Technical Field
This invention relates to a hygienic paper dispenser automatically dispensing paper to the user for the purpose of cleaning or wiping by detecting the user's hand with a photocell unit.
Background Art
Environments which have insufficient hygiene present a great danger for human health and cause to various diseases. In both common and individual toilets, there are many users who touch and hence contaminate hand washing and wiping devices all day long with microbes and/or bacteria on their hands. The most practical way of protection from these microbes and/or bacteria is that to provide user has no need to touch hand washing and wiping devices while he/she washes and also after he/she washed his/her hands.
In conventional applications, operation principle of paper dispensers exhibit differences. Some of paper dispensers drive out paper when a user pushes a button on the dispenser. However, touching of dispenser causes contamination with microbes and/or bacteria on the user hands and therefore unhealthy conditions arise. Therefore, there is no need for the user to touch anywhere on the dispenser. In the prior art, automatic paper dispensers exhibit differences. In published patent application No. US2003197086, an automatic paper dispenser is disclosed. In this system, carousel arms are placed as directly opposed on the lateral walls of the dispenser such that the paper rolls are hung on top of each other and locking bars are placed as opposed together with the carousel arms by rotational joint. Cylindrical rods are placed to both ends of the locking bars standing as opposed. The end of the full paper roll placed on the upper carousel arm is guided to lower transfer rod and then to the exit by passing over the cylindrical rod extending on the front side hereof. In this case, rod is bent downwards for some extent by the pressure of the paper to the cylindrical rod and hence upper carousel arm is bent forwards for some extent and lower roll is moved back. Therefore, transfer rod guides paper to the exit by standing straight. When the upper roll is diminished, it is removed from the carousel arm and hung to the lower carousel arm and a new roll is hung to upper arm. By hanging of diminished roll to lower arm, cylindrical rod rides up, lower carousel arm projects forwards and hence transfer rod rides up and guides the lower roll to the exit. The time period for dispenser to detect the user and dispense paper again after the user pulls the paper could be set. In this system, the shaft which guides the paper out rotates in one direction and guiding of paper to the exit depends on the movement of the spring mechanism according to the diminution extent of rolls. Therefore it causes some faults in the system incase of any jamming.
In the system disclosed in published patent application No. US 2002/01 13109, paper roll is firstly hung to upper arms placed top of each other on the lateral walls of the dispenser and diminished paper roll is brought to lower arm and then new paper roll is hung to the upper arm. Contact part with rotational joint which is closed towards the diminished roll at the lower arm is also connected to the cam adjacent to the upper roll arm and surface of the cam sits on the exit shaft guiding the paper to the exit. Propulsive roller resting on the exit shaft is also in a ride up position. The end of the paper is driven out by compressing between the cam surface and the exit shaft. When the roll on the lower roll arm is finished, the contact part falls down and then cam and the cam surface ride up and sit on the propulsive roller. Therefore, the paper coming from the upper roll is compressed between the propulsive roller and the exit shaft and it is driven out there from. It is determined by the sensors that the paper is diminished or finished and accordingly paper roll is hung to the dispenser or diminished paper roll is brought to the lower shaft. Further, depending to the paper roll quantity firstly diminished roll is consumed and after that full roll is started to be consumed.
In published patent application No. US 4666099, paper rolls are hung to the roll arms placed on the lateral walls of the dispenser. Paper is driven out to the exit by compressing after passed between two cylinders adjacent to each other at the lower part of the roll arms. Also a section for placing the sensors is adjacent to the section where the roll arms are placed. User activates the system by reaching his/her hands to this section and provides the paper to be dispensed. Further, three big batteries are located in this section. These factors makes dispenser extremely big and bulky.
