Claims (16)

  1. Kühlsystem für eine Arbeitsmaschine, welches Folgendes aufweist:
    ein Reservoir, welches konfiguriert ist, um einen Strömungsmittelvorrat zu enthalten;
    eine Quelle für unter Druck gesetztes Strömungsmittel;
    ein Ventil, das konfiguriert ist, um das unter Druck gesetzte Strömungsmittel von der Quelle für unter Druck gesetztes Strömungsmittel zu empfangen;
    eine erste Arbeitseinheit und eine zweite Arbeitseinheit, die mit dem Ventil parallel verbunden sind, wobei eine der ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten geeignet ist, um unter Druck gesetztes Strömungsmittel auf einer Prioritätsbasis von dem Ventil aufzunehmen, wobei die ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten strömungsmittelmäßig mit dem Reservoir durch eine Zirkulationsleitung verbunden sind und mit einem ersten Wärmetauscher durch eine Bypass-Leitung verbunden sind, wobei die Bypass-Leitung konfiguriert ist, um nur einen Teil des Strömungsmittelflusses, der von den ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten hergeleitet wird, zum ersten Wärmetauscher zu leiten;
    wobei der erste Wärmetauscher strömungsmittelmäßig mit dem Reservoir verbunden ist und geeignet ist, um den Teil des Strömungsmittelflusses zum Reservoir zu leiten; und
    eine Zumessöffnung, die durch einen engen Leitungsteil definiert wird, der einen kleineren Innendurchmesser hat als der Innendurchmesser der Zirkulationsleitung, wobei die Zumessöffnung in der Leitung der Bypass-Leitung angeordnet ist, wobei die Zumessöffnung eine kleinere Menge des Strömungsmittelflusses durchlässt als der Strömungsmittelfluss, der durch die Zirkulationsleitung durchgelassen wird.
  2. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zumessöffnung benachbart zur Zirkulationsleitung gelegen ist.
  3. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, das einen Filter aufweist, der in der Leitung der Zirkulationsleitung angeordnet ist,
    wobei der Filter vorzugsweise zwischen dem Reservoir und der Bypass-Leitung positioniert ist.
  4. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Arbeitseinheit eine Werkzeughydraulikeinheit ist, und/oder wobei die zweite Arbeitseinheit eine Lenkeinheit ist.
  5. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Ventil ein Prioritätsventil ist.
  6. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, welches ein Steuerventil aufweist, das in der Leitung der Bypass-Leitung positioniert ist, wobei das Steuerventil vorzugsweise benachbart zum ersten Wärmetauscher gelegen ist, und/oder wobei das Steuerventil vorzugsweise ein Thermostatventil ist, wobei das Thermostatventil zu einer Strömungsmitteldurchlassposition ansprechend darauf bewegbar ist, dass die Temperatur eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erreicht.
  7. Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Wärmetauscher ein Flüssigkeit-Luft-Kühler ist.
  8. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Kühlsystems, welches Folgendes aufweist:
    Unter-Druck-Setzen von Strömungsmittel;
    Leiten des Strömungsmittels von einem Reservoir durch eine Quelle für unter Druck gesetztes Strömungsmittel zu einem Ventil;
    Paralleles Leiten des Strömungsmittels von dem Ventil zu einer ersten Arbeitseinheit und einer zweiten Arbeitseinheit, wobei eine der ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten geeignet ist, um unter Druck gesetztes Strömungsmittel auf einer Prioritätsbasis von dem Ventil aufzunehmen, und das Strömungsmittel von den ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten durch eine Zirkulationsleitung zum Reservoir zu leiten;
    Leiten einer kleineren Strömungsmittelmenge als der Strömungsmittelfluss, der durch die Zirkulationsleitung läuft, durch eine Zumessöffnung, wobei die Zumessöffnung durch einen engen Leitungsteil definiert wird, der einen kleineren Innendurchmesser hat als ein Innendurchmesser der Zirkulationsleitung und der in der Leitung der Bypass-Leitung konfiguriert ist;
    Leiten eines Teils des Strömungsmittels von den ersten und zweiten Arbeitseinheiten durch eine Bypass-Leitung zu einem ersten Wärmetauscher;
    Leiten des Teils des Strömungsmittels vom ersten Wärmetauscher zum Reservoir.
  9. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Zumessöffnung benachbart zur Zirkulationsleitung gelegen ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, welches das Leiten des Strömungsmittels durch einen Filter aufweist, der in der Leitung der Zirkulationsleitung positioniert ist, wobei der Filter vorzugsweise zwischen dem Reservoir und der Bypass-Leitung positioniert ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, wobei die erste Arbeitseinheit eine Werkzeughydraulikeinheit ist, und/oder wobei die zweite Arbeitseinheit eine Lenkeinheit ist.
  12. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Ventil ein Prioritätsventil ist.
  13. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, wobei der erste Wärmetauscher ein Flüssigkeit-Luft-Kühler ist.
  14. Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Kühlsystems nach Anspruch 8, welches ein Steuerventil aufweist, welches in der Leitung der Bypass-Leitung positionier ist, wobei das Steuerventil vorzugsweise benachbart zum ersten Wärmetauscher gelegen ist, und/oder wobei das Steuerventil vorzugsweise ein Thermostatventil ist, wobei das Thermostatventil ansprechend darauf, dass die Temperatur eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erreicht, zu einer Strömungsmitteldurchlassposition bewegbar ist.
  15. Arbeitsmaschine mit einem Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, die einen ersten Wärmetauscher, ein zweites Kühlsystem mit einem zweiten Wärmetauscher und ein drittes Kühlsystem mit einem dritten Wärmetauscher hat.
  16. Arbeitsmaschine nach Anspruch 15, wobei der zweite Wärmetauscher ein Radiator ist und/oder wobei der dritte Wärmetauscher ein Kühler ist, der vorzugsweise mit dem unteren Teil des zweiten Wärmetauschers verbunden ist.
