Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Lüftungsgitter mit Befestigungsraste, das als Lüftungsgitter oder als Abschluß der in den Lüftungs- und Klimaanlagen üblicherweise eingesetzten Kanalventilatoren verwendet wird.The subject of the invention is a ventilation grille with fixing catch, which is used as a ventilation grille or as a conclusion of the duct fans commonly used in the ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Die Lüftungsgitter dienen hauptsächlich zur Abdeckung von Lüftungsöffnungen. Ihre Aufgabe besteht meistens in einem ästhetischen Abschluß des Lüftungskanals, sie können jedoch in Abhängigkeit von ihrem Bestimmungszweck und Aufbau auch andere Funktionen erfüllen, wie zB. als Luftfilter, -zerstäuber oder -dosiereinrichtungen. Die Montage der Lüftungsgitter am Ende der Luftleitungen erfordert, dass die Abmessungen der Gitterbefestigung an die Abmessungen der Luftleitungen angepasst sind. Der Einbau der Lüftungsgitter ohne zusätzliche Befestigungselemente ist meistens nur dann möglich, wenn der Gittertyp an die jeweilige standardisierte Luftleitung genau angepasst ist. Die häufige Art und Weise der Gitterbefestigung ist ihre Befestigung mittels Schrauben an den früher in der Leitung eingebauten Konstruktionsrahmen. Üblich sind auch andere Lösungen, die zum Zweck eine stabile Gitterbefestigung haben, wie zB. in Form von verschiedenartigen elastischen Haken oder Spreizschrauben.
Und zwar ist aus der Beschreibung eines polnischen Gebrauchsmusters, Patentanmeldung Nr. 109881 (veröff. BUP - Bulletin des Patentamtes - Nr. 02/2000) die Lösung unter dem Titel "Federhaken eines Lüftungsgitters" bekannt. Der Gegenstand dieser Lösung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Rahmen des Lüftungsgitters eine Halterung angebracht ist, an der eine elastische Feder befestigt ist.
Eine andere Konstruktion wurde in der Beschreibung der Erfindung W00077455 unter dem Titel "Element zur Exhaustormontage in einer Lüftungsleitung" dargestellt. Bei dieser Lösung wird der Exhaustor mittels federnden Schnappverschlüssen befestigt.
In einem anderen polnischen Gebrauchsmuster - Anmeldung Nr. 114728 unter dem Titel: "Lüftungsgitter" erfolgt die Gitterbefestigung mittels eines einstellbaren Befestigungsmechanismus, der durch eine drehbar eingelegte und mit einem Gewinde versehene Welle gebildet wird, die von der Mitte der Welle eine gegengerichtete Windung aufweist.
In den dargestellten Lüftungsgitterlösungen ist ihre Befestigung ausschließlich in den Lüftungsleitungen möglich, deren Abmessungen dem Abstand der Lüftungsgitter-Montageelemente annähernd gleich sind.

The object of this solution is characterized in that on the frame of the ventilation grille, a holder is attached to which an elastic spring is attached.
Another construction was in the description of the invention W00077455 under the title "Exhaust mounting element in a ventilation duct". In this solution, the Exhaustor is attached by means of resilient snap closures.
In another Polish Utility Model - Application No. 114728 under the title "Ventilation Grille", the grid attachment is accomplished by means of an adjustable attachment mechanism formed by a rotatably engaged and threaded shaft having a counter-rotating turn from the center of the shaft.
In the illustrated ventilation grille solutions their attachment is possible only in the ventilation ducts whose dimensions are the distance of the ventilation grille mounting elements are approximately equal.

Das Wesen der vorliegenden Lösung, dh. eines Lüftungsgitters mit Befestigungsraste, die mit Griffen versehen ist, besteht darin, dass die mit dem Lüftungsgitter verbundene Befestigungsraste eine Halterung bildet, die mit mindestens zwei Montageöffnungen versehen ist, mit den darin angebrachten elastischen und günstig federnden Spangen. Die Montagegriffe bilden durchgehende Einsenkungen und/oder Spalte mit variablem Querschnitt, wobei sie paarweise seitlich der Halterung angeordnet sind, günstig symmetrisch bezüglich der Achse der Befestigungsraste, und der Abstand der Montagegriffe in jedem Paar unterschiedlich ist. Die Halterung ist mit dem Lüftungsgitter mittels Rastschenkeln verbunden, die günstig federn und in der Verbindungsöffnung drehbar angebracht sowie in gegenüberliegende Richtungen gerichtet sind. Die Verbindungsöffnung ist in dem Lüftungsgitter zentral angeordnet. In der Halterung ist eine Öffnung vorhanden. Die Halterung ist mit einem Vorsprung versehen, der mit der Hilfsöffnung des Lüftungsgitters zusammenarbeitet.The essence of the present solution, ie. Die erarbeitete Lösung erlaubt eine einfache und zuverlässige Befestigung des Lüftungsgitters an den Lüftungsleitungen mit verschiedenen Formen und Abmessungen, ohne die Notwendigkeit, darin zusätzliche Befestigungselemente anbringen oder zusätzliche Öffnungen ausführen zu müssen. Dies ist möglich dank der Tatsache, dass die entwickelte Befestigungsraste über mehrere Paaren von Montagegriffen mit unterschiedlichen Abständen verfügt, in denen elastische Spangen befestigt sind. Der Anwendungsbereich dieser Lösung für verschiedene Lüftungsleitungen kann zusätzlich durch Einsatz elastischer Spangen mit unterschiedlichen Längen erweitert werden.
Der einzelne Rastentyp kann ebenfalls ein Universalmontageelement für Lüftungsgitter mit verschiedenen Formen, verschiedenerer Konstruktion und Außenabmessungen bilden. Die einzige Bedingung ist hier, dass der jeweilige Typ des Lüftungsgitters eine entsprechende Verbindungsöffnung aufweisen muß, die günstig im Zentralteil des Gitters angebracht wird. Eine drehbare Befestigungsweise der Raste in dem Lüftungsgitter erlaubt eine optimale und robuste Befestigung der Raste in der Lüftungsleitung, da die Einschiebung der Lasche in die Lüftungsleitung in jeder Position erfolgen kann, die von der Lage des Lüftungsgitters unabhängig ist. Nach dem Einrasten der Raste in der Lüftungsleitung besteht die Möglichkeit, den Drehwinkel des Lüftungsgitters gegenüber den vorgenommenen Befestigung zu regeln, darunter seine präzise Nivellierung vorzunehmen. Die Montage des Lüftungsgitters ist sehr einfach und erfordert weder Fachkenntnisse noch Werkzeuge. Der Aufbau des Lüftungsgitters mit einer Befestigungsraste ermöglicht die Minimalisierung seines Volumens und der Verpackungsgröße des gesamten Satzes während seiner Lagerung, Vertriebes sowie Transportes, da die Raste flachgelegt und an der flachen Fläche des Lüftungsgitters befestigt werden kann.
Dank der Tatsache, dass die Befestigungsraste in der entwickelten Lösung über eine günstige Öffnung vom Typ "Euro-Öffnung" verfügt, ist das Gewicht der gesamten Raste kleiner und ihre Präsentation in dem Geschäft auf den typischen Ständern möglich, ohne die Notwendigkeit, das Produkt in zusätzliche Verpackungen mit der "Euro-Öffnung" einpacken zu müssen, die dann anschließend weggeworfen und die Umwelt verschmutzen würden. Diese Elemente ermöglichen eine ästhetische Präsentation des gesamten Satzes in den Verkaufsspunkten, die über Standardständer verfügen.