As an alternative to these systems, hygienic paper dispenser of the invention could be used. Roll shafts having roll adjustment part at the ends hereof are mounted in the recesses located as opposed and one upon another in front portion of the roll mounting plates attached to the grooves on the back body of the hygienic paper dispenser. Paper roll which is attached to the roll shaft by a spring in the roll adjustment part attached to the end of roll shaft is compressed at both sides, so that roll is placed exactly in the middle and different roll sizes could be integrated to the system. Firstly, full paper roll is put on the upper roll shaft by the operator. When the full paper roll hung to the upper roll shaft is diminished, it is brought to the lower shaft and a new full roll is hung to the upper shaft. System firstly drives the diminished roll at the lower part towards the exit by the guide roll mechanism and when this roll is finished, it changes the motor rotation direction and full roll is started to be used. It is detected that the roll is diminished and finished by the detector placed on the roll legs and a new roll is hung. Moreover, after the paper driven to the exit is cut by the user with a saw on the dispenser, control button on the circuit board in front of the saw is activated by backward motion of the freely movable saw, it stops dispensing paper until the lenses detect the user's hand again. Furthermore, control button prevents dispenser to dispense paper by detecting a new hand movement until the paper is cut by the user. Object of the invention
The object of the invention is to provide a hygienic paper dispenser allowing user access for toilet papers or paper towels in an automatic way for ensuring hygiene. It is aimed that all sizes of paper rolls could be integrated in the system by means of sprung adjustment parts attached to the end of roll shafts. Also, it is aimed that motor could change its direction of rotation and drive out the full roll to the exit after the finished paper roll is detected.

Disclosure of Invention
Hygienic paper dispenser (1) of the invention shown as in Figure 1 in a mounted state and in Figure 4 as before mounting state, comprises a front cover (2), a lower cover (6) and a rear cover (3) which house all parts of the paper dispenser (1) and also a roll rotation mechanism (20) and a driving mechanism (30) located in the dispenser (1).
In the hygienic paper dispenser (1) of the invention shown in Figures 1 -4, there are also, at least one hole (4) where flashing LEDs (49) on the lower cover (6) for warn the operator could be seen (shown in Figure 9); sensor holes (41) where photocell sensors (46) (Figure 9) could be seen; paper exit opening (5) on the lower cover (6) where the paper is dispensed; at least one pin (8) that enables front cover (2) to be hinged on back cover (3) from lower part hereof in order to allow front cover (2) to be opened downwardly for changing paper and batteries (40) which provide energy to the dispenser (1) if they are out; snap fittings (1 1 , 11 ') at the upper sections of front cover (2) and back cover (3) which provide fixing by engaging together.
As shown in Figure 2, when the electronic circuit board (7) is located at the interior portion of the lower cover (6), photocell sensors (46) thereon (shown in Figure 9) stand as could be seen through the sensor holes (41) (shown in Figure 1) on the lower cover (6). In figure 3, one recess (9) at each right and left sides of the rear wall of back cover (3) and then on these recesses (9), at least two engagements (10) are placed top of each other as being parallel to the top surface of back cover (3) and spaced apart from each other whereon the roll rotation mechanism (20) is attached (Figure 4).
Roll rotation mechanism (20) as shown in Figure 5 from perspective view as before mounting state comprises; roll shaft mounting plate (23) in a plate form wherein it has at least two grooves (25, 25') on its front portion where each of two roll shaft ends (28, 28') fits, two hook shaped engagements (21 , 21') located on the back portion respectively one is at top and the other is at the bottom and roll detectors
(26) placed to see the detector plates (15) adhered on each roll adjustment part (18) are attached on the holes thereon; and two roll shafts (22, 22') respectively one is at top and the other is at the bottom wherein paper rolls are hung on and the adjustment part (18) is fixed in its shaft channel (29) at each end (28, 28').
As shown in Figures 5 and 5a, the roll adjustment part (18) attached to each roll shaft end (28, 28') also comprises a rear part (24), a part (27) and a spring (53').
Rear part (24) is in a circular plate form and roll shaft bearing (14) having grooves
(12) thereon extends outwardly in a cylindrical shape from one side of the plate. Part
(27) in a circular form has protrusions (13) having bent end portions which extend outwardly from its interior portion. Spring (53") is attached on the roll shaft bearing (14) and protrusions (13) at the interior portion of part (27) engage in grooves (12) on the roll shaft bearing (14). Since the protrusions (13) and grooves (12) have predetermined length, protrusions (13) can move right and left in the grooves (12). Paper roll is compressed from both sides by means of the movement of the protrusions (13) in the grooves (12) and by means of the spring (53") and therefore paper roll is always located in the middle of the roll shaft (22, 22') and different sizes of paper rolls could be used. Also, detector plate (15) in circular form having black and white slices which aids for signal sent from the roll detectors (26) to detect the regions with and without the reflection and for roll detector (26) to determine how much the paper roll is rotated namely the length of the paper driven out is adhered on the roll adjustment parts (18). In Figure 5a, side perspective views of roll adjustment part (18) and roll shaft (22, 22') are given and in Figure 5b rear perspective view of the rear part (24) is given. Channels (29) on the roll shaft end portion (28, 28') bend to the side by extending for some extent along the roll shaft (22, 22') axis. Projections (37) on the interior portion of the roll shaft bearing (14) are engaged in the shaft channels (29) at the roll shaft end (28, 28') and then bent to the side and fixed. Roll adjustment part (18) fixed to the roll shaft (22, 22') bends to the side while paper roll is changed and then projections (37) are aligned with the channels (29) and it is separated from roll shaft (22, 22') after it is pulled back. As shown in Figure 6, roll rotation mechanism (20) is mounted on the rear cover (3) by attaching the engagement hooks (21 , 21') at the back of each roll shaft mounting plate (23) to the engagements (10) on the rear cover (3). To provide movement of roll rotation mechanism (20) in horizontal axis and to make use of roll shafts (22, 22') in different lengths and therefore paper rolls in different sizes, the length of the engagement (10) is kept longer than the width of the engagement hooks (21 , 21').
