  • Friction losses of power in the face sealings are determined by the mentioned value of the force of pressing of the parts of the rotor to the functional elements of the corresponding cover plates of the housing that can be chosen small. Appearance of local defects on the sealing surfaces due to wear, for example, and contamination of the working fluid with the suspended particles do not lead to increase of the mentioned force of pressing. Hydraulic resistance of the channels determining pressure drop in the vane chamber and maximum self-suction speed can be chosen on the basis of the required working speed of the rotor rotation.

Claims (24)

  1. Machine à palettes coulissantes de rotor, comprenant :
    un boîtier (40) pourvu d'un orifice d'entrée (49), d'un orifice de sortie (50), d'un couvercle de support (5) et d'un couvercle de travail (3) comprenant un limiteur de transfert avant (15) et un limiteur de transfert arrière (21) ;
    un rotor comprenant une pièce de travail du rotor (1) qui comporte des chambres à palettes (7),
    une surface frontale de travail de ladite pièce (1) étant pourvue d'une gorge annulaire (2) connectée aux chambres à palettes (7) contenant les palettes (8) qui sont reliées de manière cinématique à un mécanisme d'entraînement de palettes (54) monté sur le boîtier ;
    le couvercle de travail du boîtier (3) en contact isolant coulissant avec la surface frontale de travail de la pièce de travail du rotor (1) formant une chambre de travail dans la gorge annulaire (2) qui est divisée, par le limiteur de transfert arrière (21) en contact isolant coulissant avec le moyen d'isolation de transfert arrière du rotor et par le limiteur de transfert avant (15) en contact isolant coulissant avec les palettes (8), en :
    une cavité d'aspiration de la chambre de travail (28) connectée hydrauliquement à l'orifice d'entrée (49) et
    une cavité de pompage de la chambre de travail (51) connectée hydrauliquement à l'orifice de sortie (50),
    le limiteur de transfert avant (15) et le mécanisme d'entraînement de palettes (54) étant formés de manière à ce qu'il soit possible de séparer, par des palettes (8), au moins une cavité inter-palettes (62) de la chambre de travail des cavités de pompage et d'aspiration,
    caractérisée en ce que le rotor comprend également :
    une pièce de support du rotor (4) en contact isolant coulissant avec le couvercle de support du boîtier (5) et
    reliée de manière cinématique à la pièce de travail du rotor (1) par un assemblage d'éléments de rotor, incluant des chambres de force de longueur variable (6) de manière à
    tourner de manière synchrone avec la pièce de travail du rotor (1) avec une possibilité d'effectuer des déplacements et basculements axiaux par rapport à la pièce de travail du rotor (1) au moins suffisants pour procurer un contact isolant coulissant des deux dites pièces du rotor avec les couvercles correspondants du boîtier,
    un changement de longueur desdites chambres de force de longueur variable (6) entraînant lesdits déplacements et basculements axiaux des pièces de travail et de support du rotor,
    des cavités de support (25) pourvues d'un moyen isolant étant formées entre le couvercle de support du boîtier (5) et la pièce de support du rotor (4),
    chacune desdites cavités de la chambre de travail communiquant de manière hydraulique avec au moins une chambre de force de longueur variable (6) et avec au moins une cavité de support (25) par le biais d'un moyen d'équilibrage des pressions locales.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le boîtier comprend un moyen hydrostatique pour empêcher une déformation de surfaces isolantes des couvercles exécutés en tant que couvercles de travail et de support du boîtier unis pour former une unité fonctionnelle du boîtier (38) située entre les pièces de travail et de support du rotor.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le rotor inclut un élément de liaison de rotor (37), au moins une desdites pièces du rotor étant montée avec une possibilité de déplacements et basculements axiaux par rapport audit élément de liaison,
    les chambres de force de longueur variable (6) étant situées entre ladite pièce du rotor et ledit élément de liaison de rotor (37) et reliant de manière cinématique ladite pièce du rotor audit élément de liaison.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le boîtier comprend un moyen hydrostatique pour empêcher une déformation de surfaces isolantes des couvercles, ledit moyen hydrostatique incluant :
    un élément fonctionnel (30) d'au moins un des couvercles du boîtier, ledit élément fonctionnel étant en contact isolant coulissant avec la pièce correspondante du rotor,
    un élément porteur (29) dudit couvercle et
    au moins une chambre anti-déformation (31) située entre les éléments fonctionnel et porteur, connectée hydrauliquement à la chambre de travail et formée de manière à ce que des forces de pression de fluide de travail exercées contre l'élément fonctionnel (30) dudit couvercle du côté de la chambre anti-déformation (31) et du côté du rotor s'équilibrent sensiblement les unes les autres.
