material.
  9. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that a closure (3) for securing the goods security element (1) to a goods item is provided on the housing (7) of the goods security element (1).
  10. A goods security element (1) according to claim 9 characterised in that the closure (3) is arranged on the housing (7) at an end in opposite relationship to at least one magnetic element (6) arranged in the longitudinal extent (9) of the metal plate (5).
  11. A goods security element (1) according to one of claims 9 and 10 characterised in that the closure (3) is formed from a ball closure with a number of clamping elements.
  12. A goods security element (1) according to one of claims 9 to 11 characterised in that the closure (3) is surrounded with colour elements comprising at least one breakable colour container in such a way that unauthorised manipulation of the closure (3) is made difficult.
  13. A goods security element (1) according to one of claims 9 and 10 characterised in that the closure (3) has a loop or a cable or a band with which the goods item can be freely movably secured to the goods security element (1).
  14. A goods security element (1) according to claim 13 characterised in that the loop or the cable or the band of the closure (3) is monitored for undue manipulations.
  15. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the metal plate (5) is received in a receiving means (12) of the housing (7) in such a way that the free oscillation capability of the metal plate (5) is not hindered.
  16. A goods security element (1) according to claim 15 characterised in that devices (8) for preventing jamming, preferably in the form of cylinders, triangles, arcs or the like (8) are arranged in the receiving means (12) of the housing (7).
  17. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the weight of the goods security element (1) is below 10 grams.
  18. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the housing of the goods security element (1) is of small volume.
  19. A goods security element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the metal plate (5) is in the form of a metglass plate.
