Abstract
A halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape/ring-shape bracket structure, comprising a glass shell (1), a filament (3), molybdenum foils (4) and pins (5). The hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket (2, 22) is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell (1), the said filament (3) passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape bracket (2), and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils (4) at the two ends of the said filament (3). the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell (1) sink inwards to form two frustum-shape clamping projections(11), the said hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket (2, 22) is held by the said two clamping projections (11). The halogen-tungsten lamp has simple structure and its filament can be settled reliably to avoid the filament sliding. So it can avoid that the filament is near the inner wall of the glass shell so as that it can avoid the blackening phenomenon of the glass shell and the influence for the safety.
Description
- The present invention relates to the incandescent lamp and its components, in particular to the halogen-tungsten lamp with the improved bracket structure for fixing the luminophore.
- The prior art various single-ended halogen-tungsten lamp is comprised of a glass shell, a filament, a glass-bead bracket, two molybdenum foils and two molybdenum pins; the said glass-bead bracket doesn't contact with the glass shell, it is comprised of a glass-bead, two thick conductive wires passing through two ends of the said glass-bead and several bracket wires fixed on the said glass-bead, the middle of the said filament is supported by the said bracket wires, two ends of the filament are connected separately with two thick conductive wires of the said glass-bead bracket, and then led out an end of the said glass shell separately through the said molybdenum foils and molybdenum pins. Such kind of halogen-tungsten lamp is complicated in structure and has high costs. In order to avoid the deficiencies of the above-mentioned prior art halogen-tungsten lamp, the insiders have studied and developed a kind of halogen-tungsten lamp with pole bracket structure, as indicated in
Fig. 1 , the said halogen-tungsten lamp with pole bracket structure comprises a glass shell 1', a filament 3', molybdenum foils 4' and molybdenum pins 5' , the inner wall of the cavity of the glass shell 1' is linked up with a pole 2', the said filament 3' rounds through the said pole 2 ', and then connect with the molybdenum foils 4'. The said halogen-tungsten lamp with pole bracket structure has solved some problems of the said halogen-tungsten lamp with glass-bead bracket structure to a certain degree, such as complicated structure etc, but still has some deficiencies: Since the up and down, left and right degree of freedom of the said tungsten filament can not be restricted, the expanding and extending tungsten filament with high temperature slides easily to close to the inner wall of the said glass shell, which can lead to blacken the inner wall of the said glass shell on the one hand, and deform the said glass shell after contacting with the incandescent tungsten filament and then reduce the resistance-to-pressure of the inner wall of the said glass shell on the other hand, in this way, the said halogen-tungsten lamp is easy to explode and reduce safety performance when it is filled with high pressure inert gases. Furthermore, it will make the said tungsten filament to depart from the optical center of the halogen-tungsten lamp and affect the photometric effect. - The technical problem of this invention aims to settle is that to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a good safety performance halogen-tungsten lamp with simple structure and its filament which is fixed reliably and not easy to slide, and an illuminating lamp equipped with the said halogen-tungsten lamp.
- In order to solve the above-mentioned technology problems, the basic concept of the present invention is to design a hollow bracket structure to support the filament, which is not easy to slide and does not contact directly with the glass shell even when it is incandescent, expanded and extended.
- The technical plans to realize the present invention concept are as follows:
- Design and use a halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure, comprising a glass shell, a filament, molybdenum foils and pins, a hollow tube-shape bracket is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell, the said filament passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape bracket, and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils at the two ends of the said filament; the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell sink inwards to form two clamping projections, the said hollow tube-shape bracket is held by the said two clamping projections.
- The said hollow tube-shape bracket is a cylindrical glass tube, the said filament passes through the said glass tube.
- The said two clamping projections hold the said glass tube from the cylindrical surface of the said glass tube.
- The said hollow tube-shape bracket is a helix tube, the said filament passes through the said helix tube.