  5. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1, 4, dans laquelle le moyen d'équilibrage des pressions locales est formé par un collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du rotor fournissant ladite connexion desdites cavités.
  6. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 3, dans laquelle le moyen d'équilibrage des pressions locales est formé
    par un collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du rotor et
    un collecteur de circuits hydrauliques (27-1) du boîtier,
    chacun desdits circuits du rotor communiquant avec au moins un desdits circuits du boîtier dans n'importe quel angle de rotation du rotor, fournissant ladite connexion desdites cavités.
  7. Machine selon l'une des revendications 5, 6, dans laquelle le collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du rotor comprend des canaux (27) dans la pièce de support du rotor (4) qui connectent les chambres de force de longueur variable (6) aux cavités de support (25).
  8. Machine selon l'une des revendications 5, 6, dans laquelle le collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du rotor comprend des chambres à palettes (7).
  9. Machine selon l'une des revendications 5, 6, 8, dans laquelle le collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du rotor comprend des canaux (18) dans les palettes (8).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le collecteur de circuits hydrauliques du boîtier comprend des canaux (27-1) dans le boîtier qui connectent les cavités de support (25) à la gorge annulaire (2) dans la pièce de travail du rotor (1).
  11. Machine selon l'une des revendications 5, 6, dans laquelle chacun desdits circuits a une résistance hydraulique choisie de manière à ce que la chute de pression dans le circuit soit sensiblement inférieure à la pression de fonctionnement nominale de la machine au débit de l'écoulement de fluide de travail à travers le circuit, qui est inférieur à la fuite maximum admissible de la chambre de travail, de préférence de manière à ce que ladite chute de pression soit inférieure à 1% de la pression de fonctionnement nominale.
  12. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5-11, dans laquelle les chambres de force de longueur variable (6) sont formées par des éléments contenants (11) et des éléments encastrés (10) montés avec une possibilité de mouvement alternatif,
    les parois extérieures des éléments encastrés (10) étant en contact isolant coulissant avec les parois intérieures des éléments contenants (11), assurant l'étanchéité des chambres de force (6) lors desdits déplacements et basculements axiaux réciproques desdites pièces du rotor.
  13. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - 11, 12, dans laquelle les formes, les dimensions et la position des cavités de support (25) et leur moyen d'isolation sont choisis de manière à ce que les forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant la pièce de travail du rotor (1) par rapport au couvercle de travail du boîtier (3) soient sensiblement égales et soient de direction opposée aux forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant la pièce de support du rotor (4) par rapport au couvercle de support du boîtier (5),
    les formes, les dimensions et la position des chambres de force de longueur variable (6) étant choisies de manière à ce que l'excès des forces de pression du fluide de travail contenu dans les chambres de force de longueur variable agissant sur lesdites pièces du rotor, comparées aux forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant lesdites pièces du rotor par rapport aux couvercles correspondants du boîtier, soit au moins suffisant pour fournir la pression nécessaire pour l'isolation, de préférence une faible pression, pour n'importe quel angle de rotation du rotor.
  14. Machine selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - 11, 12, dans laquelle les formes, les dimensions et la position des cavités de support (25) et leur moyen d'isolation sont choisis de manière à ce que les forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant la pièce de travail du rotor (1) par rapport au couvercle de travail du boîtier (3) soient sensiblement égales et soient de direction opposée aux forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant la pièce de support du rotor (4) par rapport au couvercle de support du boîtier (5),
    ledit assemblage d'éléments de rotor comprenant des éléments élastiques (59) fournissant la pression nécessaire pour l'isolation desdites pièces du rotor vis-à-vis-des couvercles du boîtier non soumis à une pression,
    les formes, les dimensions et la position des chambres de force de longueur variable (6) étant choisies de manière à ce que l'excès de la somme
    des forces élastiques desdits éléments élastiques (59) et des forces de pression du fluide de travail contenu dans les chambres de force de longueur variable (6) agissant sur lesdites pièces du rotor,
    comparée à la somme des forces de pression de fluide de travail repoussant lesdites pièces du rotor par rapport aux couvercles correspondants du boîtier et des forces de frottement dans ledit assemblage d'éléments de rotor,
    soit au moins suffisant pour fournir la pression nécessaire pour l'isolation, de préférence une faible pression, pour n'importe quel angle de rotation du rotor.
  15. Machine selon l'une des revendications 13, 14, dans laquelle la forme et les dimensions des chambres de force de longueur variable (6) sont choisies de manière à ce que l'excès de la somme des aires de section transversale de toutes les chambres de force de longueur variable (6),
    comparée à l'aire de projection de la gorge annulaire (2) sur le plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de la pièce de travail du rotor (1),
    ne soit pas inférieur à 50% de l'aire du contact isolant coulissant de la pièce de travail du rotor (1) avec le couvercle de travail du boîtier (3).
