Abstract
The present invention provides a shoe including a sole and an upper. The upper includes two decorated portions, each of which includes a base layer and a plurality of decorated layers stacked on the base layer. Each of the decorated layers has a fixed section connected to the base layer and a free section to be cut off to expose the predetermined decorated layers, such that the aspect of the shoe change because the different exposing decorated layers.
Description
- The present invention relates generally to a shoe, and more particularly to a shoe that may change aspect.
- The designer provides various color, pattern, decorated members or other member to shoes that makes the shoes having different aspects. The color, pattern and decorated members of the shoes usually are fixed, so that people usually have many different shoes for different clothes or places. Some people buy the shoes with the same aspect and different colors. It costs consumers much and makes them troublesome to store these shoes.
To fix above problem, some provides the shoes may change aspect. Such shoes usually have different decorated members to be mounted on different parts of the shoes to change the aspect according to personal desire.
The ways of mounting the decorated members on the shoes usually are sticking and fitting that the decorated members may fall from the shoes easily. The reserved decorated members usually have no place for storage. People wearing this kind of shoe usually meet a problem of finding no decorated members when he/she wants to change the aspect of the shoes. - The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a shoe, which allows consumers to change the aspect of the shoe according to his/her will and has no such problem as mentioned above.
According to the objectives of the present invention, a shoe includes a sole and an upper. The upper includes a plurality of decorated portions, each of which includes a base layer and a plurality of decorated layers stacked on the base layer, and each of the decorated layers has at least a fixed section connected to the base layer and at least a free section to be cut off to expose the predetermined decorated layers. - FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a first preferred embodiment of the present invention;
- FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing the outer decorated layer being cut.
- FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention, showing the outer decorated layer being removed.
- FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
- FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a third preferred embodiment of the present invention.
- As shown in FIG. 1, a
shoe 10 of the first preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a sole 10 and an upper 14.
The upper 14 has two decorated portions 22 at opposite sides, each of which includes abase layer 24 and a plurality of decoratedlayers base layer 24 is connected to the sole 12. Thedecorated layers 26~32 are fabrics or leathers with different colors and patterns stacked on thebase layer 24 in sequence. The decoratedlayers 26~32 are sewn to thebase layer 24. Each of the decoratedlayers 26~32 has afixed section 34 at the sewing portion and afree section 36 at the portion not sewn. Thefree sections 36 of the decoratedlayers 26~32 keep a suitable distance from an edge of thebase layer 24. The predetermined parts of thefree sections 36 of the decoratedlayers 26~32 are exposed by removing the predetermined parts of thefree sections 36 of the outer decoratedlayers 26~30. The exposedfree sections 36 of the decoratedlayers 26~32 has different pattern or different materials that makes the shoe with a multilayer visual aspect.
When user worn theshoes 10 of the present invention for a time, and he/she are getting tire of the aspects, he/she can cut the outer decoratedlayer 32 off along the dot line shown in FIG. 2. As a result, the decoratedlayer 30 is exposed to show different pattern and color and gives the shoe 10 a different aspect, as shown in FIG. 3.
The decoratedlayers 26~30 may be made of fluorescence material (or just coating fluorescence coating on the surface) or waterproof material.
FIG. 4 shows thedecorated layers 26~30 having thefree sections 36 with multilayer arched aspects.
FIG. 5 shows ashoe 40 of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to theshoe 10 of the first preferred embodiment, except that theshoe 40 have decoratedlayers fixed sections 50 and twofree sections 52. Theshoe 40 of the second preferred embodiment has varied patterns to cut the decorated layers 42~48 that gives theshoe 40 more aspects.
The shoe of the present invention gives user a chance to cut the decorated layers off as he/she wants that may change the shoe's aspect. The decorated layers are sewn on the base layer that the decorated layers will not drop when user is walking.
The description above is a few preferred embodiments of the present invention and the equivalence of the present invention is still in the scope of the claim of the present invention.
Claims (9)
- A shoe comprising a sole and an upper, wherein the upper includes a plurality of decorated portions, each of which includes a base layer and a plurality of decorated layers stacked on the base layer, and each of the decorated layers has at least a fixed section connected to the base layer and at least a free section to be cut off to expose the predetermined decorated layers.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper has two of the decorated portions at opposite sides thereof.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein the decorated layers are sewn at the fixed portions to be fixed on the upper.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein the fixed section keeps a distance from an edge of the decorated layer.
- The shoe as defined in claim 4, wherein the free sections of the decorated layers are inclined to the sole.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein the decorated layer is made of fabric.
- The shoe as defined in claim 6, wherein the decorated layer has fluorescence material.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein the decorated layer is made of waterproof material.
- The shoe as defined in claim 1, wherein each of the decorated layer has two of the fixed sections and two of the free sections.