In Figure 6, driving mechanism (30) is shown in a mounted state wherein it is located on back cover (3) and on the lower portion of roll rotation mechanism (20) and paper is driven from roll rotation mechanism (20) and is carried to the user in this region. Perspective view of before mounting state of driving mechanism (30) is shown in Figure 7. Driving mechanism (30) comprises a lower cover (31) for driving mechanism, an upper cover (32) for driving mechanism and parts located in these covers and used for driving paper out, batteries (40) and an electronic circuit board (7). An opening (33) in the form of a long channel is located on the upper cover (32) for driving mechanism to enable paper entering to the driving mechanism (30). A similar opening (not shown in figures) is located at the lower portion of the lower cover (31) to enable paper to exit. Also, there are a motor housing (16) in which motor (51) fits at one edge of lower cover (31); at each edge hereof a bearing part housing (19, 19') where bearing parts (54, 54') at guide roll mechanism (50) are attached; an electronic board housing (36) where an electronic board (7) is attached; inclined ribs (35) on which paper slides and is directed toward said lower opening. Also these are attached on lower cover (31): a paper cutter (42) which enables cutting paper after it is transmitted to the user, a guide roll mechanism (50) (shown in Figure 1 ) which drives out paper to the exit opening (5), a motor (51 ) which drives guide roll mechanism (50), a battery housing (38) in which batteries (40) are attached. Also these are on the upper cover (32) for driving mechanism: complementary inclined ribs (not shown in figures) which complement inclined ribs (35) on lower cover (31) and an electronic circuit port (34) where electronic circuit board (7) is placed and cables exiting the electronic circuit board (7) are brought up to roll detectors (26) (Figure 5) in roll rotation mechanism (20) by means of this port (34).
Cutting of paper is provided by means of teeth (43) along one edge of the cutter (42) having a length as much as the width of the paper roll shown in perspective in Figure
8. Cutter (42) is connected to the driving mechanism (30) (Figure 7) from mounting holes (39, 39') at each end hereof and then it starts to turn towards electronic circuit board (7) behind it while paper is being cut and protrusion (17) behind it contacts the control button (48) on the electronic circuit board (7). Control button (48) transmits a warning to the electronic circuit board (7) by means of this contact that the paper is cut. Therefore, it is prevented with the warning sent by the control button (48) to dispense new paper until it is torn by the user and to dispense paper even if a hand movement is detected before paper is torn by the user. After paper is torn, cutter (42) returns its prior position.
Electronic circuit board (7) shown in perspective view in Figure 9 comprises rotation control buttons (44) used to drive motor (51) (Figure 7) in desired direction to provide turning of rolls back and forth when full paper roll is being hung or diminished roll at the top is being taken to the bottom; button (45) which provides information to the electronic circuit board (7) that the front cover (2) is closed by contacting with the protrusion (71) for button (shown in Figure 2) at lower cover (6) to ensure operation of the system only when front cover (2) (shown in Figure 1) is closed; a potentiometer (47) used to adjust the rotation number of the motor (51) to change the paper length dispensed to the user. Electronic circuit board (7) also comprises
LEDs (49) informing that hygienic paper dispenser (1 ) is ready, paper hung on the dispenser (1) is diminished and/or finished, the battery (40) (Figure 7) is finished, with flashing in different colors and time periods.