- The technical plans to realize the present invention concept are also as follows: Design and use a halogen-tungsten lamp with a ring-shape bracket structure, comprising a glass shell, a filament, molybdenum foils and pins, a ring-shape bracket is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell, the said filament passes through the central hole of the said ring-shape bracket, and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils at the two ends of the said filament; the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell sink inwards to form two clamping projections, the said circular ring is held by the said two clamping projections.
- The said hollow ring-shape bracket is a circular ring, the said filament passes through the said circular ring.
- The technical plans to realize the present invention concept are also as follows:
- Design and use a direct-insert directional reflection lamp includes a reflection cup and a halogen-tungsten lamp fixed by a cement gum in the optical center of the said reflection cup, the said halogen-tungsten lamp comprises a glass shell, a filament, molybdenum foils and direct-insert pins; the opening of the said reflection cup is closed by a lens, the said halogen-tungsten lamp fixed by the said cement gum at the bottom of the said reflection cup, the direct-insert pins thereof extend out the reflection cup; is characterized in that a hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell of the halogen-tungsten lamp, the said filament passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket, and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils at the two ends of the said filament; the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell sink inwards to form two clamping projections, the said hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket is held by the said two clamping projections.
- Compared with the prior art, the technical effect of the said halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape/ring-shape bracket structure of the present invention is as follows:
- 1. The adopted hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket structure comprises the glass tube, the helix tube or the circular ring, the said filament passes through the central hole of the bracket, so the said filament sliding is prevented effectively, the said glass shell blackening phenomenon led by the said filament closing the inner wall of the glass shell is avoided, furthermore, the tungsten filament does not depart from the optical center and the light distributed well. 2.The said glass shell is avoided contacting directly with the incandescent filament, so the said glass shell dose not deform largely, has high resistance-to-pressure, and can keep the same safety performance even when the said halogen-tungsten lamp is filled with high pressure inert gases. 3. The structure is simple, the fabrication is convenient, the costs of production are low.

Fig. 4 is the preferred embodiment III of the said halogen-tungsten lamp, wherein the ring-shape bracket structure is acircular ring 22,Fig. 4A is the front sectional view,Fig. 4B is the left sectional view. -
Fig. 5 is an applicable example of the said halogen-tungsten lamp, which is a schematic of a direct-insert directional reflection lamp thereof. - The following is the detailed description based on the preferred embodiments indicated in the attached figures.
- The halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure of the present invention, indicated as
Fig. 2 to Fig.4 , comprising aglass shell 1, afilament 3,molybdenum foils 4 andpins 5, a hollow tube-shape bracket 2 is fixed in the cavity of the saidglass shell 1, the saidfilament 3 passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape bracket 2, and is then connected with the saidmolybdenum foils 4 at the two ends of the saidfilament 3. The fixation mode of the said hollow tube-shape bracket 2 is that: the two opposite surfaces of theupper glass shell 1 are clamped by the pliers after theglass shell 1 is heated, the said two opposite surfaces sink inwards to form two frustum-shape clamping projection 11, the said hollow tube-shape bracket is held by the said twoclamping projections 11. Since the saidfilament 3 passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape bracket, the four freedom degrees of thefilament 3 down and up, left and right, winding cross shaft rotation, and winding vertical shaft rotation are restricted, the two ends of the saidfilament 3 are clamped at the clamped position of theglass shell 1 and connected with themolybdenum foils 4, the saidfilament 3 can not rotate and move in theglass tube 2, so the six freedom degrees of the saidfilament 3 are restricted, therefore thefilament 3 is fixed reliably and is not easy to slide. - There are various forms of the said hollow tube-
shape bracket 2 of the halogen-tungsten lamp of the present invention, several examples are given as below. - Embodiment I : as indicated in
Fig. 2 , the said hollow tube-shape bracket is acylindrical glass tube 20, the said twoclamping projections 11 hold the saidglass tube 20 from the cylindrical surface of both sides of the saidglass tube 20, the saidfilament 3 passes through the saidglass tube 20. - Embodiment II : as indicated in
