Claims (6)

  1. Mischkontakt für elektrische Steckvorrichtung mit einem rohrförmigen Gehäuse, das an einem seiner Enden den abisolierten Teil eines elektrischen Drahtes (F), in seinem mittleren Teil einen für die Positionierung in einem Verbindungsring bestimmten Ring und in seinem vorderen Teil zwei parallele und spationierte Schenkel für die Ankopplung eines gleichartigen Kontakts aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontakt in Form eines aus dem gleichen Material bestehenden einzelnen Gehäuses ausgeführt ist, das in seinem mittleren Teil einen für die Positionierung in einem Verbindungsring (11) bestimmten Ring (10a) umfasst und mit zwei Abflachungen (10a1) für die Positionierung und Führung ausgebildet ist, und das Gehäuse in seinem vorderen Teil durch zwei Schenkel (10b - 10c) verlängert wird, die an ihrem Ende elastisch verformbar sind, um sich in der Montagephase einander anzunähern,
    und dass das Endprofil (10b1) (10c1) dieser Schenkel in Harpunenform ausgebildet ist und dabei einen Verankerungsbereich durch Raststufen (10b2) (10c2) mit einer konisch zulaufenden Nasenform (10b3) (10c3) am Ende bildet,
    und dass das Gehäuse (10) des Kontakts in seinem hinteren Teil eine zylindrische rohrförmige Verlängerung (10d) für die Aufnahme des abisolierten Endes des elektrischen Drahtes (F) aufweist,
    und dass das Gehäuse am hinteren Ende einen Ring (10e) aufweist, dessen Durchmesser größer ist als derjenige des besagten dazwischenliegenden Verlängerungsstücks (10d).
  2. Mischkontakt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der durch das Verlängerungsstück beschriebene Bereich den Quetschungsbereich für die Verbindung des elektrischen Drahtes und des Kontakts bildet.
  3. Elektrische Steckvorrichtung mit Mischkontakten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens einen Verbindungsring (11) umfasst, der innen mit einem Kanal (11a) für die Einführung des Kontakts (10) ausgebildet ist, dann innen eine Schulter (11b) mit einem größeren Querschnitt als Auflage- und Zentrierbereich des Einhakteils des Kontakts und außerdem eine zylindrische Innenkammer (11c) mit größeren Querschnitt aufweist.
  4. Elektrische Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (11a) einen diametralen Querschnitt aufweist, der so beschaffen ist, dass die Einführung des Kontakts die Annäherung der beiden Schenkel (10b) (10c) durch elastische Verformung erfordert.
  5. Elektrische Steckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring im Bereich des Kanals (11a) den Kanal (11a) umgebende rohrförmige Metallbuchsen aufweist, um einen Metall/Metall-Kontakt mit den Kontaktschenkeln (10) zu ermöglichen,
    und dass diese Buchsen bei der Fertigung des Rings (11) eingefügt werden,
    und dass ihre obere Endschmalseite aufgrund ihrer Dicke die Auflage für den harpunenförmigen Teil der Kontakte bildet.
  6. Werkzeug für den Ausbau von Mischkontakten aus einer elektrischen Steckvorrichtung nach Art derjenigen mit den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein durch ein Rohr (13) geführtes rohrförmiges Gehäuse (14) mit begrenzter Bewegungsfreiheit gegenüber einer integrierten Rückholeinrichtung umfasst;
    und dass das Gehäuse mit einer Greifeinrichtung (17) verbunden ist, und dass damit die beiden Schenkel (10b) (10c) durch elastische Verformung zusammengepresst werden können, um die Raststufen der Harpunenprofile an den besagten Schenkeln (10b) (10c) gegenüber dem Schulterstück (11b) freizugeben und dann die Entnahme des Kontakts von hinten zu ermöglichen.
