Claims (14)

  1. Aluminiumlegierung, bestehend aus Folgendem in Prozentsatz des Gewichts:
    6,5 bis 7,5 Prozent Silicium;
    0,2 bis 0,4 Prozent Magnesium;
    0,1 bis 0,2 Prozent Titan;
    0,05 bis 0,3 Prozent Silber;
    0,002 bis 0,04 Prozent Strontium;
    optional 0,1 bis 0,6 Gewichts-% Seltenerdelemente;
    und im Übrigen Aluminium und unvermeidbaren Verunreinigungen.
  2. Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 1, die in Prozentsatz des Gewichts 0,1 bis 0,2 Prozent Silber enthält.
  3. Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, die in Prozentsatz des Gewichts 0,1 Prozent Silber und 0,4 Prozent Seltenerdelemente enthält.
  4. Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Seltenerdelement mindestens ein Element ist, das aus der Gruppe bestehend aus La, Ce, Pr, Nb, Pm, Sm, Eu, Ga, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y und Sc ausgewählt ist.
  5. Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die in Prozentsatz des Gewichts mehr als 0,02 bis zu 0,04 Prozent Strontium enthält.
  6. Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die in Prozentsatz des Gewichts 0,025 bis 0,04 Prozent Strontium und 0,1 bis 0,2 Prozent Silber enthält.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend (a) das Schmelzen der Rohmaterialien, der Legierungselemente und der Hilfsmaterialien in geeigneten Mengen, um die Zusammensetzung und Eigenschaften von Interesse zu erzielen; (b) das Unterziehen der so erzielten geschmolzenen Legierung einem Entgasungsprozess und das (c) Einführen des geschmolzenen Materials in ein Formwerkzeug und Verringern der Temperatur bis zur Erstarrung zu Rohgießteilen.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Entgasungsprozess durch Behandeln der geschmolzenen Legierung mit Trockenstickstoff oder Trockenargon ausgeführt wird.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, wobei die Rohmaterialien als reine Elemente oder als Legierungen der Elemente in den Schmelzofen eingeführt werden.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei die Anteile der Komponenten in der Legierung justiert werden durch
    a) Zugeben geeigneter Mengen dieser Komponenten; oder alternativ
    b) Strecken des geschmolzenen Metalls, das aus dem Schmelzen von reinen Legierungselementen und/oder Legierungen der Komponenten resultiert, durch Zugeben von Aluminiumkokillen und dann Zugeben geeigneter Mengen der Komponenten, um ihre Anteile zu justieren.
  11. Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 zum Herstellen einer gegossenen Fahrzeugaufhängungskomponente.
  12. Verwendung der Aluminiumlegierung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Fahrzeugaufhängungskomponente aus Spurstangenhebeln und Querlenkern ausgewählt ist.
  13. Fahrzeugaufhängungskomponente, die aus der Aluminiumlegierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 gegossen ist.
  14. Fahrzeugaufhängungskomponente nach Anspruch 13, die aus Spurstangenhebeln und Querlenkern ausgewählt ist.
