Abstract

Eine Tragwalzen-Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln einer durch Längsschnitte unterteilten Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, weist zwei Tragwalzen, zwischen denen ein Walzenbett ausgebildet ist, auf dem die Wickelrollen beim Aufwickeln mit fluchtenden Achsen aufliegen, und eine über eine Traverse gelagerte Druckwalze auf. Die Traverse (1) umfasst wenigstens eine sich senkrecht zur Schwingungsrichtung erstreckende Trägerplatte (2, 3), die wenigstens eine metallische Schicht (2, 3) und wenigstens eine Kunststoffschicht (4, 5) aufweist, die die metallische Schicht (2, 3) im wesentlichen überdeckt.