Fig. 3 , the said hollow tube-shape bracket is ahelix tube 21, the saidfilament 3 passes through the said helixtube 21. - The hollow tube-
shape bracket 2 structure of the halogen-tungsten lamp of the present invention can be replaced by the ring-shape bracket structure,Fig. 4 is the embodiment III of the present invention: A halogen-tungsten lamp with a ring-shape bracket structure, comprising aglass shell 1, afilament 3,molybdenum foils 4 andpins 5, a ring-shape bracket 22 is fixed in the cavity of thesaid glass shell 1, the saidfilament 3 passes through the central hole of the said ring-shape bracket 22, and is then connected with the saidmolybdenum foils 4 at the two ends of the saidfilament 3, the said ring-shape bracket 22 is acircular ring 22, the saidfilament 3 passes through the saidcircular ring 22, the two opposite surfaces of theupper glass shell 1 sink inwards to form two clamping projections11, the saidcircular ring 22 is held by the said twoclamping projections 11. -
Fig. 5 is an applicable example of the halogen-tungsten lamp on a direct-insert directional reflection lamp of the present invention. The said lamp includes areflection cup 7, the said halogen-tungsten lamp of the present invention fixed by acement gum 8 in the optical center of the saidreflection cup 7, the opening of the saidreflection cup 7 is closed by alens 6, the said halogen-tungsten lamp is fixed at the bottom of the said reflection cup by the filledcement gum 8, and the direct-insert pins 5 of the said halogen-tungsten lamp extend out the reflection cup. Compared with the existing lamp, the photometric effect and safety performance of the said direct-insert directional reflection lamps of the above-mentioned applicable example have been improved.
Claims (7)
- A halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure, comprising a glass shell (1), a filament (3), molybdenum foils (4) and pins (5), is characterized in that a hollow tube-shape bracket (2) is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell (1), the said filament (3) passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape bracket (2), and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils (4) at the two ends of the said filament (3); the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell (1) sink inwards to form two clamping projections(11), the said hollow tube-shape bracket (2) is held by the said two clamping projections (11).
- The halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure according to claim 1, is characterized in that the said hollow tube-shape bracket is a cylindrical glass tube (20), the said filament (3) passes through the said glass tube (20).
- The halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure according to claim 2, is characterized in that the said two clamping projections (11) hold the said glass tube (20) from the cylindrical surface of the said glass tube (20).
- The halogen-tungsten lamp with a hollow tube-shape bracket structure according to claim 1, is characterized in that the said hollow tube-shape bracket is a helix tube (21), the said filament (3) passes through the said helix tube (21).
- A halogen-tungsten lamp with a ring-shape bracket structure, comprising a glass shell (1), a filament (3), molybdenum foils (4) and pins (5), is characterized in that a ring-shape bracket (22) is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell (1), the said filament (3) passes through the central hole of the said ring-shape bracket (22), and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils (4) at the two ends of the said filament (3); the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell (1) sink inwards to form two clamping projections(11), the said circular ring (22) is held by the said two clamping projections (11).
- The halogen-tungsten lamp with a ring-shape bracket structure according to claim 5, is characterized in that the said ring-shape bracket (22) is a circular ring (22), the said filament (3) passes through the said circular ring (22).
- A direct-insert directional reflection lamp includes a reflection cup (7) and a halogen-tungsten lamp fixed by a cement gum (8) in the optical center of the said reflection cup, the said halogen-tungsten lamp comprises a glass shell (1), a filament (3), molybdenum foils (4) and direct-insert pins (5); the opening of the said reflection cup (7) is closed by a lens (6), the said halogen-tungsten lamp fixed by the said cement gum (8) at the bottom of the said reflection cup, the direct-insert pins(5) thereof extend out the reflection cup; is characterized in that a hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket (2, 22) is fixed in the cavity of the said glass shell (1) of the halogen-tungsten lamp, the said filament (3) passes through the central hole of the said hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket (2, 22), and is then connected with the said molybdenum foils (4) at the two ends of the said filament (3); the two opposite surfaces of the upper glass shell (1) sink inwards to form two clamping projections(11), the said hollow tube-shape or ring-shape bracket (2, 22) is held by the said two clamping projections (11).
