Abstract

Actuating means (50, 57) are provided for acting on the pawl (36) to disengage it from the cam (38) to allow the carriage (26) to move on the slide (30, 31). The carriage (26) is provided with a fastener (40) in the form of a pivoting cover (51) for securing the second strand (21) to the carriage.