Die Halterung 1 ist mit mehreren, zB. mit sechs Montagegriffen 3 versehen, die paarweise seitlich der Halterung 1 angebracht sind, wobei jedes Paar der Montagegriffe 3 symmetrisch zur Längsachse 4 der Halterung 1 angeordnet ist und der Abstand der einzelnen Paare unterschiedlich ist. Die in dem Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigten drei Paare an Montagegriffen 3 - jeweils immer weiter auseinander angeordnet - dienen zur Schnappbefestigung von zwei federnden und elastischen Spangen 5 in einem der Griffpaare. Die Montagegriffe 3 bilden analogische Spalte, also durchgehende Einsenkungen mit unterschiedlicher Breite und Tiefe und unterschiedlichem Querschnitt. Die Wahl, welches der Montagegriffpaare 3 zur Einsetzung von elastischen Spangen 5 verwendet wird, hängt mit der Größe der Öffnung zusammen, in der das entwickelte Lüftungsgitter mit Befestigungsraste befestigt wird.
Wie oben gezeigt wurde - bildet die Halterung 1 mit Montagegriffen 3 und den darin angebrachten elastischen Spangen 5 - eine Befestigungsraste des Lüftungsgitters 2.

Zwischen den Montagegriffen 3 wird zusätzlich eine günstige Öffnung 6 vom Typ "Euro-Öffnung" zentral angeordnet, die zum Aufhängen und Präsentation des gesamten Lüftungsgittersatzes mit Befestigungsraste auf den Standardständern in einem Laden vorgesehen ist. Die Halterung 1 ist auch mit elastischen und federnden Halterungsarmen 7 versehen, die nach außen gerichtet sind sowie drehbar und schnappartig in der zentral angeordneten Verbindungsöffnung 8 des Lüftungsgitters 2 angebracht werden, um dadurch die Halterung mit dem Lüftungsgitter 2 zu verbinden.
Die Halterung 1 verfügt auch über den Vorsprung 9, der für ihre Einschiebung und Einrastung in der mit ihm zusammenarbeitenden Öffnung 10 des Lüftungsgitters 2 verantwortlich ist. Wenn diese beiden Elemente miteinander verbunden sind, liegt die Befestigungsraste mit ihrer flachen Fläche 11 an der flachen Fläche des Lüftungsgitters 2 an. Die Öffnung 6 der Halterung 1 ragt dann über den Umriss des Lüftungsgitters 2 heraus und ermöglicht eine einfache Aufhängung des gesamtes Satzes, ohne die Notwendigkeit, eine zusätzliche Verpackung oder Aufhängungen zu verwenden.
Die Montage des Lüftungsgitters 2 in einer Lüftungsleitung erfolgt auf solche Art und Weise, dass zuerst an die optimal gewählten Montagegriffe 3 der Halterung 1 ein Paar elastischer Spangen 5 montiert wird, wobei sowohl die Wahl der Montagegriffe 3, als auch die Länge der elastischen Spangen 5 von der Form und Größe der Lüftungsleitung abhängig sind. Die Befestigungsraste, dh. die Halterung 1 samt elastischer Spange 5 wird anschließend in der Verbindungsöffnung 8 des Lüftungsgitters 2 befestigt, die elastischen Spangen 5 werden zusammengedrückt und die gesamte Halterung 1 samt elastischer Spange in die Lüftungsöffnung eingeschoben. Die Elastizität der elastischen Spangen 5 sowie die Drehbarkeit des Lüftungsgitters 2 gegenüber der in der Leitung angebrachten Befestigungsraste ermöglichen eine stabile Verankerung des gesamten Satzes in dem Lüftungskanal sowie eine einfache Korrektur der Lage des Lüftungsgitters 2, darunter seine präzise Nivellierung.
