Abstract
L'invention concerne un détecteur (15) comprenant: une sonde (17) pouvant être introduite dans une boisson, un organe de traitement (13) couplé à la sonde et un indicateur couplé à l'organe de traitement. L'organe de traitement est conçu pour recevoir un signal de la sonde et comparer le signal reçu avec une référence stockée afin de déterminer si le liquide dans lequel la sonde est introduite comprend une impureté chimique. Le processeur est conçu afin de faire fonctionner l'indicateur dans le cas où on a déterminé que le liquide contenait une impureté chimique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détection d'impureté chimique dans un liquide de boisson. Ledit procédé consiste: à tremper une sonde (17) dans le liquide; à connecter cette sonde à une source de potentiel électrique; à mesurer une réponse du liquide; à comparer cette réponse à une référence; à déterminer si le liquide dans lequel la sonde est trempée comprend une impureté chimique; et à indiquer que le liquide renferme une impureté chimique.