In Figure 10, perspective view of the guide roll mechanism (50) before mounting placed between lower and upper covers (31 , 32) for driving mechanism are shown. Guide roll mechanism (50) comprises a guide roll (66), a V part (56), pressure rollers (63, 63'), a guide roll gear (59) and a main gear (55). V part (56) comprises two "V" shaped V part arms (67, 67'); connection holes (57) at the end of these arms (67, 67') where the pressure rollers (63, 63') used to compress paper are mounted; V part gears (58) between V part arms (67, 67'); two connective bodies (68, 68') which combine said two V parts; support ribs (61) placed between connective bodies (68, 68') to prevent them to be stretched. As shown in Figures 10 and 10a, guide roll (66) comprises guide roll shaft (60), roll rings (65) attached on the guide roll shaft (60), rings (64) with high friction coefficient attached between roll rings (65), guide roll end parts (62) placed near to the rings (64) at both end of roll shaft (60). Rings (65) on guide roll (66) engage between support ribs (61). Paper passed between two pressure rollers (63, 63') and guide roll (66) is driven to exit (5) by compressing between pressure rollers (63, 63') and guide roll (66) wherein these rollers (63, 63') are obtained by placing cylindrical parts (70, 70') with male and female ends on pressure roller shaft (69) and mounted on V part (56) as it comes to both sides of guide roll (66). Main gear (55) is attached on the guide roll shaft (60) connected with worm gear (52) and placed in front of the guide roll gear (59) at the motor (51) side which gives rotary motion to guide roll (66) by means of motor (51) and worm gear (52) connected to the motor (51). Guide roll gear (59) is attached to guide roll shaft (60) such that it freely rotates and being adjacent to guide roll end parts (62). Also, a spring (53) is placed between guide roll gear (59) and main gear (55), to give ability of moving for guide roll (66) along longitudinal axis while worm gear (52) rotates the main gear (55) and to press guide roll gear (59) towards guide roll end part (62). Guide roll gear (59) which sits on V part gears (58) provides movement of V part (56) with rotating by friction force generated between since it is adjacent to guide roll end part (62) which starts to rotate after main gear (55) rotated guide roll shaft (60) and upon pressure applied by the spring (53). Further, guide roll mechanism (50)
comprises a bearing part (54') attached to front portion of main gear (55) and being seated in bearing part housing (19') placed on lower cover (31) for driving mechanism given in Figure 7; a bearing part (54) attached in front of guide roll gear
(59) at the other end of guide roll (66) and being seated in bearing part housing (19) placed on lower cover (31); a spring (53') attached between guide roll gear (59) placed at one end of guide roll (66) and bearing part (54') attached to end of guide roll (66).
Roll detectors (26) attached to photocell sensors (46) detecting the user hand and to roll shaft mounting plate (23) determining which roll is being used, transmit signals to motor (51) by means of electronic circuit board (7) and then motor (51) starts to rotate. Rotating motor (51) transmits rotary motion to main gear (55) by means of worm gear (52) and in turn main gear (55) transmits rotary motion to the guide roll
(66) by means of guide roll shaft (60) and to the guide roll gear (59) by means of guide roll end parts (62) placed at the end portions of guide roll (66). Since guide roll gear (59) is recessed on V part gears (58) in the middle portion of V part (56), it causes V part (56) to rotate in counter rotation direction of guide roll gear (59).
Therefore, V part (56) moves together with the rotation of guide roll gear (59) and provides that left pressure rollers (63) or right pressure rollers (63') abut the guide roll (66) between pressure rollers (63, 63') placed at its both sides and paper passed between pressure rollers (63, 63') and guide roll (66) is compressed between pressure rollers (63, 63') and rings (64) with high friction coefficient at guide roll (66). Upon rotation of guide roll end part (62), guide roll gear (59) next to this also rotates and comes to the end of one of the V part arms (67, 67') placed at V part (56) and since it can move on guide roll shaft (60) freely, guide roll shaft (60) and guide roll (66) keep rotating while it stops and compressed paper is transferred to the user by virtue of rings (64) with high friction coefficient.
