Claims (7)
- Système de coulée à haute productivité pour la production de pièces coulées en alliage d'aluminium ou similaire, comprenant :une pluralité de machines de coulée (12) ; etun manipulateur de pièce coulée (26), un manipulateur d'assemblage de parties de noyaux (28) et un manipulateur de déchargement (30) agencés pour relier ladite pluralité de machines de coulée (12),ledit système de coulée à haute productivité étant caractérisé en ce que les machines de coulée (12) sont agencées le long d'une partie d'une première ligne (14) et d'une seconde ligne (16) qui sont parallèles entre elles, dans lequel on agence, entre la première ligne (14) et la seconde ligne (16), un premier guide (18) et un second guide (20) placés à une distance l'un de l'autre dans la direction verticale, dans lequel mobiles le long d'un premier guide (18), on trouve le manipulateur de coulée (26) et le manipulateur d'assemblage de parties de noyaux (28) et mobile le long d'un second guide (20), on trouve le manipulateur de déchargement (30), chacun desdits manipulateurs étant placés pour relier les machines de la première ligne (14) et de la seconde ligne (16), le manipulateur de coulée (26) étant agencé pour prélever une poche de coulée d'au moins un plateau tournant (33, 35), dans lequel ladite poche est remplie avec le métal liquide provenant d'au moins un four (32, 34).
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les machines de coulée (12) de la première ligne (14) et de la seconde ligne (16) se font face.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits manipulateurs (26, 28, 30) sont des manipulateurs anthropomorphiques.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits manipulateurs (26, 28, 30) sont des manipulateurs cartésiens avec au moins un axe de rotation.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits manipulateurs (26, 28, 30) sont des manipulateurs polaires.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque ligne de machines de coulée (14, 16) est équipée d'un guide aérien (42) respectif pour un dispositif de levage respectif pour le remplacement des moules.
- Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun desdits guides (18, 20) est constitué par un rail horizontal.
