Abstract

CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN NET FOR FRUIT PACKAGING refers to a net for the packaging of fruits, vegetables and/or greens, industrialized in intertwined polymeric threads or similar, in varied sizes and formats, with elasticity capable of wrapping fruits, vegetables and/or greens in their various varieties. It is accompanied by one or more complements, herein identified as straps or bands, industrialized in raw material derived from polymer, whose purpose is to accommodate the hand of the user and at the same time store information on the product. The referred to complement is presented fixed to the ends of the net by a loop (3) in steel or any other similar product of high resistance.

Description

  • The present patent of utility model refers to a net for the packaging of fruit and/or vegetables, with one or more straps, fixed to the net, destined to accommodate the hand of the user and at the same time store information inherent to the product.
  • The subject in question is included in the line of recipients and products for storage and transportation of different materials.
  • The growing urbanization of the population, the sophistication of the consumers, the change in the habits and costumes of the consumer, and the easy access to information, are factors that have made the consumer ever more demanding in choosing his products. In order for the rural producers and/or companies in the sector may come to supply the longings of their consumers' market, they need to be aware of the quality of their products.
  • From the extraction until the supply to the end consumer, fruits, vegetables and/or greens go through quite an extensive process involving people, transportation and storage. Storage and transportation demand special care that interferes in the final quality of the product. Another important factor is the way they are identified, because it is common to come across a label with a bar code fixed on the fruit, an inefficient operation as a result of the frequent misplacement of labels caused the constant handling of the same.
  • As it regards the state of the technique, in research carried out at the patent base of this Autarchy, we could observe the existence of other processes related to the subject, although it has not been detected any one that presented the same characteristics, or that provided the advantages achieved and presented in the present petition.
  • To better illustrate the subject, let us explain the state of the technique associated to the petition in question.
  • The process of patent UM 180622 entitled "NEW PACKAGING - BAG FOR FRUITS AND OTHERS", refers to a package involving a tube made of flexible plastic material screen, where one of the ends is turned inside and fixed by electronic welding on the opposing end, which has a double face and can present on the upper side of the packaging - bag a strap or another equivalent apparatus.
  • The process of patent number MU 5114, entitled "NEW TYPE OF PROTECTING PACKAGING FOR FRUITS", refers to a packaging made up by a strap industrialized in flexible material, corrugated cardboard, or any other similar material, having corrugated cords that serve as fastenings* at the time of the fruit wrapping; holes that serve to ventilate and preserve the fruit, and gores of corrugation that serve to protect the fruit from friction.
  • The CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT APPLIED IN NET FOR FRUIT PACKAGING, subject in question, refers to a net for fruit packaging, as well as vegetables and/or greens (1), industrialized in intertwined polymeric threads, or similar, in varied sizes and shapes, with an elasticity capable of wrapping the fruits, vegetables and/or greens in their several varieties. It is accompanied by one or more complements, herein identified as straps/bands (2), industrialized in raw material derived from polymer or similar, whose objective is to accommodate the hand of the user and at the same time receive information on the product. Referred to straps (2) are shown fixed to the ends of the net by a steel loop (3), or any other similar product of high resistance. The straps (2) further permit that the rural producers differentiate their products at the points of sale, that then display to their clients information inherent to the food - its composition, date of harvest, region of production and supplier, among others in addition to the bar code. This identification is applied in many industrialized products, but it is a state of the art trend in this specific market to make it the way it is herein described. The consumers will be more confident in acquiring products this identified, telling them apart and, as a consequence, they tend to be loyal to this new way of packaging in new acquisitions. The strap (2) should have a rectangular format, in the shape of a film, where the identification of the product and/or space for labelling will be placed.
  • In order for us to have a better view, we present the attached figures, which comprise:
    • Figure 1 presents a side view of the patent with two straps;
    • Figure 2 presents an upper view of the patent with two straps;
    • Figure 3 presents a side view of the patent with one strap/band;
    • Figure 4 presents an upper view of the patent with only one strap/band.