In Figure 11a, side view of paper hung on upper roll shaft (22) as it is passed between the guide roll (66) and pressure roller (63) is illustrated. End of paper hung on upper roll shaft (22) is passed between guide roll (66) and pressure roller (63) placed in front of guide roll (66). It is determined by roll detectors (26) that paper roll on upper roll shaft (22) is full and rotation direction of motor (51) shown in Figure 10 is determined accordingly and upon the rotation of guide roll gear (59) towards front of the dispenser (1 ) and hence backward movement of V part (56), end of paper is compressed between pressure roller (63) and guide roll (66) and is driven to the exit (5) shown in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 11 b, when upper roll is diminished it is transferred to the lower roll shaft (22') and full paper roll is hung on upper roll shaft (22) and then end of lower roll is passed between pressure roller (63') and guide roll (66). It is determined by roll detectors (26) placed on roll shaft mounting plate (23) that primarily diminished roll on lower roll shaft (22') is to be used and then rotation direction of motor (51) is changed, thus guide roll (66) starts to rotate towards back of dispenser (1) and causes V part (56) to rotate forwards. Therefore end of paper is compressed between rear pressure roller (63') and guide roll (66) and is driven to exit (5). Thus, after roll detectors (26) has detected which roll is to be used, rotation direction of motor (51) is changed and related roll is driven to exit (5).
In Figure 12, general operation principle of hygienic paper dispenser (1) shown in Figures 1-10 is illustrated. Roll detector (26) transmits signal by measuring when roll hung on lower and/or upper roll shaft (22, 22') is completely full, near to finish and finished. Preferably, flashing of LEDs (49) in 5 seconds intervals with green light, in 1 second intervals with green light, in 1 second intervals with red light, in 5 seconds intervals with red light respectively informs that hygienic paper dispenser (1) is ready to dispense paper, paper roll is about to finish, paper roll is finished and battery (40) is finished. As shown in Figure 12a, firstly completely full paper roll is hung on upper roll shaft (22) in dispenser (1) and motor (51) and guide roll mechanism (50) drive upper paper to exit after roll detector (26) detects the full roll. In Figure 12b, after roll detector (26) detects diminishing roll, operator is warned to put in new paper roll. Therefore, as shown in Figure 12c, operator should hang on diminished paper roll on upper roll shaft (22) to lower roll shaft (22') and new roll to emptied upper roll shaft (22). In Figure 12d, it is shown that dispenser (1) changes rotation direction of motor (51) and consumes primarily diminished roll on lower roll shaft (22'). In Figure 12e, after roll detector (26) detects that lower roll is finished, motor (51) changes again its rotation direction and starts to consume upper new paper roll and therefore it is returned to initial position in which full roll is hung on upper shaft (22). As shown in Figure 12f, after full roll on upper roll shaft (22) is diminished, if operator does not hang diminished paper roll to lower roll shaft (22') and full roll to upper roll shaft (22), dispenser (1) continues to operate until single roll is finished and finally two finished paper rolls stay in hygienic paper dispenser (1 ).
Preferred hygienic paper dispenser (1) above is not intended to limit the protection scope of the invention. In view of the described knowledge by the invention, all modifications on this preferred hygienic paper dispenser (1) should be interpreted in the protection scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A hygienic paper dispenser for providing automatic access to toilet paper or paper towel in order to ensure hygiene, comprising: • a lower cover (6) comprising at least one hole (4) hereon where flashing LEDs (49) for warning the operator could be seen; sensor holes (41) where photocell sensors (46) could be seen; a paper exit opening (5) where paper is dispensed out;
• at least one pin (8) that enables front cover (2) to be hinged on back cover (3) from lower part hereof in order to allow front cover (2) to be opened downwardly for changing when paper and batteries (40) are out which they provide energy to the dispenser (1) and snap fittings (11 , 11') at the upper sections of front cover (2) and back cover (3) which provide fixing by engaging together; • a paper cutter (42), a guide roll mechanism (50) which drives out paper to the exit opening (5), a driving mechanism (30) driving paper to exit (5) comprising a motor (51) which drives guide roll mechanism (50), a roll rotation mechanism (20) on which paper rolls are attached;
• a guide roll mechanism (50) comprising a guide roll shaft (60), roll rings (65), a guide roll (66) obtained by placing rings (64) with high friction coefficient between roll rings (65) and attaching guide roll end part (62) near to these rings (64) at both ends of roll shaft (60); characterized in that, it comprises
• a worm gear (52) connected to motor (51); • a main gear (55) attached on the guide roll shaft (60) connected with worm gear (52) and placed in front of the guide roll gear (59) at the motor (51 ) side which gives rotary motion to guide roll (66) by means of motor (51) and worm gear (52), connected to the motor (51);
• guide roll gears (59) connected to V part gears (58) freely rotatable on guide roll shaft (60) and abutted to roll end part (62) by spring (53) compression in order to rotate with some extent by friction force generated between itself and guide roll end part (62) when main gear (55) rotates guide roll shaft (60) and then in order to stop when guide roll (66) continues its rotation; • a V part (56) which is used to drive out paper, passed between pressure rollers (63, 63') and guide roll (66), to exit (5) by compressing it and which provides left pressure roller (63) or right pressure roller (631) to abut the guide roll (66) between pressure rollers (63, 63') placed at its both sides with the rotary motion transferred from guide roll gear (59).