  16. Machine selon l'une des revendications 13, 14, dans laquelle les cavités de support (25) sont situées à l'opposé de la gorge annulaire (2),
    le moyen isolant des cavités de support comprend des joints de face périphériques (58) et des barrages isolants (57) entre les cavités de support (25),
    la somme des aires des cavités de support (25) et des barrages isolants (57) étant égale à l'aire de projection de la gorge annulaire (2) sur le plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation de la pièce de travail du rotor (1),
    les aires des contacts isolants coulissants des joints de face périphériques (58) avec les surfaces isolantes du couvercle de support du boîtier (5) étant égales aux aires correspondantes des contacts isolants coulissants de la pièce de travail du rotor (1) avec le couvercle de travail du boîtier (3).
  17. Machine selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle le moyen d'isolation de transfert arrière du rotor comprend les parties de la surface de fond (20) de la gorge annulaire entre les palettes (8) incluant des cavités de décharge inférieures (22) séparées d'au moins une des deux chambres à palettes adjacentes (7) par des rebords d'étanchéité inférieurs (23) en contact isolant coulissant avec le limiteur de transfert arrière (21),
    les barrages isolants (57) étant situés à l'opposé des rebords d'étanchéité inférieurs (23) et les aires des surfaces coulissantes des barrages isolants (57) étant égales aux aires des surfaces coulissantes des rebords d'étanchéité inférieurs (23).
  18. Machine selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le rotor est situé entre les couvercles de travail et de support du boîtier connectés par un élément de liaison de boîtier (33),
    les cavités de support (25) étant formées dans la pièce de support du rotor (4),
    le moyen d'équilibrage des pressions locales comprenant des canaux (27) dans la pièce de support du rotor (4) qui connectent les cavités de support (25) aux chambres de force de longueur variable (6) connectées aux chambres à palettes (7),
    le couvercle de support du boîtier (5) étant pourvu d'au moins une cavité de distribution d'aspiration (28-1) connectée hydrauliquement à l'orifice d'entrée (49) et située à l'opposé d'une cavité d'aspiration (28) de la chambre de travail de manière à ce qu'elle communique avec les cavités de support (25) de la pièce de support du rotor (4).
  19. Machine selon la revendication 18, dans laquelle le couvercle de support du boîtier (5) est pourvu d'au moins une cavité de distribution de pompage (51-1) connectée hydrauliquement à l'orifice de sortie (50) et située à l'opposé d'une cavité de pompage de la chambre de travail (51) de manière à ce qu'elle soit connectée aux cavités de support (25) de la pièce de support du rotor (4).
  20. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la surface du couvercle de support du boîtier en contact coulissant avec la pièce de support du rotor, opposée aux limiteurs de transfert avant (15) et arrière (21) du couvercle de travail du boîtier, comprend des limiteurs de transfert avant (15) et arrière (21) du couvercle de support du boîtier,
    la face de la pièce de support du rotor en contact coulissant avec le couvercle de support du boîtier comprenant la rainure annulaire (2) connectée aux chambres à palettes (7) de la pièce de support du rotor,
    le moyen d'isolation de cavités de support incluant les palettes (8) situées dans lesdites chambres à palettes (7) et reliées de manière cinématique au mécanisme d'entraînement de palettes (54) de manière à être en contact isolant coulissant avec ledit limiteur de transfert avant (21) du couvercle de support du boîtier.
  21. Machine selon la revendication 20, dans laquelle le moyen d'isolation de cavités de support inclut des parties du fond de la gorge annulaire entre les palettes en contact isolant coulissant avec ledit limiteur de transfert arrière (21) du couvercle de support du boîtier.
  22. Machine selon la revendication 20, dans laquelle le moyen d'isolation de cavités de support inclut des palettes (8) situées dans des chambres à palettes (7) de la pièce de support du rotor et reliées de manière cinématique au mécanisme d'entraînement de palettes (54) de manière à ce que lesdites palettes soient en contact isolant coulissant avec ledit limiteur de transfert arrière (21) du couvercle de support du boîtier.
  23. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le moyen d'isolation de transfert arrière du rotor comprend les parties de la surface du fond de la gorge annulaire (20) entre les palettes (8).
  24. Machine selon l'une des revendications 21, 23, dans laquelle lesdites parties du fond de la gorge annulaire (20) comprennent des cavités de décharge inférieures (22) séparées d'au moins une des deux chambres à palettes adjacentes (7) par des rebords d'étanchéité inférieurs (23) en contact isolant coulissant avec ledit limiteur de transfert arrière (21).
