Abstract

Security system which has a burglar alarm panel with passive infrared detectors, the outdoor bell, the magnetic catchers, a keypad, a gsm cellular modem, a remote control board and the surveillance camera with extra features. The surveillance camera warns us for who is getting closer to our protected property before they break in. The advantage of the system is that we are informed in real time and reliable with the multimedia message MMS that we receive to our mobile self phone so we have the ability to activate our burglar alarm system in the right way in case to prevent the break in of our protected property.

Description

DETERRENT - PREVENTIVE SECURITY SYSTEM
The invention refers to a security system which is used to protect houses, shops, offices, companies small industries and in general any kind of places we wish to protect.
The security systems which are used so far are a simple burglar alarm with the ability to inform the owner or the surveillance systems with the recording of the place inside and outside throught the cameras. The security systems so far which are working they are offer us a basic security feeling because they are activated after the intruders are inside of the protected place with the result the covered places to be broken in very easily and without the owners to have an idea who was inside of the protected area.
The benefits of this invention are that before somebody tried to get in the owner of the protected place is already informed with a picture or a video and sound from his place that someone is getting closer to his property. That thing gives the ability to the owner to act very fast and in a sort period of time just in case to protect his property from the burglar. This invention refers to a security burglar alarm system where are included an infrared camera which has a passive infrared motion sensor and when the passive infrared sensor is activated then the frame or the video that was captured or it is captured from the camera is transmitted to the owner of the protected property mobile self phone as a multimedia message MMS.
The first part it is the usual burglar alarm system which has the main control panel with the appropriate motion sensors, the outdoor bell, the keypad, a gsm cellular modem, and a board for the remote control.
The security system can be controlled for the arm and the disarm of it from the keypad one or more it depends from the protected place how big it is even from the board for the remote control. The point for using the board for the remote control of the security burglar alarm system is to achieve to have the full control of the burglar alarm system from long distances even from the other side of the world we will be able to arm or to disarm our burglar alarm system or we will be able to control one by one or more than one or all together the programmable outputs of our security system that we have installed such as the outdoor bell and the strobe light with a simple telephone dial from any phone or with the send of a sort writing message SMS from our mobile self phone. In case we have a cut of the telephone network or we do not have at all a telephone network the control of the burglar alarm security system could be done from the gsm cellular modem.
The second part of the security system is the infrared surveillance camera with the extra features as the video transmission on our demand any time and the ability to transmit a frame with the MMS mobile phone technology when the camera detects a movement from the built in passive infrared detector. This camera can be programmed from the owner's of the protected property mobile self phone or from his personal computer. The method that the burglar alarm system works after we have install it and the surveillance camera the first step is to program the surveillance camera when it detects any movement to transmit it to our mobile phone though the cellular antennas of the mobile telephony as a multimedia message MMS or like a ten seconds video so we will be able to see who is near to our protected property. So in that case if we see that near to our protected property are people that we have never meet before and they are trying to get in to our property then we can activate the programmable outputs which could be connected to the outdoor bell, the outdoor lights, the inside lights, sound sources with pre recorded messages or any other equipment that the owners can think to protect their properties in the best way from our mobile self phone with the use of the remote control board that we have install already to our burglar alarm system by making a phone call and follow the aproppiate instructions or by send to it a SMS message for more simplicity in case we have install a gsm cellular modem. In case that the people who are near to the protected property of us and they are familiar to us we can disarm the burglar alarm system and take no action as before for our visitors or we can activate different kinds of programmable outputs like the lights for the path in the night time or a welcoming message to the house or to unlock the front door for them to get in.
The activation or the deactivation of the surveillance camera could be done exclusive from the mobile self phone of the owner of the protected property. The same can be consider and for the burglar alarm system.

Claims

1. Burglar alarm security system which includes keypad, passive motion sensors, outdoor bell, gsm cellular modem, dialer, remote control board, and a surveillance camera with extra features such as the ability to transmit wireless frame (multimedia message MMS) - video and sound to the programmed mobile self phones or PDA informs us in real time with what it is happening at the protected area and give us the option to act from any distance we are in the same time in a order of actions in case to deterrent - prevent the break in of the protected area or from the defalcation of valueble objects with the use of the same mobile self phone or a telephone land line.
2. The burglar alarm systems with the ability to activate the sound system of the protected property announcing a pre recorded sound message.
3. The burglar alarm systems with video or frame and sound transmission to a mobile self phone or a simple phone with display or PDA which are made with the above described way.