2. A hygienic paper dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that rotation direction of motor (51) could be changed to provide using of diminished roll, after diminished roll on upper roll shaft (22) is taken to lower roll shaft (22') and using of paper roll hung on upper roll shaft (22) after diminished roll hung on lower roll shaft (22") is finished.

A hygienic paper dispenser according to claim 1, characterized in that paper roll is always placed in the middle of roll shaft (22, 22') since paper roll is compressed at both side hereof, in order to move part (27) freely right and left on back part (24) and therefore to make use of paper roll in different sizes, roll adjustment part (18) attached to the end of each roll shaft end (28, 28') and protrusions (13) having bent end portions extending outwardly from interior portion of part (27) in circular form are attached in grooves (12) on roll shaft bearing (14) extending outwardly in a cylindrical form from one side of rear part (24) by placing spring (53") in between.
4. A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that V part (56) at guide roll mechanism (50) comprises two "V" shaped V part arms
(67, 67'); connection holes (57) at the end of these arms (67, 67') where the pressure rollers (63, 63') used to compress paper are mounted; V part gears (58) between V part arms (67, 67'); two connective bodies (68, 68') which combine said two V parts; support ribs (61) which are placed between connective bodies (68, 68') to prevent them to be stretched and roll rings (65) on guide roll (66) are placed in between these ribs.

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises two pressure rollers (63, 63') which are obtained by placing cylindrical parts (70, 70') with male and female ends on pressure roller shaft (69), mounted on V part (56) from connection holes (57) so that they come to both sides of guide roll (66) and paper is compressed between guide roll (66) and them.

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises a detector plate (15) on the roll adjustment parts (18) in circular form having black and white slices which provides signal sent from the roll detectors (26) to detect regions with and without reflection and determines for roll detector (26) how much paper roll is rotated namely the length of the paper dispensed.

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that control button (48) transmits a warning to electronic circuit board (7) that paper is cut and then dispensing of paper is prevented by means of warning sent by control button (48) until paper is torn by the user and even if a new hand movement is detected before paper is torn by the user, and after paper is torn, for cutter (42) to be returned again to its prior position, cutter (42) is connected to the driving mechanism (30) from mounting holes (39, 39') at each end hereof and it starts to turn towards electronic circuit board (7) behind it while paper is being cut and protrusion (17) behind cutter (42) contacts the control button (48) on the electronic circuit board (7).

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that roll rotation mechanism (20) comprises roll shaft mounting plates (23) in a plate form wherein it has at least two grooves (25, 25') on its front portion where each of two roll shaft ends (28, 28') fits, two hook shaped engagements (21 , 21 ') located on the back portion respectively one is at top and the other is at the bottom and roll detectors (26) placed to see the detector plates (15) adhered on each roll adjustment part (18) are attached on the holes thereon.
9. A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises two roll shafts (22, 22') respectively one is at top and the other is at the bottom wherein paper rolls are hung on and the adjustment part (18) is fixed in its shaft channel (29) at each end (28, 28').

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claim 1 , characterized in that there are one recess (9) at each right and left sides of the rear wall of back cover (3) and then on these recesses (9), at least two engagement (10) placed top of each other as being parallel to each other and spaced apart from each other.

A hygienic paper dispenser (1) according to claims 8-10, characterized in that to provide movement of roll rotation mechanism (20) in horizontal axis and therefore to make use of roll shafts (22, 22') in different lengths and paper rolls in different sizes, engagement hooks (21 , 2V) at roll shaft mounting plate
(23) are attached to engagement (10) whose length is longer than width of engagement hooks (21 , 21 ') and engagement hooks (21, 21') are adjustable on engagement (10) by sliding.
